Trish and Roselyn are absolutely amazing and total life savers! Trish found my fiance's pants and jacket he will be wearing for our wedding AND on clearance. We went to go buy the groomsmens pants, they said in stock online but when we went to checkout it would say sold out, so we couldn't buy them. Trish and Roselyn called multiple stores around Canada for us and found the final 3 pairs we needed! Thank you ladies for your effort and teamwork - we much appreciate it

Purchased a suit at this store & was disappointed with the lack of customer service & inventory. For a suit store, I expected more. The next day, I received a follow up, generic email regarding my experience and left an honest, underwhelming response. To my surprise, a few days later, I received a follow up phone call from the “acting” manager. Impressed that Moores would follow up on my email, I decided to give then another chance as I needed another suit. This experience was somewhat better than the first but as the time before, the store didn’t have the inventory & the suit had to be ordered. Once again, I left with no suit. Weeks later, my order is in, so I call back the store to book an appointment for alterations as the time before their seamstress was on lunch. The same lady that called to follow-up on my email response, answered the phone. She tells me Moores does not take appointments for alterations. As I was planning to come at noon and live a half hour away, I asked if she could confirm that the seamstress would be at the store at that time. She suddenly became impatient and basically said “no” she will not confirm, I will just have to take my chances & may have to wait. Frustrated, I tried to speak again & she rudely cut me off & spoke over top of me. When I asked her to please not interrupt & let me speak, she hung up the phone!

I came in later that day, returned the suit & will not be back.

I had quite a poor experience with my suit rental here recently for a wedding I was in. Upon picking up my suit ~5 days before the wedding (on a Tuesday), the sales lady (who was quite helpful and kind) told me the suit would be due "next Sunday" which I interpreted as not the Sunday coming up, but the one after. This made sense to me, I was allowed to pick the suit up a week beforehand, dropping it off a week after made sense. There was no return date ticket in the suit bag (though I will admit its possible that this ticket simply fell out along the way). I wrote a reminder in my phone and was on my merry way.

Upon returning the Sunday one week after the wedding, I was told I had rung up a hefty late charges and was puzzled. I explained the situation to the gentleman who was helping me, that the lady I picked it up from said "next Sunday" and that I understood that to mean the week after. He understood the confusion, seeing that it was a simple misunderstanding of language and was very polite and told me he would let his manager know and that we would figure it out.

Enter the manager, where my previous positive experiences go out the window. As I explain the misunderstanding to her in a way that doesn't antagonize her or her employee who I don't blame for the misunderstanding, she is extremely callous and condescending towards me. She states that I should have confirmed with the other groomsmen on the matter (as if that's the most important thing going on that weekend.) or that I should have peeled through my email to find the confirmation that was sent 3 months prior at the booking. I explained that I thought I understood from her employee the date, wrote a reminder down in my phone and showed up.

The manager is having none of it, telling me I should have known, its my fault, the whole thing. I can see its going nowhere, so I say "look, I shop here quite often for work clothes, I have weddings coming up that may even come here. I'll pay this fee but you have to understand I won't be shopping here again and will be leaving a poor review if this isn't made right" to which she replied "That's fine we get poor reviews all the time" (I swear she *actually* said this). I paid and left. I hope the ~100$ in late fees were worth it because I will not spend another dime at Moore's Calgary Trail. The money is irrelevant to me, the way the manager spoke to me was not.

I've had better professional advice and service in other times I've visited, but still adequate to get what I needed.
Great sales, but found they were low on inventory unless you were size XS-S skinny sizes.

I sent my groomsmen here for their suits. When they didn’t have some items in stock a couple of the guys were told no nig deal just buy a completely different colour if he really wants you in the wedding this is what you will wear. Luckily my friends easily found the items online and had them shipped to another Moores. This location in particular were rude and complete nightmare to deal with. Moores as a company in the other locations were great, and the wedding went great but no thanks to this store and their unwillingness to be helpful.

I was here last week and dealt with a gentleman named Manoj.

His service was great, he quickly found a suit that matched what I was looking for, and sold me some nice shirts that felt & looked great. No pressure to buy at all. Anything I did not want he simply put away no questions asked.

I even went to 3 other stores after visiting this location, to see what else was available. I came back in the afternoon to pick up what I tried on. The service and selection was better then other menswear stores I visited.

Fully recommend going here, and I'll be phoning ahead to see if my man Manoj is working when I next want to go!

Horrible customer service! The east indian middle aged lady working there is extremely rude. We have given so much of business to them but our last experience ruined it all. You need to train your staff to be customer friendly and not rude or screaming at their clients. I asked for owner/manager contact but she wont give me nor would she tell me her name for further complaints. Extremely rude lady! I will not be going to the store ever again. You guys lost your long term client.

Went in today for a routine suit fitting for my friend’s wedding party. Everything went well and was perfectly normal except for one thing. The fitting shirts were absolutely filthy. I can not believe an establishment such as this can expect paying customers to put these soiled unwashed shirts on. As some one who works a dirty job and knowing that I was getting measurements taken i made sure to take the time to wash up before I went it. I understand that not everyone would have this luxury. I also understand that it is not economical to wash a shirt every time someone wears it for a few minutes. However, I was appalled. The staff member who was helping me even had to apologize for the soiled shirts as if she was embarrassed. I would have refused to wear the shirt if it wasn’t for the sake of my friend who took the time to organize the suit fittings.

I purchased a new suit and shoes. Sales person Naeem was incredible! Very savvy regarding my needs. Done in 20 minutes. Hemming was done in less than a week, as I was not in a rush for the suit, but I was at the time of purchase. Naeem is THE fellow to see at Moores.

Tried calling this store to make a simple inquiry. My first 4 calls, they literally picked up the phone and hung up on me. I heard people in the store talking for half a second before the click. 2nd and 3rd try, they hung up within 1 ring. Finally got through on the 5th try and within seconds they were already rude and standoffish. Slay classy Moore’s….

I am compelled to share an upsetting experience I had at the Moore's men's clothing store at this location. I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of customer service, organization, and most importantly, basic respect.

My previous shopping experiences at another Moore's location were fantastic, setting a high standard for the brand. I found an array of patterned shirts to choose from and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. This current visit, however, was far from that standard.

Upon entering this store, we were immediately met with disorganization and a lack of stock that left us disappointed. But what truly turned our shopping trip into an uncomfortable ordeal was the rudeness displayed by one of the store's staff members.

We were directed to a trial room by a staff member, only to be interrupted by another customer who claimed he was using the room. We, of course, apologized for the honest mistake, yet what happened next was wholly uncalled for. The staff member assisting the other customer was not only rude in her approach but went as far as making unjustified remarks about us.

An honest mistake that could've been handled in a considerate manner was instead treated with disdain and public embarrassment. A customer's dignity should never be compromised, and today, ours was. The regrettable attitudes displayed by the staff member has made it clear that this location lacks the professionalism and graciousness we expect from Moore's.

I am left with a feeling of deep disappointment and frustration, and I am left with no other choice but to advise others against shopping at this location. This experience has greatly tarnished the reputation of the Moore's brand for me, and I hope no one else has to endure such an experience in the future.

Great sale, and MOST of the staff was friendly, except for the person we got stuck with. We had someone really nice helping us at first but then somehow this other employee came over. Name started with an R? Renata? She was extremely rude, I heard her with multiple clients.

Went in for a custom suit.

Luigi was fantastic to deal with, made great recommendations, respected my time and budget.

Provided the suit fits well, I will be back for another for more casual wear.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Go anywhere else when looking for a suit. My first time suit shopping, my fiancé and I went in and after standing around for 10 minutes among the 7 employees standing throughout the store staring, my fiance had to stand at the till for someone to assist us.after feeling super looked down on for not knowing much about suits, the whole time in the store was super uncomfortable.he gave me a suit to try on, it was the color we wanted so we went forward with purchasing.which was not cheap and thought we'd try on multiple items to see options but we were rushed out.skip a few months later, i tried on the suit a few times and just wasn’t happy with the fit. I took back in to exchange or return and was simply told we cannot do either since the suit was altered. The pants were only altered, the jacket was not. Then they said they still cannot do anything because it’s a set. The lady was very rude and got me to try it on. Disregarding how I felt in it she said it looked fine. Which shouldn’t you feel good in your suit for your event? Not how the store employee is telling you it should fit? After arguing with them, they still would not help me for exchanging or refunding. They told me I have to buy another suit. Now im stuck with an $800 suit that I barely fit and NONE of this was told to me prior to buying the suit. If we knew this we would of been more mindful when we picked up the suit and tried it on before buying. Their service is horrible, save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. This experience for my wedding has been nothing but problems!

I went to the store today with a very specific thing I was looking for and wasn’t sure if it would be possible. I received excellent service from Aiden. He went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed. I greatly appreciate the help and I will definitely be back.

Bought a suit here and asked before hand if it would come with a bag. After getting my suit after some hiccups no suit bag because they're somehow out of suit bags lol.

We have shopped at Moores in the past but this is the first time that we were very satisfied with the experience. Luigi was very pleasant and accommodating throughout. His expertise and knowledge helped us a lot in deciding which suite to get for my husband for our wedding. We never felt rushed or that we were not a priority to assist! We ended up getting the whole wedding set with all the accessories and we were both happy with our purchase! Can’t wait to come back to get my kids suite in a few months!
