Joe is seriously the best! We spent the morning yesterday building my fiances custom suit for our wedding and his attention to detail was much appreciated. Who would have known there was so many options when it came to making a men's suit. I am excited to see the finishing product and how it will look on my man!

The staff was very friendly, and incredibly helpful with the whole process, which I greatly appreciated.

I’m from Calgary and was fitted in Medicine Hat a month ago for a rental shirt for my brothers wedding. I spent a good 30 mins in the store with the lady trying on shirts and taking my measurements. We found a shirt that was the perfect fit and length and they ordered one in a different color that was required for the groomsmen of the wedding.

I picked up my shirt and as soon as I put it on I was swimming in it. The sleeves went all the way over my fingertips and it was baggier than hell. Because it was so baggy it didn’t sit flat on my chest and was wavy underneath the jacket. When I tucked my shirt in would go down to my kneecaps that’s how huge it was. Clearly they messed up and ordered me the wrong size and there’s no excuses because obviously it wasn’t just a single size difference but sizes in difference.

Upon returning my shirt I brought up my concerns with them and they made me put in the shirt and I showed them just how huge it was and they said yeah it’s obviously not the right size. So I asked what they can do about it and they said they will take back the rental shirt which is what you do anyways when you return a rental shirt.

Okay. So they took the shirt back and refused to do anything else about this situation. So I told them I’ll just write a review then and here it is. I’m not very happy I had to pay $30 for a shirt that I had to swim in for a whole day of a wedding in the sun especially spending a whole 30 mins to get fitted with a lady who obviously didn’t know what she was doing. I know $30 is not a lot of money and in all fairness I wouldn’t be upset if it was just a little too big or a little too small, but this short was huge. Not happy don’t recommend.

Needed help with measurements for a uniform and was helped right away even though they stood not to benefit from the time. Will definitely shop here for all my needs! Thank you!

We went there today to buy 2 full suits plus shirts for my husband and son. First I want to say the sales staff was terrific. So friendly and helpful getting them fitted. Beautiful selection to choose from. However this company lost a sale today because they don’t carry any sizes smaller than 34” waist in pants. We asked if he could order the correct size in and you could tell he felt so bad but he said corporate won’t let them right now as they are trying to save money. This is poor policy in corporate level. We walked away and spent almost a $1000 at another store instead. Don’t tie the hands of your sales staff!

Bought A pair of pants and a shirt but needed to exchange them. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! They were efficient and communicated with me to ensure I got what I needed! Management was very friendly and supportive and gave great advice about the products!
