As a female I would never use this location with my car again. To be spoken to like I don't understand or know what is wrong with my car. I expect when I'm asking for a job to be to be done by experts that's it's done properly not putting an old bolt in because they had no new ones and then not telling me they had done it. Taking it back and being spoken down to, Patrick isn't a person that has any respect for talking to women. When my car goes in for bushing work, if they see anything else they need to advise not say the sound will wear off, really as my upper control arms needing replacing, surely when you are replacing the lower you are able to see the upper.when I call and complain, get told I will get a call back. 2 weeks later nothing. My car is now being looked after by an expert, I will never use this location again.
It took this review to get dodge off there butts to deal with failed part, there work ethic is disgusting. I have had others reach out who have the same story sadly. I love my car and will never go back to this location. There is way to many issues to list with this location.well worth the drive to another dodge dealer.

I've bought 2 brand new vehicles from this Dealership with 2 different Management teams. The new management and customer service is a disaster. Unhelpful, rude and only interested in taking whatever money they can from you. I won't be back. The salesperson that sold my last vehicle has now been caught in 4 outright lies that they can not and will not honor. Fool me once.

My father and I had a very friendly dealing with Mountain View Dodge and the salesman there recommend Mountain View Dodge to everybody out there looking for a sweet ride!

A friend of mine ordered a truck. Now as a warning I should let you know that even though they don't have a slippery floor sign in the entrance, you should probably watch your step. The salespeople here are so slimy that when the truck he ordered showed up, they had the gall to tell him they couldn't honor the price previously agreed upon. He waited five months for this truck to show up and after some debating back and forth, they determined he could no longer have the truckand that they would sell it to someone else instead. As a result he wrote a bad review. Later in the sales person who was supposed to be selling him the truck wrote a review about himself in Google to try and counter the poor feedback withing Google. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would encourage you to shop at another dealership because as a people we should collectively put a stop to people who think it's okay to take advantage of the average consumer.

I factory ordered a new truck in nov/22 direct from the sales manager and gave a $3000 deposit. Have documentation of agreed pricing and now the new sales manager will not honor the pricing, asking for $7000 more. Zero effort to resolve just threatening to sell it out from under me after waiting 5 months for it to arrive. Sales team refused to let me speak to dealership owner to try and resolve.

Update: 20 minutes after posting this review; Dylan the current sales manager franticly called telling me how this review made him feel threatened and that because of this post he wouldn't sell me the truck I ordered at any price, and my deposit would be refunded in the mail. I've never been fired as a customer before, lol.

Update: I emailed you a copy of the deal, which clearly stated this was a commercial order. When I made the order in Nov/22 fleet sales of 2022 model years were closed and 2023 fleet sales had yet to open, so the sale manager offered to order it retail at commercial pricing (cost plus 2%). No other info was asked for because it was (as stated on the sales agreement) "a commercial deal being ordered as retail". The former sales manager was completely transparent and gave me a copy of the build list including both his cost and MSRP. The math is pretty easy, his cost plus the 2% is the quoted price on the sales agreement that I gave a deposit towards. I most definitely have a current and valid GST number for my farm, and have offered it to Dylan along with the FAN # from an ag council I belong to, but he doesn't seem to accept that if the former sales manager didn't choose to include them in my "profile" at your store its not the customers fault. I am happy to provide them again when I come in to discuss. So with the providing the info you are willing to honor the deal? Definitely not the small town hand shake type of experience I had the last time I bought here.

Update: May 4/2023 I went to the dealership to provide the GST number and FAN # that they seem to need. Mr Dylan Gage (sales manager) refused to acknowledge the info I was there to provide and kicked me out, physically pushing me out of his office. This dealership are crooks who see an opportunity to "steal" a factory order from a customer and sell it on their lot for thousands more than the documented agreed price when the order was placed!

Update: May 6/2023 I got a phone call from Dylan demanding I take down this review threatening charges. Funny thing is that any allegations won't stick when there is a paper trail proving the truth. He denies pushing me but did admit to "guiding me out the door with open hands". Guys, you're just making this worse.

Great service! The sale personnel was able to answer my questions. I definitely recommend this dealership, if you are looking to buy a new or a used car, very happy with their great customer service.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle and I was put on to Dylan Gage. They didn’t have the unit I wanted but Dylan asked me to give him a day or two. Well less than 24 hours later he called me with the Truck I was after we made a deal on the phone and the finance was done that day and the truck was delivered to me the next day. Poor communication, I reached out multiple times.
Information regarding expectation, clear communications of expectation or outline of expectations… not delivered…
Unrealistic expectations, for 3 technicians to complete the work load
Figured out the first week why the wheels and studs with lug nuts were having issues. Breaking and Falling off…

Explained an issue I was having as some places do work with you on things with the the deep freeze we had for a solid week …

Everyone’s vehicle breaks down every now and then.

No understanding, nor willingness to work with a person of a different life, overcoming obstacles clearly stated during the first meeting.

Unreliable? When all the guys at the shop drive the same vehicle, and the ones being sold were having starting problems in the same deep freeze? Hmmm customers can be as late as they like, but not the employees? Even if they work threw lunch and after work…

Bought a vehicle, a 2017 Jeep Patriot and am absolutely in love with it! They helped me get something that I needed when I was in a pinch. Absolutely fantastic people and an special shout out to Thilo and Matt. Great place!

So impressed with the customer service! The hood latches on our 2011 Jeep Rubicon were sheared off by the cross wind of a passing transport truck. From the side of the highway, I called and spoke to Patrick. He listened patiently. It was late on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. The closest replacement parts were in Airdrie. There was no mechanic available on Saturday to install the parts. Most other people would have ended the conversation after relaying this news. Patrick explained how he would solve the problem. While we waited on the side of the highway for a service call from CAA to secure the hood so we could drive, Patrick drive to Airdrie after his shift to pick up the parts and then installed them Saturday morning. Patrick’s willingness to take time away from his family on a long weekend to help us out was incredibly generous. His response to the situation went above and beyond expectations.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership for shop repairs. Had a lift kit and new wheels and tires put on my 2018 Ram
Outdoorsman in Red Deer and the Odometer was out 5 klm so when the speedometer said I was doing 110 I was doing 115
They charged me $600.00 and when i picked up the truck the Odometer was
out now 5 klm under so when it said i was doing 110 i was doing 105. They told me the calibrator would be installed right into the truck that was not true either. I calibrated it mysel when I picked it up They imput the wrong tire size yet still charged me $90.00 to do it and it only took me less then 5 minutesto do myself. The calibrator they sold me i could buy for half the cost and all they wanted to give me was a $75.00 credit. I will never step foot back into that place

As I said I took the Truck to Mountain View Dodge in Olds to have the issue fixed as I was told they could fix the issue when I called.it was not fixed and still charged me $600.00

The one star review is not for the dealership but for the receptionist in the front office as you enter through the main door. I was here with my friend today trying to seek help to find the enterprise car rental place which was in the same building and literally behind the place the receptionist was seated. She treated us like we were no longer welcome at this place and yelled at us saying she can't help with it.

Great service department put up with me cancelling twice within a week due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control but were very understanding but still managed to get me in that week. Adam in service is very good takes his job very serious and even give my truck a clean before I got it back. Highly recommend!

I got my oil changed and other things done and they were very nice to me always i will go back

I have been taking my truck here for its services for nearly a year now since I moved to Olds. The lady that answers the phones is the one that makes the appointments which makes things easy and convenient.
When I come for my appointments I just pull up to the service door, sometimes I give a little honk and sometimes the door opens right away.
Adam in service is very easy to talk to and is quite knowledgeable when I have silly questions about my truck.
Synthetic oil change and tire rotation only took 45 minutes. Wasn’t even done drinking my Starbucks from the coffee machine before it was done.
I trust these guys with my truck and love to support local.
Few minutes outside of town, but I get a free Starbucks so that’s worth an extra star too, lol.

Had my truck booked in for basic maintenance and an oil leak concern the service and parts team were amazing and friendly got my truck back in a timely fashion couldn't be happier with the service I got. Highly recommend Steve in parts he Help me pick out the perfect parts for my husband's SRT while my truck was being worked on

Bad customer service. Tried to get ahold of the parts department, ws put on hold for a while then was told they would call back. I never received a call back. The receptionist was very quick to pick up the phone which was nice, but I was not purchasing a brand new vehicle with cash so I was quickly forgotten. Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership a few years back. Needless to say that no deal was made as we were left haggling over a "down payment" just to test drive. Could not recommend this dealership, take your business to the Innisfail dodge instead.

Edit: I will include my experience with the service department, they seem to do quality work, are efficient (when you can get ahold of them) and friendly.

Mountain View dodge was great to deal with, I was busy working they got all the financing in order and delivered the truck with a fresh detail and full tank of Fuel!

These guys saved my life, my car decided to lock all the doors with the key fob in it after i j ust put my 8m old in it. I was about to walk around to put my toddler in it just to find out it was all locked up. I phoned them and they had someone come out right away with a new cut key for me to unlock my door and get to my baby, they even waited around to make sure everything was okay and working again. I cannot thank them enough for doing that they truly went beyond what I ever thought a dealership would do.

We bought a new Ram from this dealership and once you drive away they don't know you. Terrible service department and they don't follow up on anything or even call you back. Avoid this dealership if you can!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I bought a truck from MVD in March 2020. I had concerns that the odometer had been tampered with, see picture. (Towing mileage is higher then the trucks actual mileage) When I brought my concerns to the intern managers attention in April of 2021, it was dismissed as a ‘glitch’ in the truck. The dealer tried to rectify the ‘glitch’ by flashing the truck, it didn’t work. I have had nothing but hostility and backlash from the dealership since. Not once did I accuse the dealership of rolling back my odometer, I merely wanted an explanation. Although MVD will claim that ‘the case is closed’, I still have no explanation to my concern. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Dealerships like these are the ones that give the auto industry it’s horrible name. I will add, I was a loyal customer to MVD until this incident, this is my second vehicle purchase from them in the last few years. Since their change in managment, the dealership has gone completely downhill.

Heads up, don’t ever buy a vehicle or get it serviced at Mountain View Dodge Olds. 3rd heater core to go out on my truck in 4 years and they won’t warranty it. Lost my business

We are extremely impressed with the vehicle detailing service. We booked in for the WASH, VACUUM AND WINDOWS package and we received above and beyond this service. Our 2010 truck came back to us looking almost brand new (imagine what twin 3-year olds do to the interior of a vehicle…we could have fed an army with the Goldfish and fruit snacks that were in the cracks of the seats when we dropped our truck off at Mountain View. Happy to say that not a fish could be found when we picked up our shiny truck - every nook and cranny was wiped and vacuumed spotless). Great service from this location. They were able to fix an issue with my vehicle other dealers said did not exist/could not be found. Shuttle services are great for drop off & pick up so no need to wait around. They always provide a detailed explanation of what needs and has been done.
