We traveled to Mountain's Edge Cycle & Sled to purchase a bike that we couldn't find in Calgary. The customer service was amazing and helpful, and I felt like I was talking to 'real' people instead of big city sales that expect your business. They guided us through the process and had a family feel from start to finish. They knew that this purchase was also a surprise, so they decorated the bike and make a fun presentation to my son! The extra thought and care was so nice. We'll definitely return for all our biking needs!

Made the pain of forgetting my helmet and having to buy a second one, much better. Have also had a great experience buying helmets for the kids.
