Mosaic Temple Community Clinic

I have never had an issue with Mosaic and their level of compassionate care. Their reception staff have always been polite, and their clinicians have been incredibly helpful.

Sometime back when exercise class was cancelled i had a beneficial encounter with Brinda Rao (MosaicPCN Dietitian) at Genesis. Did not have appointment and yet was able to ask her bunch of qustions to improve my eating habits and lifestyle. Her knowledge of South Asian and Canadian food is amazing. My wife took some notes as Rao switched to Hindi / Punjabi with ease. I heard her on radio show about Diabetes before but great program to see Dietitian so quickly without Doctor's note or waiting for weeks.

Sanjeshna was my therapist. Im 26f and struggled a lot with my mental health. She helped me navigate through my depression and helped understand myself better. Sanjeshna is an amazing professional, she’s kind, supportive and communicates effectively with constructive feedback. I really appreciate everything she did and I highly recommend her to anyone. Finding the right therapist is like dating around…it isn’t easy, but I’m telling you she checks all the boxes and green flags. 100% recommend her.

They called but never leave a voice mail or name and I keep returning the call and is just a song playing but never answer. Hope they reply here

I am trying to quit smoking. They give me the support I need to try one more time. I am doing well so far. The monitoring they do is great helps keep you motivated. I highly recommend them.

It was a very very respectful one hour session. Learned a lot about myself and the things I needed to get out. It was a wonderful experience.

My primary physician referred me here. All they did was tell my primary lies about me. They will likely try to lie some more and day they didnt lie but I have their lies in writing. I refuse to be seen by liers as they obviously lack ethics. Mean while whatever service I was supposed to receive here I wont receive and I will just keep getting sicker.

The administrative staff here are disengaged, lack compassion, and openly discriminate. They demonstrate a reliable unwillingness to actively listen - often interrupting, and thereby incorrectly interpret and direct inquiries elsewhere before understanding you were directed to them by a clinician. They are not invested in the wellbeing of clients or service delivery of Mosaic PCN Clinicians. The administrative are absolutely unprofessional. I will ask my family doctor to refer me to another clinic: (

I am so thankful to kinesiologist Devin Chaluk for his dedication, knowledge, understanding and patience. He goes above and beyond expectations, he is professional and gives great input and advice.
