Rented a suit for my son for his grad! Suit was beautiful and staff ensured a perfect fit. I was worried that a rental wouldn’t fit but it did and it looked great! Thanks to everyone there who helped!

I found the service to be very unprofessional, went in twice looking for a suit for my son, the first time the salesman was very dismissive, didn't measure him, showed him a couple dinner jackets (not what we were asking about) then just waved vaguely toward the suits and told us to look for ourselves. I know people who have been very satisfied with their service, so we gave them another chance. Different salesman, did measure and offer options, but kept wandering off, had to look for him (or anyone) every time my son tried something on.

Great customer service like highly highly recommended for suits. I had the pleasure of akong helping me great customer service and help with getting suit. Nice and friendly and great guy overall.

If I could give a zero, I would. Went in today in hopes of finding a style of tux or suit for my fiancee. We were open to finding an option that would have him to stand out from his groomsmen. We were EVENTUALLY met but a sales/rental young guy. Who kept dismissing or talking over myself and my maid of honors questions that I brought with us for the experience. We stuck it out in hopes of trying to find something. A moment that was supposed to be fun turned into a moment that was a wreck. The sales/rental guy asked a question while I was checking over the suit my fiancee attempted to try on, and when not responded to fast enough he stated "going once, going twice" in annoyed voice staring at the ceiling, until I answered. Worst customer service. We ended up walking out after he took it off. We are never coming back here.

Walked in on a Saturday and received amazing, personal service from Gigi. She had a great eye for what would work on my husband and helpfully guided him to a good choice. Really appreciated the service and beautiful clothes here.

Great experience here. Had a pair of pants I ordered online that didn’t fit. Needed a new dress shirt for a wedding in 2 days and they got me something that fit perfect. Returned the pants no questions asked. Thanks for all the help

Absolute joke of a store. We went in this past February to pick out suits for our wedding party, picked everything out and were told there would be no issues getting the clothing and that the groomsmen could go to any location give the group number and get what they needed. Well that was a big fat lie! Now here we are 19 days away from our wedding and one of the groomsmen who ordered his stuff over 3 months ago can't get pants. Thanks for nothing Moore's and creating unnecessary stress on us last minute. We will NEVER shop here again.

I was at this location on June 8th 2022 at approximately 7: 20 pm. I chose a 60$ shirt (Calvin Klein, white, suit shirt), and was very happy with my selection. Upon payment at the register, I was told my total was 73.50, despite the tag on the shirt clearly reading 59.99. Upon questioning, the gentleman at the register flinched, and said, and I quote: "well, Alberta taxes, you know? " To which I stared at him in disbelief. He subsequently told me he would be right back with his manager, who came to the till, apologized to me, and my total changed to 62.99. Upon unbagging the shirt at home, the tag had LITERALLY BEEN TAKEN OFF, by the gentleman at the till, likely to cover up what he had done, and what clearly, his manager was in on as well. My receipt reads I purchased a 70$ shirt at a 10$ discount. Never have I been so disrespected, and lied to by a business. I will report this to all authorities appropriate. I will never be going to Moores again and I hope nobody has to experience something as sinister as I did. I hope this gets investigated and the staff that was in on this scheme at this location should be ashamed of themselves. I am unable to return the shirt as the tag was deliberately removed by the gentleman, so there is no way I can prove this happened unless there were surveillance cameras showing his removal of the tag. Very sad.

Shoutout to Lily for helping my two weeks before a service for a family member. She was the sweetest and made trying on clothes the funnest experience (and I hate trying on clothes at the end of a looong day). Can’t wait to see her again when I pick up alterations! My suit looks the best.
