Clothing is decent but service is terrible at this location. Staff are very rude and very disorganized. With tailoring jobs especially, they never properly complete what was asked and it is never done on time. They'll often tell you one thing and then when you come back you'll hear something different. I could go on and on about the various experiences I've had. Do NOT get any alterations done here.

Received the worst customer service at this store on Saturday Sept. 16/2023 @ around 245pm. The Indian lady who checked me out at the register was unpleasant, arrogant and dismissive. I purchased a dress shirt $59.99and tie $49.99, I knew my total with GST tax will be roughly less than $117. She gave me a total of $125, so I asked how? She answered coz of gst, I was like gst is 5%, she gave me the attitude look. Demanded a receipt coz I knew that didn't make sense. The POS system price for the shirt is $69.99 not $59.99 as indicated on the tag. Returned to the store and asked her to check the price she charged & the tag price. The fact that I doubted her totals before she processed the transaction should trigger double checking price errors. I asked her why she dismissed me prior, she blamed system errors, but technically if she had listened to my concern, she could have corrected it. She was either having a bad day or straight out arrogance mixed with attitude. If she was having a bad day, then she should have stayed at home period! She needs more training on customer service for sure. For now Moore's @Heritage meadows will be getting my money or any other business which value customers.

I read the reviews and still gave it a shot. Service was horrible, got more help from a random customer that was willing to help. Dude at the front needs to be fired immediately, if you gave a drowning person a glass of water you’d be more helpful than him

I would do 0 stars if I could, the man who helped my fiance and I had the worst customer service I've ever seen. We have never been suit shopping before and this was supposed to be a great experience to find a suit for our wedding.
We walked in and was looking around super lost and overwhelmed, he saw us initially but continued to ignore us then when we asked for help he looked disgusted which was strike 1 then was super rude and made my fiance feel horrible and uncomfortable. On top of all of this he sent my fiance in to try clothes on and then just left him we waited around 5 minutes and he never came back, he only returned after we were leaving the store.
This customer service was horrible, and I will never suggest this place to anyone.
We went in for a wedding suit and came out feeling defeated and like we were less than the people inside. It is absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Mens place for quality clothing. You can have it altered, made to order. Also better option for Boys to young Men. Store has instore specials and tailor service.

Was told they don’t do measurements. Moore’s in Deerfoot meadows have no issues with doing it. Not sure if lazy staff or not enough training.

It feels so good when you go to a place and they understand your inner needs. Joslyn was very knowledgeable and professional even when her shift was over, she took the extra time to discuss my needs.
Karim has great taste and experience in meeting both Corporate and Casual needs. He is up to date with the current trends in men's fashion.

I think the owner is brown and doesn't know anything about customer service. Anyone who enters this store will see from the beginning their attitude, which is not a good look. I'm glad I didn't spend my money here.

My husband and our son needed a shirts, shoes, etc.for our daughter’s wedding. The sales associates were all very helpful, courteous and professional.
