I called just last week for an appointment and had my carpets cleaned today. Darcy was very professional and explained exactly what he would do and gave me his advice and the quote before he started. It was all done in just a couple of hours and my carpets have never looked better and we're mostly dry before he even left. Was a wonderful experience and I would certainly recommend him to others. A great job on our area rug which was way past due needing a cleaning. Darcy was very particular about wanting to make sure it was absolutely clean. One area turned out to be worn as opposed to extra dirty but the carpet came back lovely and clean. ️
