10/10 do not recommend this as a walk in clinic, or for anyone for that matter. Phones were not answered, after calling several times, and as I went in because this clinic is close to where I live, there was one person in the waiting area, and two receptionists sitting at the desk. They were both very unwelcoming. If you work in customer service, turn that frown upside down!

Waiting for blood work results for one month now! The doctor supposed to call me but nothing, when I called at the clinic they said they can rebook me for an appointment, really how much should I wait just to get some results? !
So disappointed!

Honestly it's a very good service the girls at the secretariat they are really nice and helpful me and my two kids are always satisfied with this service.doctor choa and doctor tadros Ayman are really professional people thank you very much.

Was recently referred to Dr Dsouza had one appointment with him via phone call - he was great! I am now 3 months past due my follow up due to poor communication with the clinic not calling me back. I have left several voicemails over the last 3 months and have yet to hear back from them, as they never answer the phone. Very disappointing.

Guess this place hasn’t listened to any of its reviews regarding their secretaries that may single handedly ruin the doctors who practice here’s entire practice. They don’t answer, they do not care and they are beyond rude to patients.who would have thought answering a phone would be such an inconvenience when it’s literally your job. There’s no excuse for people to need to call 8+ times just to get through during business hours. Figure out your secretary situation because it is not looking too good. I would not recommend trying to become a patient here, you won’t be able to get your medications and will be out for days before a secretary will answer your call to help you. Try booking an appointment and you’ll be received with sass.you aren’t a patient you’re an inconvenience.
