Quite horrible customer service. The lady helping only showed us one suit then just walked away and said everything else will be way to expensive for us. Then I asked about shirts and she rolled her eyes and pulled out three ugly shirts and said that's all they have. But when I looked there was tons of other shirts. She was just lazy and rude. Hard to want to spend money when you get treated bad and seem like a pain to them.

Good store for men's clothing. Selection is good, current fashions and reasonably priced

Older, heavy set guy with the beard was incredibly lazy. Did not want to do anything to help. Rest of the sales team was good to deal with.

Jordan was so efficient and made the suit shopping experience just what my husband needed! He is a happy customer and I would grab Jordan for our retail business in a second if I could!

Jordan was very informative and professional when we went to pick up my alterations this evening! I had classic pants tapered down to slim fit - and they look amazing. Had them hemmed while I waited! Thanks so much for another Moore’s great experience!

Went to purchase a new jacket and some shirts but the staff had trouble following simple instructions as to what I wanted. I appreciate recommendations but they seemed too forceful of their personal opinions. I ended up leaving rather quickly as they didn’t want me to purchase items I wanted.

Do not trust them to measure you for wedding suits. They cant get it right and they will not fit

No longer carry large size shoes. They used to, but if they can't be bothered to carry my shoe size, why would I spend money on other clothes there?

A family go to for many years because if you want quality, value, and fit. Recently used their made to measure - made in Canada, quality workmanship and affordable.

I went in to rent a tuxedo for my wedding and arrange groomsmen rentals. The customer service was exceptional and all questions were thoroughly answered. Jake was a pleasure to deal with and helped with everything I needed. The quality of the rentals is above and beyond the other establishments I checked.

I originally tried to go to the Moore's in deerfoot meadows and was basically told I can't have a conversation unless I have an appointment, it was terrible. Please go to the Shawnessy location for everything.

Had a fabulous experience while choosing a Grad suit for my son. Chantelle went over and above when helping him choose his first ever suit. Making the experience fun and making my son feel comfortable.

Its a great store and love their products. I wish they will have a wider selection for the Egara shirts. I gave them 3 stars because they have no online presence. Recently they added the option to shop online but the website it is convoluted and full of bugs.

I would like to thank the gentleman at this location for their assistance. They helped me in a tight squeeze were very helpful courteous and prompt. Thank you again! Keep your feet on the ground fellas.

Very quick alterations. It took me 15 mins from the time I walked into the store. Excellent customer service.

Fairly bad experience. I checked online before heading to the store for a men's suit jack in my size. They had 2 at this store. Never got a chance to try them on. The seamstress saleslady insisted on sizing me for a custom jacket. As I was putting on the sizing jacket, I asked the price, she said they started at $510.00. As I peeled the jacket off and told her this was out of my price range she gave me a very 'well trained' looked of shock and surprise. Who spends $500-$600 on a suit jacket at a strip mall clothing store?

Hi I was helped today December 26,2019 by Kristopher A (KDA19) at the 350 Shawville Blvd SE, Calgary, AB.   I just wanted to express my gratitude for his help.   He was very presentable, professional, polite, well mannered, calming voice and very knowledgeable.   It was a pleasure to have worked with him and I would recommend him to my friends.

Excellent customer service, the two ladies helping us (brothers in need of suits) on Dec 15/19. Had us looking good in no time at a very reasonable cost. I normally do not write reviews but this was exemplary.

The service at Moores was incredible! I was helped out by all the staff who were professional, knowledge and helpful! It was a great experience and I will definitely return for my future needs!

My fiancè, his brother and I went into Moore's today to get an idea of what we wanted the men to wear for our wedding in August 2020. We were not greeted by anyone, had to wait 10 minutes before we could even find someone, and had not 1, but 3 women laugh in our faces because we were "shopping WAY too early, there is no point in being here and to come back in may or june". My fiancè tried on a grey jacket to which one woman said "grey does NOTHING for you". We were only there for about 15 minutes before leaving. We had 7 men which were planning on purchasing suits or tuxes from here, but unfortunately after this experience, we will not. Moore's, your employees have really failed your customers. I have never felt more stupid, embarrassed and judged in a store than we did today. I will never shop here again.

I have to wonder why there's all of the one star reviews, and nothing has been done about it. They're certainly warranted. I guess management doesn't take it seriously. Or management is the problem.

I went in on the weekend to get some dress pants. I was initially greeted fairly well, but when I went to try them on, the salesperson immediately went to the back, where a group of them were standing around, to gossip about me.

I usually come in to the store in street clothes, and I've always felt judged and unwelcome when I've come to this location. I've often considered putting them in their place, but I've refrained. Maybe next time (if I ever do return, it'll be in desperation). It feels like you're walking into a clique that you're not a part of when you step in the store. I'd highly recommend anyone hit the Deerfoot Meadows location instead. I've had no issues there.

I usually shop at this location and the manager Chris (who I assume does not work at this location anymore) always looked after me. I would always shop when he was working. He was extremely helpful, personable, and willing to go out of his way to insure my experience was exceptional.
Last time I was in the store browsing sport coats I was approached by someone who claimed to be the manager on duty (heavier man with brownish/black hair). After a warm greeting he started pushing sales on me. I understand that the salespeople make a commission but I repeatedly told him I was just browsing and getting ideas for my wardrobe. After telling him a handful of times I was not interested in making a purchase he asks in a rude tone "if you aren't going to buy anything then why did you come in today? "
Needless to say I will not be shopping at Moore's anymore. If he truly was the manager that's not how you speak to customers. I would expect a manager to be the last person in the store to make a comment like that. Terrible.

Terrible customer service. Went in to get a suit for my cousin's wedding. When I walked in everyone looked at me and then just stood around talking to each other and no one approached me to ask if I needed help with anything as I stood by the rental counter. Once someone finally did come to help me, they were in a huge hurry to get me fitted and out the door. I've dealt with Moore's before and had amazing experiences, but not at this location.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have had shopping. The staff, while abundant, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. After asking for a specific shirt, I was met with attitude/condescending tone. When I asked to try on said shirt, after scoffing at me, the staff member un-pinned the shirt and handed it to me, with yet again attitude and saying "here you go", no direction for a fitting room or a mirror. I felt as I was expected to try the shirt on in the middle of the store. I asked where the rooms were and was pointed to them, not shown as a suit shop should do, I tried the shirt on and was unhappy with the fit, I wasn't offered another style/fit/look anything. Simply that it is what it is, but hey if you want we will tailor it for you, in a begrudgingly worded way.

All in all, if I could rate my experience 0 stars. I would, however I happily went to Lululemon, and found a much better experience and got exactly what I was looking for

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No service would have been better. I would give 0 stars but it isn't an option.

The staff were rude, and seemed very disinterested in our business. The woman especially working was short and made it seem like he was expected to change in the store. She did not suggest any alternatives to the shirt he tried on, as it did not fit whatsoever. She was snarky and belittling to both of us.
I will never go back here for anything. Definitely would recommend checking out a different formal store if you are looking.

EXCEPTIONALLY POOR. On the wedding day, instead of relaxing and enjoying what should have been a great morning, we were scrambling to iron all of our rental shirts and find one for the groom that fit. On pickup we were given someone else's entire rental, but fortunately the best man checked them at the time, but not thoroughly enough it seems. Do not use this company for your rental needs, or if you do, check their work thoroughly at the store beforehand to prevent the same experience we had using them.

Employees here are fantastic, they are very professional.really nice and helpful here and i would recommend

Well priced but increasingly difficult to shop.
The store is set up in such a way that you must have staff decide what you will see, unfortunately they seem less interested in trying to understand what we want to look at.

If you have a bit respect for your self or your money, don’t ever go here.
About 10 days ago we were looking to shop a grad suit for my son. To make it the short story we decided to rent. Were were told by the sales that with 40$ discount for student will be 180$. My son chose what he wants and were told will get an email for try on and p/u.
As the days were coming close to grad I called few times and once was told is on shipping the other day they couldn’t find his order and on next call, it will be here tomorrow.
As the grad is in two days we decided to go check in the store what is happening.
We get in and 4-5 employees around and one customer and no one is approaching to ask can I help you.
I went to the desk was a female short red hair, and to males. I felt I entered some federal corrections institutions. 0Customer service.
I asked anyone at rental? Immediately did you got an email I said NO thats why I m wondering! I called few times and so on.
She went at the back and she found the suit.
She gave to my son as she was given food to pigs and left. She didn’t come until my son already tried the suit. She packed the suit and went to the till and guess? She says 312$
I said sorry we were told 220$ with 40$ student discount 180$ plus gst.
Who told you that I said this and this I don't wanna mention names. She says he told you wrong the tuxedo is 312$ but Ill give 20$ off that much I can do! I showed the text from here coworker who I was dealing and she was more upsetting. I said to here I just want what I was told and agreed mutually. No more, or less.
She went called the mng on the phone and she came back I will give that price, but she was kindda she was doing me the favour.
I said sorry, but your system it could say 500 or maybe 0 $ is not me to think about it, I should pay what I was quoted! She took the monitor and turned it at my face look it I said lady don’t get upset for nothing!
I said, Im sorry but if you think that I will thank you for this is not gonna happen! If I had more time to shop around I would leave the store immediately.
She was, if you go to the grocery store can you ask to give you 100$ less than the price is showing?
I said lady if you book a vacation for 1000$ and after going at airport they say, sorry was mistake is 2500$ how would you feel. She was going on and on and on.
So my dear readers better go and shop at some other places or even just take a pair of jeans to your wedding or grad save the stress, as this place is rip off and 0customer service.
From all those 4-5 staff members no one said hi or bye.
If you really wants to get a good life rip off experience as my son did, and all my family, go head shop at this place.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give them negative stars, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever! I purchased a suit for a wedding on May 5,2019 and unfortunately, they did not have the matching pants for the suit I needed to buy for the suit that was selected by the bride and groom for the members of their wedding party. I was told that they could easily order a new pair of pants to arrive within a week. I called numerous times as I waited for them to contact me once the pants arrived and was told that there was an error and that they never ordered the pants and that they would express ship a new pair to arrive within a couple of days. Fast forward to me calling them every day for 2 weeks, they finally arrived on Monday, May 27th (over 3 weeks) and when I called they said they could have everything altered in a day. I went to get them altered the same day (Monday, May 27th) and they told me they would be ready no earlier than Friday, May 31st and the wedding is the next day on June 1st. I told them about the whole situation and their only solution was to offer me a refund and cancel everything. I clearly need the suit, but they did not own up to their mistake and are leaving everything to the last minute. The staff have the worst customer service skills and do not care about their customers. AVOID THIS STORE!

Very helpful staff worked with us to get the best deal on two shirts for a wedding party when one person wasn't initially present. We were easily able to exchange the spare shirt we purchased at a discount on the first visit once we were able to bring the other person to be properly sized.

It's also very convenient that they try their best to colour match with David's Bridal, allowing us to match the brides maids.

We had a suit rental appointment. I was not pleased at all with the lady that attended to us. No customer service nor a smile. Very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
