She was always quick to respond when we messaged/emailed her and answered every question very clearly. The interest rate dropped while we were finalizing our home purchase and she was still able to get that deal for us. Eva was fantastic to work with to help us figure out our first mortgage. She was able to explain the ins and outs of getting a mortgage and was very quick to support all of the information we needed to get a rate. She even helped us decide on a home when we were torn between two properties based on mortgage information.
