Even with appointment you have to wait for hour to call and receptionist are rude if you ask why it take long

What the heck kind of doctor has 0 recommendations for heart health? Dr dipinder keer. Thats who. Shrugged every time i asked him a question. Said "he cant tell me anything because he doesnt know my medical history" okay.fair.but youre a doctor.you honestly have 0 recommendations? Dr keer, maybe you should go back to medical school and not have patients referred to you by 811 if you cant help.

Staff behind the counters were attentive and professional. Dr. Sadena was able to see me on time and was fantastic. Really knew her stuff. Thank you.

No work ethic, doesn’t value patient time. My appointment was at 2: 00pm and I was waiting there till 3: 00pm for doctor without any response from receptionist

Was referred by 811 nurse to this walk-in clinic for my sick son. No doctor but nurse came to see and did not even bother to hear my son conjested chest or check if he has ear infection nothing. Quickly wrote whole story of my concern, printed the prescription and gone. Then Hospital complain abt ppl going there coz our system isn’t taking any action on this doctor business they play at their clinics. 2 min and next patient pls.

The doctor that we saw last night for my daughter was basically useless. He did not even check my daughter because she was “quiet” or “asleep” like wthell! We wouldn’t even bother going there last night if it wasn’t serious! I didn’t get his name. But it was a guy doctor with glasses. He was only in the room for a minute or two. I sat down on the bed with my kid on my shoulder, he tried to grab something apparatuses that was on the wall, i don’t think he checked or anything coz it was quick. My kid didn't even cry. Please do your Job right, people trusted you for their health. Like come on.

The Doctor we saw was great.

But the nurse needs to know her place and not pretend to be a doctor. There is absolutely no reason why a nurse needs to see the armpit of my newborn. And no reason at all why she needs to pick up or handle my daughter as if she was a doctor. You don't pick up a 6 day old baby without supporting the head. And you definitely don't flop the head up like a sling shot! She should not be working in health care if she doesn't understand that!

The front lady is super rude and unprofessional every single time I come to the clinic. She was giving an eye ball just because I asked if someone can see me real quick when I don’t have an appt.

Terrible clinic. Had an appointment for my 4m3 year old. Doctor was over an hour late. Ended up walking out and taking her somewhere else.

Called 811 and was book for an appointment on Saturday; I was told to ring the bell as the doors would be locked. Arrived to my appointment, rang the bell and no one let me in.waste of my afternoon

Very poor experience at this clinic. The doctor began my appointment by abruptly questioning me as to why I was late for my scheduled time before asking me anything else. I was so taken aback and confused I thought I must have had the wrong appointment time but she confirmed that I had a 10am. I checked my phone before opening the door of the clinic (because it has taken me a few minutes to wait in line to pay to park outside) and I know it was 10: 02 when I walked through the door. I did have to wait in the front for a few minutes before I was taken to the back (as is expected) so perhaps it was a misunderstanding, or perhaps she feels 2 minutes is considered something worthy of a reprimand, but it was a very awkward way to start an appointment and certainly not a good way to build rapport.
From there the appointment went down hill fast. I had never been to this clinic before and was only going because my family doctor was on vacation and the doctor covering for her was fully booked. I tried my best to advocate for myself and communicate my issue to the doctor but I don’t feel like she gave my issue the consideration that she could have. She seemed unwilling to look at the patient’s years of lived history with an ongoing medical condition as any sort of knowledge. In my opinion patients do often have a good understanding of what is going on with their own bodies and what has worked for them in the past. I left the clinic in tears. And although I do feel that she wasn’t without sympathy I also felt unheard, judged and left on my own to figure things out for myself… feelings you don’t want to have after leaving a doctors office and certainly not the experience that I have historically had with physicians! I ended up in Urgent Care later that night where I was able to receive help quickly and easily (which is sort of shocking that it’s faster to go there than a booked appointment at a clinic).
I feel that this whole experience was a waste of my time, a misuse of the money we all spend on healthcare (as I had to double up on appointments to receive proper healthcare) and ultimately a waste of the doctor’s time as well. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for healthcare even when you have a relatively straightforward concern. Very disappointing.

I cannot stress the utter horrific and rude treatment I received just now. I went through calling 811 and because I didn’t fit their prescribed formula of series of questions and results, the nurse suggested I have an appointment with one of the doctors here. The doctor just called me less than ten minutes ago. He was incredibly rude, belittling and didn’t read a single thing the nurse provided. I hope he isn’t compensated for his phone call to me as he didn’t do a single thing. He even called me the wrong name. I have never been this angry because of a doctor before. I am truly disgusted and am thankful my regular doctor is at the polar opposite end of the spectrum. She is delightful. I hope no one else has to deal with this doctor.

THE MOST AWFUL And Unprofessional CLINIC! Was called two hours prior to my first appointment saying I had to reschedule as the doctor had an family situation that she had to leave which is fine because anyone can have emergency so I reschedule for next week but no reminder call I had to call again to double check if my appointment was at 3 or 3: 30 since I never got reminder call and the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude saying that we did call you as per the notes on my file and your appointment was at 2 pm not 3 so how come I never got reminder call even I requested so then I said I really need to see a doctor if you can do anything about it the receptionist was like no we have to cancel and said I can transfer your call to my coordinator to discuss this matter and the coordinator was like I apologize the receptionist didn’t call you cuz of the wrong note on your file then how is it my fault that you cancel my appointment. This clinic doesn’t take their patients seriously so please don’t go to this clinic DONT WASTE YIUR YOUR TIME FIND A BETTER CLINIC I WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF I COULD.

I was referred here by my family doctor as I was unable to get a midwife and I am so grateful. The staff here is so amazing starting with the receptionist, to the nurse and then Dr Forbes. Dr. Forbes made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I was amazed by the treatment and attention I got. Looking forward to my next appointment here.

My therapist Paul G. Kept telling me he was going to schedule our appointments but never followed through. This happened 3 times. Can't rely on this place

I asked the nurse for a full report, she didn't give me anything and she was very disrespectful. She made me cry after I left the room.

Therapist went on holiday and left my daughter unattended. He didn’t pass his case load off to anyone. He didn’t even say he was leaving
Receptionist told me he was away and that’s why he didn’t call back.

Clinic is total lost cause. Doctors are rushing through the patients. I saw Dr Farah Jivraj for blood work follow up and she didnt check the blood work updates and send nurse to update all the history. Dr was so hung up that if i have family doctor or not.why i dont, and why shouldnt i go to her; Instead of working on
getting my updates on my blood work so i can get medical advice that i came for my Gallstone medical condition. I showed her my wound from hike and asked if i need to get tetnis shot ot not. She said, "she doesnt have
time to work on this". I alaon looked up my blood work in my health id online and i saw that results were posted since 8: 15 am. I showed to receptionist and nusrse and the respond was doctor moved on to other parient.

So grateful for you guys. Made an appointment at 6, got there at 545 and was out by 6 with a diagnosis as well as prescriptions. Made my quality of life so much better by not having to stress and wait. Thanks!

The wait time here is unreasonable. Waited for over an hour with my 9 month old. The doctor we saw was very unprofessional.

The reception staffs were very helpful and friendly. Doctors are great too, they make sure to address all your questions and concerns.
I recommend this clinic to all pregnant women.
