I had the absolute pleasure with working with Krista and Jackie. Communicating with them felt like talking to a close relative. They were personal yet professional, and let us know the progress every step of the way. I’ve got to say I was nervous about using a mortgage broker as I didn’t know too much about them but I was blown away with the service I received.
I was talking to Jackie in the beginning and she was very pleasant to talk to. Not pushy and answered all questions I had and made me feel at ease. Eventually Krista was involved and between the 2 of them they did everything they said they would do. They got me a better mortgage rate than my bank would give me and when they said they would call me to update me, THEY DID!
They just made the whole experience easy and painless!
