The absolute worst place to go, walked in after I phoned to see if it was busy and got told no. So got there Just after they opened. Got told by the guy it was by appointment only because he was on his phone and had appointments within the hour. Refused to do my hair cut and told to come back tomorrow. DONT GO HERE.

My boyfriend got a hair cut from here today, he asked for half an inch cut off and they cut off 3 inches, his side burns looked terrible, they were completely uneven and not even faded in

I went in today for my sons hair cut & Mike was the kindest gentleman who we had the pleasure to work with. Even when I personally wanted to quit because my son was getting Ancy he had no problem waiting untill he sat still and was determined to give him the best hair cut! He was so incredibly sweet and did exactly as my son wanted! Even though I was so sad to see his baby curls leave his precious head!

The owner Sam is such incredibly kind human being ontop of all of that. Definitely will be bringing my son back for another

Great place to get a haircut or beard trim. I've had a couple of the barbers now, and they all seem to be very skilled. I've never left dissatisfied.
The music they play is NOT family-friendly. Constant use of the N-word and swears in the rap they play.
Would not bring a kid here, but otherwise, it's my go-to place for a haircut.

The place seemed friendly and the staff were nice. But I just had the worst haircut in my life at this place. The guy doing my hair said that he had only been cutting hair for 6 months, and I question the hiring process that allowed him to be within 5 feet of a persons head with clippers. The back of my neck was burned and cut by his razor, and I needed to put on burn cream to fix it. He also did not pay attention to my request, as halfway through the haircut I had to tell him that I part my hair on the *other side* and I now have a divet in my head on the wrong side. I went to a competitors place to fix this haircut immediately after, and the ladies there were so shocked at the poor quality and literal CHUNKS taken out of my scalp that they didn't even charge me. Guess where I am going next time. First hint, not here.

The new girl there is decent. I got a 1 fade with some length on the top. Fast but also detailed. If you have an issue with her cuts she will take time to fix it up and even out both sides and blend in the fade more. In the end she gave me a good cut, better than some more experienced guys, the tip options are kinda ridiculous, already kinda pricy as is, never saw those tip options anywhere else, the whole floor was full of hair also the guys continue cutting hair unless you approach them so announce yourself when you enter.

I had two appointments one for 12 another for 12: 15 I arrived at 11: 50 I stood there until 12: 20 getting no help finally I said hey I have two appointments for 12 and 12: 15. Terrible customer service. All the barbers starred at me but never asked if I was helped or if I had an appointment. The Gentlemen who did my son's hair did a good job. But there customers waiting in the place were more polite than the barbers themselves. I won't go back.

Overpriced for a terrible hair cut. Had to go to another barber to fix my hair. Seems like it's a shop full of apprentices. Don't waste your time any money at this place

Showed up at 7: 30 to get a haircut and beard trim. Normally 25-30mins. Location closes at 8: 00. An employee was sitting by the cash with his feet up playing on his phone. Looks at me and goes back to his phone.

Another employee cutting hair said something in Arabic to him, he says we are closed. I said no, the sign says 8: 00 close. This went on for a couple times.

The guy by the cash says I’m not gonna help I’m off and they said something again in Arabic and refused to see me.

I walked out.

There are many other barbers and barber shops that want your business and deserve it. Stay clear of this place.

I made an online appointment for 9 in the morning. The barber didn’t show up at all. I had a flight to catch and didn’t get my hair done because of this irresponsible fellow. Worst experience.

This is probably the worst barber shop I’ve been too and most expensive so that says a lot, I asked for a skin fade and got everything but a fade. And matter of fact I’ve been here twice and both time they completely gave me the opposite of what I asked, never going back to this location! Btw I’m just talking bout this mr barber location only because the one in tamarack is amazing, I had one of the best haircuts given to me their. 100% wouldn’t recommend this place but if you don’t listen go ahead and try it and don’t blame me when you leave with regret because of the horrible cut

I Had been looking for a barber who knew what they were doing ever since my oldest needed his first hair cut 14years ago! We have been to soooo many Barber shops in 14yr and we have never had a POSSATIVE
result/experience befor. Since the first time I took my oldest here he refuses to go anywhere else! The owner/ manager of this location is the only person either of my boys will allow near their hair with clippers or scissors!

I called to book an appointment and the barber was incredibly rude and condescending. During my cut the technique of the razor cutting was rough unfocused. After I inspected my hair cut I realized it was a horrible hack job! Uneven and gouges with the razor in the back! Thank god my regular hair dresser could fix the awful mess. Would not recommend! Find someone who cares a little more about their clients and business. The owner responds to bad reviews on here but when you try to follow up does nothing to help you or even respond!

No words to explain how disappointed about this place.thought of giving this place a try for a haircut since its location is convenient to where i live.turned out to be my biggest regret and worst customer service i experienced in my entire life.so here it is.i booked an appointment 3days before Friday October 22.for 7: 30pm with SAM.when i got there.i been informed that SAM is not around and no one is available to cut my hair.so there my time just waisted and just told to book it again.like seriously? I would understand and i guess everybody does if first they emailed their client or communicate it to them properly.most people would understand if unexpected stuff happened and need to cancel or re-schedule the APPOINTMENT.but NO EMAIL. NO TEXT MESSAGE FROM THIS BUSINESS.clearly they do not value their clients.so for people trying to book with them do it at your own risk.

Neighborhood barber shop. Staff are informal and friendly. I feel comfortable and relaxed there watching music videos while getting a trim. Minimal wait, but I could have saved time by making an appt.which is how they prefer things now. More expensive than a discount hair place, but I like the relaxed neighborhood feel. Hair cut was well done too! New renovations, the TV is there but used less and has a almost a western vibe instead of a modern barber shop, but still excellent quality and service.

I have been dealing with Kelly, omar, and rasheed for years! I went to one barber who messed my hair up completely i went to them and they fixed it, gave me a complimentary hair clean up as well best experience ive ever had! If you guys are in the area believe me this is the place to get fixed up never been more happy thanks guys️

This location is top notch. I had an excellent experience here. The service was amazing not to mention a very organized and clean workplace. Went for a trim for the first time at this location and I was very impressed with how these young men present themselves. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Room was filled with professionalism and was just an amazing atmosphere to be around. I got recommended to get a clean up with Kalid and I was not disappointed. This kid was amazing. He was very confident in his work and passionate with what he does. He did not rush me out of the seat and cleaned me up nicely. He knows how to work the tools. Quality work well done. Very sharp and talented. Keep up the good work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for anyone looking for a prime barbershop. I will be back.

First time cutting here and it was a great and professional place. A young guy named Kalid cut my hair and let me tell you this guy knows what he's doing. He's a magician with the clippers, took his time and didn't rush me out the chair but also didn't take to long.if your going to get a haircut here cut with Kalid!

Second time I’ve been here. Good atmosphere and George did a great job. Very chill guy, easy to talk to. Makes getting a cut a lot less of a transaction and more of a chat. Definitely recommend.
