Mount Robson Inn

No point in commenting on price since every hotel in that location is very expensive

I visited for a night with a family of 5 and we booked a suite. I was pretty happy with the room and the breakfast in the morning was descent.

Nice place to stay in Jasper. Close to the shops and restaurants. Have complementary breakfast and on-site laundry service as well. We even saw wildlife in front of the hotel on the day we stayed.

Very friendly front desk people, free breakfast.
Rooms are a bit dated however and the mattresses aren't that great.
Hot tubs are a plus
Good location for a few days stay, be aware it's by some train tracks so may be noisy.

Stayed here for a few nights and all seemed fine. When I went back after the Jasper Park Lodge experience, the general manager told me that JPL had put out a call to all the hotels in Jasper not to rent a room to me. Did they know my legal name is Rothschild? Right, these were the wealthy Rothschilds and I was the pauper Rothschild. I had no vehicle, funds but no room to book. No car rental service and seemly no way out of town. Molina and her son Alex helped me and took me to Jasper hospital. Otherwise I may have ended up in a jail cell. I ended up in the Royal room 103 at Jasper hospital and was flown to Pinoko the next day or Centenniel. Thank you Molina and Alex, for possibly saving my life.

I would be back! Rooms were clean and friendly staff! The out door hot tub was lovely! Continental breakfast had lots of options.

I filled my pockets with enough pre-packaged carrot muffins to feed a small army. Prepare for my return.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff were so nice, the hot tubs were great and beds super comfy!

The room was ready at the time we arrived. It was clean and bathroom seems really new which is fancy but quite small.
Hot breakfast was great option too.

But its quite not a mountain view as they advertised. You can barely see mountain from the room and kind of felt like I was locked in a room because we had to put certain almost all time because how many people walking pass so we had to put certain for our privacy.

And there is no soundproof for any of the direction of the room. Upstairs with kids, beside the room with adults dragging something in the room, you can hear everything!

Great breakfast with Gluten Free options. One down side is the heating in the room. Even when turned off it was extremely hot. Even to the point of Getting up multiple times to open the door. Our visit occurred in January.

Other than that staff and Guest were kind!

Very grateful to the Mount Robson Inn and the Mountaineer Lodge for accommodating a switch between the two sister hotels while we were stuck in Jasper due to the road closures.
Mount Robson Inn had large and spacious rooms with microwaves and great selection for breakfast. Highly recommend for a Jasper stay.

Great amenities, breakfast was pretty good considering it's complimentary, hot tubs were great, location was good and didnt have trouble finding parking. We did however discover our bedding had old blood stains all over it, and they didn't smell good.asked for a change and was told it would be done, when we got back to our room the second night we still had blood stained sheets.

This is the exact place for the weary traveler, the room is spacy, beds and mattress are comfortable and healthy (relative to North America standard). The shower and bath tab are spoiling. The breakfast is full and satisfying.

Horrible loacation right on the highway and railway, every train passing by makes the room shake.unpolite staff.too expensive for what we've got.spare it if you can.go ellswhere, enjoy more.

Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Complete rip off for $200 a night. Paper thin walls, you can hear people talking, closing doors, and banging around their suite. Motel style, can hear car doors slamming. Don’t recommend.

It was perfect for a quick stay. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The beds are super comfy as well. Breakfast was included and it was great. The only negative was the plumbing from the 2nd floor was really loud in our room. Other than that it's a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

It is very clean and nice place to stay. Room was little smaller and congested with sofa chair right beside the bed. Breakfast was very good.

I would be back! Rooms were clean and quite well maintained. The out door hot tub was lovely! Continental breakfast had lots of options. When booking I had requested early check-in. They didn't have our room ready when we stopped to see but offered to call as soon as it was ready

I’m a little torn about this review. The front desk (Linda) gave us a complimentary upgrade after our first of 3 nights because the room above us had plumbing issues which affected our room. The suite was gorgeous! However there are a few things to be mindful of while staying here. Most importantly the walls are THIN. There was a soccer team staying above us and we heard every little noise. But that’s not the Inn’s fault. The hot tubs are a lovely amenity, the complimentary breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly and eager to assist, and it’s at the end of the main strip so we didn’t need to drive to the stores/restaurants. Overall, definitely recommend staying here.

Mount Robson Inn is in Jasper town with fairly large number of rooms divided between two floors in almost a square shaped building with large central parking lot. Almost all rooms have mountain views from the windows not overlooking the parking lot but not all. Alas mine had only window with only parking lot view.
My room was good in size but appeared smaller due to overcrowding of furniture. There were 3 seating chairs for example. It was well appointed with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and naturally TV. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom ok in size but it is the only bathroom I ever so in a hotel without a sink inside. There is a sink at entrance of the room. My room was clean, quite with free wifi at adequate speed. There is a laundry room for guests to use.
They have fairly a large breakfast room with good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Room was very hot upon arrival (unfortunate since arrived in time to go straight to bed). Rest of stay was great and breakfast was amazing!

Love the location, front desk staff and breakfast staff. However, housekeeping service needs to be improved and be more consistent. The handrails in public area are dusty. The floor mat in our room was taken without new replacement every other day. Some days the trash can was not emptied, and some days the bed was not made.

Room facilities are amazing. After hiking is very need shower and relax. Breakfast was hot, delicious and had a wonderful variety. Hotel have a laundromat in the building. Very good idea.
Good location. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. All the staff are courteous and friendly. We have "small talk" with Oksana. She was so attentive to all our needs and very nice.f you're ever in Jasper stop by and check them out.

My experience at Mount Robson was fantastic! The Inn is literally 1 min away from the busier part of town which is perfect. Nice and quiet. The staff are excellent and took care of all our needs. From checking in to check out, they were fantastic. The breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious! The Inn all together is kept very clean. I will 1000% be staying here again when I return AND recommending everyone I know planning to come visit Jasper to stay here. Also the view outside from my room is unreal! There has been a little green and white bird visiting the Inn as well!

The very first experience of the hotel was extremely helpful front desk staff.
The room was recently refurbished, clean and fully furnished suite.
Had a full sized bathroom and equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV and fridge
Only issue I faced was little bit of noise from upper floor when people may have been walking or moving furniture.

Excellent stay, the room is very nice. Is clean excellent service, nice new pillow. The breakfast was actually super good, and was fresh and awesome. I had a breakfast sandwich! For free! I couple points of improvements would be several heights of pillows, easy HDMI access on the tv. I will be coming back for sure, with a right angle HDMI adapter and my pillow!

This is a motel with basic decor. The location is convenient and the selection and quality of items in the complimentary breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. There is also a great cafe next door. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were good quality. Unfortunately there are not enough parking spots for guests.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. Our room was an expensive king suite. When we checked in we found toothpaste all over the bathroom tap and sink. The ice bucket was stuffed with garbage and dirty Kleenex. Finally an open bag of chips and loose potato chips were scattered under the bed.

The front desk staff member could not find a replacement ice bucket nor have one dropped to our room so we used a bag for ice. Since it was evening, housekeeping staff were not available to deal with the dirty room. I was instead offered cleaner and a rag to clean the bathroom and bucket. We were assured that the manager would speak to us to on this matter in the morning.

Despite our frequent stops at the front desk, the manager made NO attempt to connect with us or to resolve these issues. On check-out the desk staff said “that’s too bad” but did not access the manager after our comments and request.

This motel is basic and overpriced. The room was filthy and no attempts were made to address the situation.

There are a lot of better options for your money in Jasper. If you have to stay here bring disinfectant wipes.

There was many things wrong with this hotel. We had booked the Whistler King Suite. The sofa bed was completely unbearable (even for a sofa bed), the bed sheets fuzzy and an overall layer of dust around. As we went to go to sleep we suddenly heard the most agitating noises coming from the train track right infront of the hotel. Beware of false advertising! On their website Mount Robson Inn promises “peace and quiet” and absolutely do not deliver! The trains got so loud I was awoken everytime they passed. The next morning we go to their so called “deluxe” breakfast. As I was walking into the area I passed by large boxes filled with cheap “liquid egg” and dirty cheese. Guests were just grabbing the toasts and bagels with their hands and leaving them back in the tray, it was absolutely filthy and absent of deluxe. When we went to complain about the noise level we were thankfully met with Irene, who gave us excellent customer service and without her we would’ve left after only one night! Irene was amazing and changed our rooms, one that was also much cleaner with fresher feeling sheets. Problem in this room was that we could hear the entire plumbing system of any room around us, which got quite frustrating hearing flushes did not provide us with the peace and quiet we wanted either… It was overall a very disappointing stay but I would like to credit Irene for her splendid customer service and attempts to help!

Had a nice experience here with friends. They have one of the best buffet breakfast spreads with breads, bagels, pancakes, hash browns, sausages, and eggs both boiled and well made.different types of cereal, coffee, yoghurt, and juices make your morning meal a delight. The rooms are spacious and while ours was a duplex, they could have had doors separating the two floors for privacy. Housekeeping was great and the stay was pleasant.

Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, clean, employees friendly and helpful, happy to have a laundromat in the building, breakfast included and was good, good location

Room was super comfortable. Bed and pillows were nice. They’ve done a good job with the upgrades. The breakfast was really tasty and free! Would definitely stay here again

The room was not ready for occupying.lots of sawdust but gm said it is just a bit. I can always clean if it was a bit. I have reached out but it got bad.
But, the room was spacious and good. Just make sure it is ready for guest. I understand very much that it is under renovation, I got that. But, it was booked 3 days before and that was my simple question. But they say I raised my voice. I admit I was frustrated.

The location in Jasper is great being just a little off the busy core. Its a very well taken care of hotel with staff that care. To me its the best deal in Jasper with stunning mountain views. Jasper National Park is Canada's best and the Mt Robson Hotel is the best bet in Jasper. Thats an awesome combo!
