Absolute trash experience. I suffered a miscarriage on November 22nd, 2023 and Healthlink sent me here the evening of to see an after hours doctor. We had to wait quite a while because the doctor was late coming in for his shift. Once he finally got there, they put us in a room covered in baby and pregnancy posters, like they just completely forgot why I was there or just didn't care at all?

This doctor spent most of the time talking directly to my husband instead of me. He clearly felt uncomfortable talking to me about my own body. He didn't send me for an ultrasound or anything. I found out from my own doctor a few days later that an ultrasound was crucial to see if there was any pregnancy tissue still in there. If there was, it could potentially lead to infection and even affect future fertility. All he did was put in a referral to the early pregnancy loss clinic at Foothills, which they later rejected BECAUSE I hadn't had an ultrasound done. This doctor clearly didn't know how to handle a miscarriage, and I left there feeling worse than I had before I arrived. And that's saying a lot.

If you have the choice to avoid this clinic, I strongly suggest you find a different one.

I have never had to get this sort of help in my life and was quite nervous about this appointment. My appointed social worker made me feel comfortable and at ease to be honest about my situation and felt at ease to speek openly. She was great! Many thanks for the help and advice!

I m diebetic for last many years. The Nurse M.na provided me services. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, very courteous, and professional Nurse. She has been very helpful and gave me guidance, provided me written material, replied my every question. She provided me such information and awareness about diabetes and care which no other doctor has provided me so far.

Telephonic appointment was concise and provided remedial course of action regarding the next stage. Queries were answered to the utmost satisfaction.

I am so happy I chose Mosaic Sunridge. I didn't know anything about Mosaic. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant, professional, efficient. Absolutely top notch. In fact, the fellow who drew my blood was so impressive, as I was leaving, I told him how much I appreciated his manner. He has a very gentle, kind demeanor. Compared to many other clinics I have been to, Mosaic Sunridge is by far the best. I highly recommend Mosaic Sunridge.

The parking is an issue. I have Dr two doors down and don't have to pay for parking. Why can't this clinic do the same. Dr.at clinic is very nice.

For the first time in my life, after many failed attempts at therapy, I'm looking forward to my appointments. Liza is so understanding and engaging. She has me eager to work on myself and excited for my next appointment.

This was my first appointment with my care counselor. I was very impressed with her approach she was kind and informative. I like I look forward to my next appointment where we can delve into how she may be able to provide me some tips and help me along with the issues I need to resolve. Thank you

I had an hour long intake with someone on July 26 - We are now end of September. Someone was supposed to call me back. I then got told by my doctor he received a letter I never attended the call on July 26 (my phone records indicate I did, and it was an hour) They proceeded to say no providers were available that day. Who did I divulge personal information too? Why is there no record of this conversation on their end.

They are like would you like to reschedule. Reschedule what? I attended the intake phone call. They don't even know who would have called me, and I don't remember the old mans name. Didn't think it was important, I didn't think a clinic could mess up like this.

And why was the letter about me failing to show up over a month later?

This medical office is terrible. I would not recommend going here. Extremely disappointed with my entire experience went here six times giving them more chances and unfortunately had to find a new place. The staff, nurses and doctors do not care about patients and are very rude and unprofessional.

Got referred here through health link as my family physician was unavailable over the weekend. Everyone from the front staff to Dr. Toussi was professional and most importantly, listened. Thank you!

I do not recommend this office for pregnancy & labour. Extremely unprofessional. I’ve never been so upset with an office to leave a review. As this is my first pregnancy I had questions & concerned due to some additional health complications - which were ignored by the doctor! Both the resident and doctor didn’t seem to know what week (s) I needed to get a vaccination. The nurse told me my prenatals weren’t prenatals - when the bottle says prenatals with folic acid. When done, I called my family doctor to refer me to a different doctor. When calling to cancel (to not just no show) I’m put on hold, several times, transferred and hung up. I tried telling the girl “No” before she transferred me the third time and to which she said “I’m putting you on hold, ” and then I was hung up on, again. Very disappointed with my entire experience.

I don't know why the receptionist reschedule appointment every week and tell us that dr is not available on that day. Once we cooperated with them as they said dr is not available but its not possible every week to reschedule. People have other work also to do.
