I called them up to give me a pre-delivery inspection on a vehicle since I was over 3,000 km away. They acted promptly professionally and answered all my questions I would recommend this business

I know my way around cars, and it hurts me when I'm offered to replace something that doesn't need replacing. Or at a very high price.

In March I needed my front brakes replaced. I called Dylan and he got me in within two days. I took my car in at 8am and the repairs were done by 10: 30am. It was so refreshing to find an auto repair shop that is so honest, efficient and courteous as Mount Pleasant Auto Service. Thanks to Dylan, David and staff.

So far a very bad experience. Waited about a week to get my car in to have the AC "fixed". Was filled up with new refrigerate, and only lasted one time. Called the garage, and they told me they could book me back in another week from now.and that this was all just part of the process of fixing it.one of many stages. The problem is that none of this was explained to me at all. Will update after next visit.

Dylan and his team do a great job with our vehicles. We’ve had mechanical work done and always use the drive in oil change. The prices are good and the work has always been first class. There is no up-selling in the oil change area and they’re always accessible

I have brought two vehicles to Mount Pleasant auto service. They did the brakes and shocks on one vehicle and a transmission flush on the other. Prices seem fair, service and advice are excellent.

They are very easy to deal with, friendly, courteous. They are very honest in their assessments on what work needs done and if it is not required they let you know and why. I never feel over sold. They communicate on all work being done and give recommendations on what can wait and what shouldn't. They are also efficient and get the work done quickly. Highly recommended.

Had an urgent tire repair that needed doing. They were able to fit me in an out in about 30 minutes. Very impressed thanks!

Everything you want in a mechanic. Friendly, reliable, well priced and great communication. My job has weird hours and they make it easy for me to pick up and drop off and have never complained. I have never had a repeat issue, when they fix it it stays fixed.

Dillon and his team went above and beyond today to find a new tire to replace an unrepairable flat tire, and get us on our way today.

Took in for 40 point in inspection for 59.00. Wanted my fluids checked. My windshield fluid was empty snd coolant was half full so wanted other fluids checked and all topped up. Was suggested I do a coolant flush which I agreed to.
Total bill was about 270. Was told to come back in a week to get coolant topped up.
I checked coolant was only half full. Sames as when I took in. Windshield washer still empty.
Not happy. So I went back. They filled coolant to full. Didn't fill windshield.
This I can do. But just makes me worried did they actually check other fluids. A bit upsetting.

Dylan and crew are straight up the real deal.
5 star rating is not enough. No pressure sales. Friendly and very accommodating. Honest.
