Had to wait a bit for service, but people are busy, no big deal. Actual service call was very smooth, replacement part is working fine.

Broken belt on a clothes dryer. Trace from Mr Appliance came to diagnose and quote the job. Fast on time and friendly. Second visit in a week to do the repair. Again on time and repair done quickly and Tracy was friendly. Bill was as estimated. Very happy with Mr Appliance.

The repairman, Cody, was very helpful. He was also very efficient, he was in and out of our house so quick, we may not have even noticed his arrival. The office peep, Shayla, was also very pleasant to deal with and very helpful.

My washing machine was failing to drain properly and all sorts of codes coming up on my machine, so I called Mr. Appliance, and they came within 2 days of my call and the technician Matthew Clay was very good at explaining what the problems could be and got to work finding the problem and fixing it. Very happy with the service and will use this company going forward with all my appliance repair needs

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Wadene (office administrator) and Cody Smith (expert technician) of Mr. Appliance. I was referred to Mr. Appliance from Paul Davis Restoration Edmonton. Since using this company I only have positive things to say. The first point of contact always makes or breaks a company. Wadene is an AMAZING lady who is highly professional, genuinely cares about each customer and puts her heart into every transaction. Any company would be blessed to have Wadene working for them as their administrator. Weeks ago I phoned Wadene for a dryer repair. I will willing to wait so she sent Cody. Cody is BY FAR THE BEST service technician that I've met in over 30 years! Here is a true gentleman, cordial and respectful, extremely professional, KNOWS HIS TRADE AT EXPERT LEVELS, is able to problem solve in real time, and doesn't give up tol he has done the utmost best! APART FROM THAT I conveyed to Mr. Appliance Wadene that they really should consider having a Cody star in a TV advertisement about their company because he is as well very good looking, able to verbalize on a polished fashion, and explain processes. I am retired and have a rental house. I am out of the country a lot and twice now i have called on Mr. Appliance for their services. Once for a stove a tenant was having a problem with and a washer another time. Fast service at a reasonable price. It's been a couple of years now and I will continue to use them in the future.

Cody did a fabulous job fixing our high efficiency washer. Very professional business and would highly recommend.

The repair for my stove was minor and was quickly fixed, but Cody took the time to explain to me how to maintain my stove and what kind of things to look for in case I have any problems in the future. Needed a new motherboard on a very old (1991) convection oven. The technician, Cody, after very carefully determining that the motherboard, was the problem, carefully advised us these repairs to old technology didn't always work, but could usually be prepared. We appreciated the frankness. Today our old oven is performing as if new!

Mr. Appliance was great to work with to resolve the problem of a leaking washing machine. The technician identified a couple of issues that could have been the problem on the first visit. There was no immediate charge as parts needed to be ordered and a second visit was scheduled. I continued to troubleshoot between the visits and discussed my observations with the tech when he arrived for the second visit. We agreed that the part that was ordered initially wasn't needed and he continued to investigate. He determined that there was indeed a hole in a hose. The part was ordered and installed at a 3rd visit. I didn't pay anything until the washing machine was fixed and tested. The price was reasonable, especially considering it took 3 visits to diagnose and complete the job. The technician reminded me of Mr. Appliance's guarantees and encouraged me to call if anything wasn't quite right with the washing machine. I would whole heartedly recommend Mr. Appliance for their approach and friendly and competent staff.

My dishwasher wasn't draining and someone referred me to Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park for repairs. I called them and booked an appointment. They texted me when the service tech was on the way and also included a picture of him and their van so I would know it was actually their employee when he arrived. Don Alexander was the technician and he was so friendly and helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem (impeller not working so dishwasher not draining). Wadeen in the office was pleasant and helpful when I was trying to source a new pump (backordered for months!) and then also helpful when booking the appointment for Don to come out and install the new pump. Overall, I am very very pleased with the service I got from Mr Appliance (Don Alexander and Wadeen) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs. The cost was fair and reasonable as well for the repair. And I now have a functional dishwasher again - YIPPPEEEEE!

Technician was professional and came when he was scheduled. Actually charged less than amount quoted! Only downsides were that after initial visit, they failed to call me with estimate, so I had to call them, also a confirmation phone call on day of appointment would have been nice.

Dishwasher purchase and install. Refrigerator purchase and install. Wash machine purchase and install and then repair a month later on the wash machine.gas stove purchase and install and then oven door replacement as there was damage to the door. They stand by their products. Sales, follow through, workmanship and communication were excellent across the board.

I contacted Mr. Appliance at the recommendation of a colleague. I was very impressed with the service I received. I was unsure if my refrigerator could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. The tech Rob came out and checked my fridge, he was able to determine the part necessary to fix the problem, but he was also able to make my fridge work well enough in the short term to wait until he was able to come back with the part and fix it. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone I know. The service was great, they were friendly, and I felt at ease through the entire process.

Russell, the repairman, was extremely professional and pleasant. He is confident and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to contact him again for future repairs and recommend him without question.

Repairman, Larry, seemed very knowledgable and worked efficiently. Replaced a faulty valve which was causing the problem. However when he turned the water back on, he was not careful to check for leaks nor did he put the drainage hose back in place. Later that evening I could hear dripping water. That is when I discovered the leakage by the shutoff valve. The leak was easy to stop when the valve was completely opened. Unfortunately, the leaking water was through a dry walled ceiling in the floor below. Mr. Appliance needs to be more careful.

Cody came Dec23 to fix our leaking dishwasher in time for Christmas. Efficiently installed a new type of sump seal in short order and now good to go!

I would highly recommend this business service. The technician, Cody, was excellent. He knew his stuff and was able to explain things to me about my oven. He was friendly and on time. Excellent service and value. I appreciated that they sent me a reminder before coming with the technicians name and picture. I would definitely get them to do any future repairs on all my appliances. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Knew exactly what the problem was based on my explanation and came prepared with the proper parts to get the repair completed promptly and efficiently.

My viking gas stove burner was not working and Mr. Tyler Richardson was helpful in fixing it and it's brand new now! He also provided me information about self serve cleaning and what to be careful about. I will be asking him to back to fix my black top later in the year.thanks Tyler!

Didn't have any luck fixing our stove ourselves so called Mr. Appliance as they were certified in our stove. The gentleman came, diagnosed it, they ordered the parts, installed them (turned out one was broken in shipping) so they got that part again, replaced it and everything works. Took a while but that was shipping delays so no their fault. He also made sure everything else was good and fixed a loose part for the handle. The price seemed vary fair for how many hours he spent with my stove and there were no surprises at the end for the price. Would call again.

Knowledgeable tech. Unfortunately we had to wait for the initial appmt and the followup appmt to replace the actual part as Mr Appliance was very busy and it was over Christmas. But all is well again with our fridge.

Zoltan came out and did the repairs and did a very good job. Not only dealt with the issue I called about but checked out other components that could be a problem in the future because of the first problem. I will definitely be calling them with any future appliance problems and I will definitely request Zoltan.

Our washing machine had a door lock error. We tried cleaning out the filter and replacing the latch. It still wasn't working so we called Mr. Appliance. They sent someone- he assumed it was the latch- but we explained we already tried replacing that. He tried turning it on, got the error and said the control panel had to be replaced. Spent 20 minutes trying to search for the part on his tablet and calling the office to get them to look for the part. Turns out the part is backordered indefinitely (plus it costs $300+). We paid the service fee and he left.
We did some searches on YouTube and found that it was likely just a loose connection on the panel. We took it apart- tightened the connections, and it worked.
**Update: a manager contacted us & offered a refund on the service fee. Greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a new dishwasher here in Red Deer. After arriving home to install we realized we needed a longer than standard drain hose. The next day I returned to point of purchase and was rudely told it would need to be ordered and I was looking at 3-4 weeks. Made a couple of more stops but arrived home with no hose. Called Mr. Appliance and spoke with Amanda who found the hose I needed. She then went above and beyond and sent it to me via courier. She was polite, professional and had a great sense of humour, which I so appreciated. Thank you Amanda!

Cody came out to address an issue that I had with purchasing a Stacking washer/dryer. He is refreshingly honest and helpful! I wasted weeks of my time calling the useless Canadian appliance source but finally was directed to Cody Smith/ mr.appliance and my problems were solved!

Russel came out yesterday to fix my dryer. His work was impeccable. Thank you Russel. Mr. Appliance sends you a message beforehand with a notification that your repair person is coming soon. Their text also includes a picture of the individual on their way. I've never seen this before and appreciated it. If I have any appliance issues in the future, I'll be calling again.

We had a broken, very expensive microwave and I had hired multiple companies to try to fix it, spending hundreds of dollars to no avail. Mr Appliance was recommended to us and Cody came to look at it. Within 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the correct problem and ordered the part. Within days he was back, fixed it, and it has now worked perfectly for years.
So when our fridge started acting up, we called Cody. He figured out the issue promptly, helped take apart the whole fridge so I could clean everything, and then put it all back together again. I trust Cody, who is professional and really good at what he does! It also helps that he is such a nice guy.
I highly recommend this company. I will never use anyone else again.

Had Zoltan out to service a faulty dishwasher. Diagnosed and solved problem in under 30 minutes. Awesome experience.

It was a little challenging to find the direct website at first. Once we found it booking on line was so convenient as it was the weekend. The office phoned first thing Monday morning and they called again before the technician was on his way. The technician was friendly and very professional explaining what the problem was and had it fixed right away. The repair was very economical.

Zoltan was fantastic. Did not give up on solving my gas oven's complex problem. Fixed what no-one else could!

The staff were very friendly to deal with over the phone. My part ended up being on backorder but they let me know right away. I liked that I got a text with the repairman's picture so I knew who to expect. Our repairman was courteous and diagnosed the problem right away on the service call. His quote was very close. He ended having to stay a couple hours. I had to have him come back out for a new issue that came up after the repair and he got that sorted out right away no extra fee. Will for sure be calling Mr. Appliance again for any other repair.

Tyler was very professional and assisted my 91 year old mother, Sylvia, with issues she was having with her GE Range. He was on time, courteous and he explained why she was having problems with her oven. Thanks Tyler, it was nice to know that my mum was in such good hands today.

I booked an appointment about two weeks out. Much to my surprise, I was called two days later and told there had been a cancellation in my area, and Tyler their technician was able to fix my oven that day. Two hours later, my broken oven was fixed.

I am so happy and thankful for these young men who pointed out features and info I should be aware of.as I have become less of a cyber chick as time has rolled on. Samsung said this company would be reaching out to do factory warranty repair. After waiting past the two week deadline I called them. Over two days later and not even a call back to let me know whats going on. Samsung is looking for another company to help me.

I was promised a price, invoiced for the price, and then they over charged my credit card. I called - no answer. I emailed - no response. I emailed again - ignored. Very unprofessional. Wonder how many other people they've over charged.

They were extremely helpful from the first phone call, diagnosed the the three probable problems and ordered the parts for all three and agreed that only the one we needed would be charged and the other two would simply be returned by them. They sent a photo of the service person with ID for security reasons. He was prompt, polite, fast and vacummed out the dryer.

I had Mr. Appliance located in Sherwood Park, send out a repair person to investigate why the fridge was not working. The service was friendly and thorough. It turned out it was a simple fix and they had the part on them, so the fridge was fixed and good to go in about an hour. The price for the repair was affordable and I will certainly keep them in mind for any other repairs, should there be any! Thanks again, always appreciate your understanding, compassion and honestly:)
