I’ve been going to Motion Auto with my Mercedes for several years. Always very honest and professional mechanic work. Stopped going to Mercedes Dealership after my first appointment and haven’t looked back.

So I bought a jeep from a local dealership and there were many problems with it. They sent it to Jeff to get it rectified. First I must say any mechanical issues I have in the future I will definitely be taking it to Motion Auto. Jeff’s attention to detail and his thorough inspection was impressing. He found all the problems and fixed them. Was very honest and transparent. I’m new to the area and just found my mechanic shop. Thanks Jeff and you team. Keep up the good work!

Honest repair facility. I used to feel sick when having to take a car to a shop for repairs I couldn't handle myself, especially when the vehicle is off warranty. Then I bought a used Benz, and through economic necessity, needed to find a good alternative to a dealership. This led me to Jeff at Motion Auto who is a Mercedes enthusiast, and highly competent. If the maintenance, repair, or modification is over my head, I totally trust this shop, and never worry that I’m getting less than expert advice or service at much better rates and care then I’ve experienced elsewhere. Other friends I’ve referred to this shop for their imports or domestic vehicles have been very happy I’ve suggested Motion Auto.

Always satisfied with the outcome. Only complaint is they are getting busy. I better stop telling all my friends how good they are.

I recommend Motion to everyone. I’ve gotten so much work done here and every time I know I’m taken care of. Awesome place.

Jeff got my Mercedes in very quickly and had it back to me in less than a day. He's quick and honest and took the time to show me other areas that I would need attention soon and was able to provide me with a quote within an hour of our conversation. I am booking everything he suggested this week!

I had brought in my BMW earlier this week to address a fairly major oil leak. Jeff was welcoming when I stopped in to inquire and took the time to discuss thoroughly and provide his thoughts. Because this was my daily beater, I was wary of how much I wanted to invest in the car. Jeff was cognizant of this and provided a realistic assessment.

I was able to bring in the car for work within a short period of time. Jeff's communication was great and I was very happy to have the problem fixed while remaining under the estimated amount (always pleasant news).

In addition to Jeff's knowledge and excellent service, every staff member I met was equally welcoming and professional. Signs of a happy workplace.

While there are many good service facilities in this city, I have been won over. I plan to bring the BMW and my other Mercedes vehicles to Motion Auto for any future needs.

2013 Mini Countryman - the dreaded P053A engine fault. This could be caused by a myriad of issues. Jeff and the crew at Motion Auto diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem for a reasonable fee. Please support local businesses like these guys. They did a great job! I highly recommend them. JL

Update. I needed to fix an oil leak. Jeff resolved it and since it did not require parts he did not charge me. Also thought I needed bushings. He was not convinced and said we should wait and see if sound continues. Jeff is the most honest mechanic I know. He is not here to rip people off. If parts need to be replaced he will let you know aboit oem and aftermarket options. I take all my cars to Motion Auto. I am a confirmed and satisfied customer. JL

Being new in Edmonton it was hard to find someone who would work on a Mercedes but somehow we came to know about motion auto. The transmission of our car was damaged somehow at 50k. Jeff worked on our car and the car is in great shape now. Jeff is really honest and hard working and I totally trust him with my car now. He gave us regular updates on the progress of our car. The first transmission that he put in had some sort of leakage but he ordered another part and had to put the other transmission all over again and didn't charge me anything extra at all for it, which shows the honesty and genuinity. Would highly recommend to anyone with a Mercedes.

Motion auto came through when no one was willing to work on a Mercedes transmission In Edmonton. Jeff is extremely hard working honest person. If you have Mercedes go to motion auto.thats it.
