Oh my gosh, what to say other than AMAZING customer service! I walked in, head empty, running on fumes without a single brain cell working, looking for a birthday present. All I knew is I wanted a blue eye shadow palette and maybe some lip gloss, and Natalia saved me. The palette that immediately caught my eye was sold out, but Natalia came in and showed me an even better palette that was on sale! Then when I asked for lip gloss, this queen showed me a wide selection and recommended some that fit my description of "not to pink, but still pink, not too shiny, but still shiny, kind of subtle, but not to subtle. " Y'all, she managed to pull the perfect gloss out from that train wreck of a description, and if that isn't a super power, I don't know what is. All in all, 10/10 experience, and I will definitely hope Natalia is in next time I swing by!

Went in to buy the blood sugar palette, but it was out of stock. So they told me i could buy it on the canadian morphe site. But it wouldn't show on the website, so i tried calling them. They didn't answer, and i called 3 different times. It just rang and rang, and cut me off one time. So i called the morphe customer support, and was told that the canadian website doesn't actually cary the jeffree star palettes aside from the jeffree/morphe palette. So the ladies in the store lied, and im from Saskatoon.
So its not like i cam just come back to buy the palette when its in stock. Definitely disappointed.

Always a positive experience every time I visit! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and always help me find what I'm looking for! Last time I visited Morphe WEM, sales associate Brent made my shopping trip effortless and enjoyable with his enthusiasm and upbeat personality- that man knows his stuff!

Customer service is definitely lacking. I came in to buy some makeup brushes, and had never bought products from Morphe so I would've liked some assistance. Nevertheless, the 4 sales associates on a quiet Thursday night were too busy doing each other's makeup to offer any help.

I went to the store for buying some brushes and end up buying lots of good stuff because of Shicara.the best representative.she is great.fully satisfied and highly recommend this location. Awesome services

I am so happy with everyone here. Especially Shicara. I am a 35 year old woman with body dismorphia. I want to learn how to do makeup, as a way to express myself, so I can fee beautiful. I didn't have the right brushes, I didn't have the right tools, and Shicara helped me with that. She explained the brushes, and what brushes I should use for different things. I left feeling. Well, beautiful. I think I saw who I truly was after visiting your store. Thank you for giving me confidence, and I'm so excited to start my makeup journey. =-)

Sales staff fail to tell customers that the 30 day policy does not apply on Christmas gifts. Was given a gift card but then told if its over the 30 days they will not honour it even though its a Christmas gift. Guess if you like Morphe, don't shop early. Poor customer service. Will not be shopping there again

The girl didn't know their return policy and didn't bother finding out via manual or asking a co-worker or supervisor. Just a "sorry, we've never had an online purchase return here so I don't know if we do it. Sorry! "

I visited the Morphe store for the ShaneDawsonxJeffreeStar launch. I was amazed at how well well organized, well-prepared, and friendly the staff were. The line got to 300+ people - and they managed it exceptionally well while getting the line excited about the launch. It could not have been better handled and I was really impressed!

My daughter and I visited the Morphe store at WEM. Bad customer service and no one asked if we needed assistance. Two of the four sales associates were busy chatting in the middle of the store for everyone to hear. If I was a mystery store shopper, I'd give this place a bad review.

I love this store and it's workers, they're so nice and helpful. The customer service can't be beat.

I visited this store about a week ago, without knowing these guys had a location at WEM! I drove all the way in from Calgary and had such a wonderful experience. Shelby, the store manager was so incredibly warm and personable. You can see so clearly that she has run a fantastic team, her staff were energetic, helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her management style is one to take note of, it all comes down to the team and how much they care. Thank you Shelby and Morphe Edmonton team for a fantastic experience
