Had my initial assessment with Dave and was very happy with the experience. He listened to all my questions and concerns and gave great feedback. His staff was very friendly and helpful and they have a great facility!

Carly was prepared, thorough and knowledgeable. She worked through various tests with me to assess the issue, and then came up with a protocol that I could follow to get better. She laid out a concrete plan of action that I understood and could reasonably do! I’ve seen many physiotherapists in my day and was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and approach.

I’ve been working with Dave at most for the better part of a decade. Their team is professional and has a multitude of sports and therapy backgrounds. You need to get stronger? They got you. Get out of pain? They got you.

Fantastic team and atmosphere. They aren’t charlatans with super secret squirrel programming. Just honest practitioners with an eye for movement so you can move better, longer and without pain.

Carly's amazing! I'm really happy with my first visit. First of all, she's a sweet and kind girl. She's very knowledgeable and professional. I have been trying to do physiotherapy with other clinics for many years, but I always stop going because they made me do the same exercises over and over again, and honestly, it got boring! This time around, Carly gave me a mini-lesson on anatomy which was very useful and fun. She taught me new exercises I had never been taught before for my ankle injury and flat feet. She even taught me what shoes I should be wear, something I had never been taught before. I'm excited to keep working on my ankle with Carly! Definitely recommend her 100%

I approach MOST's physiotherapist, Carly, with chronic pain complaints following a serious illness, and she has honestly changed my life in just a few short sessions. Carly took my complaints seriously and analyzed them holistically, trying to draw connections between what has occurred, what is an issue now, and what would I like to achieve through physio. I also appreciate that she considers the impacts of stress, trauma, etc on our bodies. She was completely non-judgemental and warm, and developed a program that felt super approachable (and in no way intimidating). My pain has significantly decreased in a short period of time and I am excited to even consider resuming sports and activities that I gave up on after years of repeated injury, pain, and frustration. Couldn't recommend this service enough, especially if pain is preventing you from enjoying your daily life and staying active in the ways that you would like.

I required physiotherapy on an on-going knee issue, so I booked in an appointment an was treated by Carly. She took her time, providing me an in-depth inspection, and asked me detailed questions on my injury and current pain levels. She quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me many strengthening and stretching exercises in the gym. I found her professional, patient and good humoured throughout, and I will definitely be recommending to others.

I've been seeing Carly at MOST for a knee injury that I had about a year ago that required surgery for a partial meniscus tear. After my injury I was unable to bend my knee even 90 degrees and I now have full range of motion back!

Carly has been very attentative to my concerns and has slowly increased the difficulty level of my exercises over time to better ease me back into the activity level I was at pre-injury. And as an added bonus she's fun to talk to!

I would highly recommend MOST to anyone looking for a physiotherapist; the people are great and the facility is nice and spacious for exercising.

I had my first physiotherapy visit at MOST with Carly today and it was great! The facility is amazing and everyone there is so welcoming. It's nice having physio treatment in a facility where the gym is huge and your therapist has room to exercise with you if you need that extra support. Carly is an amazing personable physiotherapist who really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and motivated; I could not recommend her enough!:)

I saw Adam for my neck injury and had great results very quickly. He took the time to show me all of the exercises/stretches to help prevent my injury from recurring. I can definitely tell that he cares about helping people get better as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about MOST. I have been training with Alex for 3 1/2 months and as a 55+ year old guy I am getting into the best shape I have been since I was in my 20's. I am also seeing Sydney for the Nutrition and she has gotten me on the right path. The clinical side has helped me a ton as well, from Osteopath work with David and Arissa and massages from Gina, they are getting me healthy again. Been a blessing to find MOST. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to MOST for shoulder rehabilitation. After trying many places in Calgary, where i wasn't getting results, I found my home! The care and expertise for assessment and treatment is top notch. I highly recommend this facility, with very personable staff and experience. You won't be disappointed!

Well I didnt really know what to do with physical fitness so someone suggested I go try Most (I tried Goodlife and that didn't work), so I did. Don't know how they made it fun but they did. I have never had this much interest in doing anything. I have lost 40 pounds and am as fit as I was at 25. It sort of reminds of Cheers, without beer. Everyone knows your name and you want to be there. If you want to learn how to move, at your pace with a group that makes you laugh. Give it a try.

I would give MOST 10 stars if I could! I've been a member at MOST since the day they opened and I cannot speak highly enough of Dave & Jenn Swagar and the incredible clinical and coaching staff they've surrounded themselves with. When you combine an extremely knowledgeable and well qualified staff with a competitive, yet fun environment it makes for an ideal place to learn, train, rehab and recover. There is top notch coaching & programming, a great mix of professional athletes and everyday 9to5ers to train with and the clinical team at MOST is absolutely phenomenal should you ever need them. I highly recommend MOST to anyone looking for training and/or clinical treatment services!

I had a goal of running a marathon. I trained by myself, and ended with an injury that forced me to withdraw from the race. My wife, who is an original member at Most, encouraged me to go see Dave and Jenn to get me back on track. After a couple sessions of osteopathic adjustments with Dave, and committing to regular fitness classes with Jenn, I achieved my goal, and completed a marathon.

Most is not only a place to achieve your fitness and wellness goals, it is also a supportive community. A couple years ago my wife was diagnosed with cancer. The Most community came together in a huge way for my family. The members pooled resources, providing our family with enough meals to feed an army. The Coaches ensured that my wife and I continued with our nutrition and fitness as best we could. The love and support my wife and I received, and continue to receive is beyond measure. Thank you Most!

Most Physical Prep has become a mainstay of my day to day healthy living. From nutrition guidance, to general physical fitness, to specialized training, to rehabilitation the team at Most has you covered.

I have been a member for 4 years and do not see any reason why I would leave. The integrated approached allows me to have a seamless transition from training to recovery to nutrition to rehab when bumps happen.

If you want to be a healthier you, drop by Most and let them show you the way.

The team of coaches at most are very knowledgeable. The members are great people as well. Showing up and pushing yourself is easy. If you want to be better, in strength, nutrician and overall health, this is a great place to go.

We have been members of this gym for several years and we love it! The owners and staff are all extremely knowledgeable, and will help you scale a workout to your level of fitness - no matter what that is. The clinic area in the front is also great if you are working through any injuries. Can't say enough good things about these folks - so if you are on the fence about coming in - don't be. My husband and I are both over 50 - we feel right at home here, and you will too!

I have been at Most for around two years now. It’s hands down the best gym I have trained at. The coaching staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Their approach to programming is sustainable and fun. Plus the community is second to none. If you’re looking for a place to train, definitely check out Most.

I was an out of shape 50+ year old finding all sort of reasons to not look after myself. With the help of Jenn, David and the other MOST professionals I am healthier and more active than I have been for 30 years. Exceptional atmosphere, coaching and clinical services that have given me the ability to do the things I want to do when I want to do them. It is almost 4 years now and would not even consider leaving. Highly recommend no matter what your age.

I’ve been coached by Jenn Swagar for years and have been a member at MOST since she and David first opened it. Whatever your goals, whether training for performance, for a specific sport, or just to move better and be healthier, Jenn, David and the other staff members at MOST can help you achieve them. One of the things that makes MOST unique is the qualifications that they demand of all their staff, which is a combination of education and practical experience (they don’t just hire anyone who has completed a weekend course or certificate). Another factor that differentiates MOST is having both clinical and training services in one facility. David and the clinical staff treat injuries and dysfunctions to get you moving again, and Jenn and the training staff work closely with them to design a training program that is tailored for you. On top of all that they are just great people. I highly recommend giving it a try or at least going in for an initial meeting to discuss your goals.

Got pointed in MOST's direction over 5 years ago and was instantly drawn to the friendly and professional atmosphere of the staff and other members.

Can't say enough positive things about the coaching and programming. Working out at MOST has made me feel more confident and competent in many aspects.from technique, movement competency, stability and strength. The workouts are programmed with purpose and not just to "have a tough workout". You leave feeling accomplished and tired, but not beat up. Not only have I learned lots, but I have met some great friends who not only encourage each other through movements, but also push each other to become better. Every friend I've ever brought for a trial class/drop in has been unsure about the whole idea of crossfit/athletic development programming that MOST embraces but has left feeling like they learned some stuff, got more fit and had fun doing so.

On the clinic side, I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dave for an ankle and knee injury and can confidently say his assessment and treatment abilities + experience in this field is top notch. Concetta's neuropathy treatments are also very effective (though it will definitely feel a bit odd at first). Kelsey's massages are rejuvenating and definitely aid in recovery!

Went to check this place out after all the positive reviews. All signs that they are open, all doors locked. Very discouraging.
