We are not happy with the quality of the product installed, how long we had to wait for our installation, and how much of a hassle this whole ordeal has been and still is. We got a quote in June of 2022 being told that it would take some time to get our windows and doors in. We were doing an overhaul on the whole house, 4 exterior doors and over 20 large windows. We also wanted the trim done. We were told that our products would come in late September. September came and went and every two weeks we would check in and every two weeks it was another two weeks until the end of November. At that point we were dropping into -10's. We didn't feel comfortable with doing our entire house at those temps, and after Wes told us the coldest he could work in was -15 at which point the sealant wouldn't work effectively. This was too close for us at the price that we paid for all of this. We said we would reconvene sometime in the spring. Wes asked us if we would pay him for half of the quote in December/January and we in good faith, obliged him that, without any work being done. During the Winter we decided that we wanted to do the trim ourselves to make sure it matched a reno we completed and let Wes know that. He revised the quote. March came around and we patiently awaited getting scheduled in after we contacted Wes again. We were told things were too busy in April and he was short staffed and we were scheduled in for the first week of May. A few days before our date we got an email that said that an important client in Jasper needed shower doors installed and Wes pushed us out another week. This was a huge inconvenience as we had to have things lined up for that week to work, and it was rather rude that we were not considered important clients after we had in good faith already paid for half of our quote. The next week rolled around and installation began. We asked Wes if his team, since they were going to be manipulating siding already for the windows and trim, would mind fixing some spots that had cracked in the siding. He said yep for sure. Then the issues only piled on from there. The bay window we had was not measured properly and the angles were incorrect on it, so it could not be installed. Every time something went wrong or sideways, Wes had an excuse for it. He said that he measured it from the outside since he didn't have access to it when we weren't home one day and he measured it. I don't recall Wes measuring anything when we weren't home. Then he looked at the first window they put in and he didn't measure the width of the house in enough places and it turns out that we have an extra 1/4inch of plywood on the upper floor of the house compared to the bottom where he measured one door and assumed a thickness for the rest of the house. So every single window and door on the upper floor which is 75% of the order are all 1/4inch too narrow, so now somehow my husband and I are left to figure out how to do trim that matches the rest of the house and baseboards around the doors and have to fill 1/4inch gap. We couldn't say no take these windows back they won't work, we had absolutely no choice and Wes was already going ahead and installing them. He actually made a comment that if he was still doing the trim that he wouldn't even of told us. The guys that work for him did a great job on the install and kept things very clean and tidy. We told Wes that we wanted to keep all the windows and sell them, we had to fight to keep them and actually had to get him to bring a door back to us that he took away. After the install he told us that he didn't charge us extra to repair the siding since we were so patient. That was a shock because never were we told fixing the siding would be extra. We've paid in full now and have issues with the garden door not sealing properly, screws in hinges are missing and so far one of the windows has a crack in the glass pane. We were told that now we're All Weather Windows problem and to contact them about warranty. There's even more than this that I want to write but I'm at my limit.

Called them 2 times to have some work done at the Apartment Building I take care of and they NEVER called me back. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: So is that why you didn't call me back because your competition didn't either, if so that's pretty rude of you and unprofessional too now isn't it? And FYI they did end up calling me back and I will surely keep taking my business to them as usual anyway. And do show me proof of all these facebook comments you say I have made because I don't see any from me.

Wes is awesome. Professional and courteous. He showed up when he said he would. Did measurements. Gave us a couple of options on our quotes. We’ve had no issues with their installed product. Would highly recommend.
