Picked up a pair of pants today that were purchased and left behind for alterations.

They were shortened too much and no longer fit properly.

The salesman, named "Sam" said this was more consistent with "a modern short look".

That means nothing to me because that's not what I ordered.

I ordered online and wanted to check for a smaller size. The staff was super helpful and got me in the right jacket. Great service!

Had no idea how to go about buying a suit, David was the salesman that took care of me. He was very knowledgeable, patient and listened to what my needs were. Very professional and kind. Will definitely come back and shop here again. Pleasure doing business with you David.

Went to Moores to look for a tux to rent for my wedding earlier this year. As someone who is both big and tall, finding clothing can be a challenge, but not for this Moores. The entire staff assembled to make sure everything fit perfectly. On top of that a certain staff member, I believe named Megan, went out of her way to assure everything was on time and took special attention to make my wedding day special. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Store is outdated with old carpet. The lady who measured me was not every friendly as we sat and waited and watched a spider crawl around the floor.
Tried on different suit sizes for a tux and you could tell they have never been washed. Strong smell of body odour in some of them. Pretty gross actually.

Update. I thought the lady who measured me was rushing and not doing it properly. Fast forward to a month later when I’m picking up my suit right before the wedding. Shoes were a bit tight but the shirt fit like a XXL (and I’m a L at most). The local Moores in another province helped me out but barely had that size of shirt that was passable as fitting.
Unforgivable for a company who rents suits to measure it up wrong like that.
Downgraded rating to 2 stars.

This Moores failed to mention for my spouse that they could not give a full back vest for our wedding which we find out the day he picks it up after having the sizing way off. Plus they messed up on a few groomsmen sizing. I did not enjoy our business here.

Just walked out the store irritated. This is by far the worse clothing store I have been in. You walk in and you don’t even know who works there and who is a customer. No one wants to assist you, they just pretending arrange shelves. One of the attendants multiple nose rings just kept complaining loudly to her male colleague about a customer. I counted 3 customers in store (myself included) with five attendants folding stuff and not one to come see if I needed assistance! Quite pathetic! Don’t shop here.

This spesifific location has one of the best staff that you can ever see in any place this my second time at this location and i had interaction with 5 different people working there they all were amazing.

If you go here I recommend asking for someone by the name of angel
She was very understanding and accommodating. I explain that for my suit it needs to be functional and stylish she was able to accommodate and wasn’t trying to upsell me or tell me what I “needed”. She took my measurements. Found a couple suits that were within that range.asked me how they feel and was able to give me multiple options and made me feel like I look good in the suit

Purchasing and paying for suit went well. Hemming was done quickly. Needed the suit for my daughters wedding. Suit made it through the ceremony and then the zipper key go. Definitely not tight fitting would be a faulty zip since it was the first and only time they were worn. Moores had a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Took the pants back to the White Oaks Square location to see if they would replace the zipper. The employee I spoke with literally laughed at me and said there was no guarantee on clothes. Wife spoke with Moores customer service number who explained requests were looked at on a case by case basis and was at the discretion of the employee. Guess I should have just said I did not like the suit and not mentioned the zipper. Perhaps then it would have fallen under the 90 day guarantee. Moores obviously does not stand by their product and you are better shopping at the other many retailers in the Edmonton area.

The boys and I had a great time getting fitted. Meghan was patient and she took the stress out of picking the perfect suit for the big day. Made the experience very enjoyable and most importantly got us looking our best. Edit: Following up with anyone other than Meghan has just been painful, being talked down to while also feeling like you're a disturbance on their day.must be really busy there to be so short with paying customers. Terrible customer service not only for myself but watched this poor man basically begging for service and was ignored by multiple staff members. If my event wasn't 2 days away I'd certainly grab a refund and be looking elsewhere.

My husband recently switched careers from trades to a suit and tie job. Kat took care of him so well, and set him up completely within our budget to start his new career on the right foot. We are more of an outdoor family, and had many questions which were answered professionally. The entire store was so kind with our 3 daughters, and very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be customers at this location for years to come. Thank you Kat!

This was our second stop searching for my sons Grad suit. Our sales lady was Angel. We fully intended to keep trying other stores for different ideas and suits. Angel gave us exceptional service, exceptional care and she was very friendly and personable. She went the extra mile helping put together an amazing Full Suit Package for my son. We were so happy, the outfit was well matched, and a perfect fit without any alterations. We couldn’t leave it behind. The smile on my sons face said- THIS was the one.

Me and my brothers went in to buy stuff from the store. I bought a shirt from there and one of my brothers asked to try a shirt on and they allowed him but when he took it off. The manager christin told him he will not buy the other stuff he had unless he buys the shirt he tried on. And when he refuse to buy the shirt we been told to leave the store and she called the police on us. This was the worst experience i had in my life we had a wedding going the next day and she just misses our day like this. And take in we been customers for more than 5 years in the store this is the new manager who tried us very bad her name is christin.

Probably the worst experience and customer service. Crystal was helping us and she was no help. Literally could have shopped by ourselves. Other employees seem like they know what they are doing but she does not. She did not measure us once just handed random sizes till one fit. She did not take down any of our measurements as we tried on clothes even though we asked and then at the end pulls out a paper and pen and asks us what size we are for everything?
Once we finally got sizes and purchased the suits which needed to get ordered in, we got a email to review how the experience was. After 2 of the 4 of us filled it out honestly just saying the service was horrible, she got offended. She did not call either of the 2 people who sent the review but the groom himself saying she is going to cancel the order based on the reviews. Then after the groom works with her to try and proceed with order, she tells him that she needs a week or more to see if she has stock at other Moores to order the suits in. (Which seems a bit much since I'm sure you can figure that out in a day or two) Luckily we were able to go back, cancel the order and get refunded as we couldn't trust her in getting our suits in time. In conclusion, if you get crystal as your helper ask for another employee
