One of the worst stores I've ever been into. The staff totally ignored us when we came in. One staff was sitting down and watching videos out loud on his phone. The other one was sitting at the desk and doing nothing. When we needed some assistance both of them didn't look over and when I called out to them, one of them reluctantly came over. After helping me he just went to sit back down again. Afterwards I decided to just find what I needed on my own since they did not seem to want to help anyway. We were the only customers in the store by the way. Unbelievable.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service from Marisza! Both my son and I recently purchased suits from Moores at this location, and had the good fortune to be assisted by Marisza. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on all counts. Its sad, but great customer service experiences are found few and far between these days. Thank you for just a terrific experience. We'll be back!

After buying a suit and 3 shirts last month, took a shirt that had defective material that had split material for just an exchange, was promptly told it was more than the 90 day period for adjustment. It had only been worn 4 to 5 times. Left the shirt there and mentioned I'll not be back to this location, and reaction was "Oh Well" nothing we can do about it. Just poor customer service with nothing to offer about a problem. Maybe some staff training would be beneficial?

My partner had a tux fitting with Clemente today. Service was above and beyond and he made the experience seamless and smooth. Direct quote from my partner "I kind of want to get married twice now. "

I wish I recalled the name of the guy that helped me. I came in a rush with 15 min to buy a new shirt for a wedding and he was absolutely the best. Knowing the time limit, he quickly put together options that fitted my request and always took my comments seriously and made me feel like he was using that feedback to select the next option. Would totally buy there again.

Good quality shirts with an ongoing sale (3 for $140 or so with tax). The only issue is the sizing and selection. Nice helpful young guys who went all out to help.

Disrespectful staff. Had a problem with the fitting of one of trousers I purchased, alteration was denied I and was offered exchange or return. Went in for an exchange but the staff kept me waiting (I was one of the only two customers in store; and the other customer had already placed his order) for no reason. Kyle kept insisting that we could do a return and the little effort in providing options for exchange came with much reluctance. While processing the return, went on a long rant about his experience with my employer and stated that this was my 'second and last chance to fix things', even though my role at the organization has nothing to do with his experience. Another staff member asked me about my concern and while I was tying to logically explain, cut me short with a rude comment - 'Yeah customer is always right', when I made a sincere effort to explain, and never spoke in an entitled or righteous manner. Staff gossips about each other at every possible opportunity and there was just way too much negativity in the environment. It is shameful how these people are ruining a brand. Never visiting this store again! EVER! Nor will my friends and family.

Went to get a new suit but wasn't sure about what type of suit to go with. Kyle helped me out immensely and picked a beautiful set. Highly recommended.

Probably the 3rd time I’ve been here. Service never has time for you. Very in accommodating, I’ll be going to the crowfoot location where the accommodated me last time.

First time suit buying experience was amazing here. Jake walked us through the entire process and did not try and push anything over our budget. He made the experience comfortable and simple.

I had some issues ordering products in, but other than that the customer service here is usually good.

Bought a first time suit for my 18 year old son. Mark provided us with excellent advice about suitable fit and color combinations. Really happy with the quality and reasonable priced suit, tie, belt and shoes!

I'm attending a wedding this weekend, walked in today to find something to wear that would look good. They were short staffed and there was a group of groomsmen picking out tuxes so they were definitely busy, but Mark was very attentive, very knowledgeable, and got me looking my best while staying within my budget. Thanks again Mark, that was terrific customer service!

Service is fairly good; Suit rentals only arrived the day before the wedding when the guarantee 2 days before. Suits were great.

The store could use some improvement. Getting fitted or anything to do with a wedding seemed to be a hassle, customer service running around the store, had me running around the store, asking people to change and then the attendant was just gone when you’d come out of the room. Missing items, no help finding the items (took several calls and calls up the management chain) not great a great attitude, arguing with instead of listening to the customer. The whole experience could have been better. I’ve been coming to this Moore’s store for years for different occasions and the quality and customer service has just slipped past acceptable limits, so I won’t be coming to this location anymore, possibly any other location again either. It’s not a high end store by any means but I don’t expect to be made to feel like an idiot or rushed or to be argued with before paying for my order any place I go.
