Mr. Fireplace is great! Excellent service. We talked with Ronald, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the best experience we've had in the 3yrs we've been wanting to get our fireplace replaced. So good we're planning on also getting a new free standing style heating stove for our summer place.

Horrible customer service and communication. Never will I deal with this company again.
We recently dealt with the Red Deer office to order our wood stove for our new home and got the quote. Then noticed it was missing the stove fan quote so our builder sent it back. And waited and waited. 3 weeks went by with no updated quote. I needed installation instructions for our building permit as well and waited and waited for the store to send me the requested info. 3 weeks of waiting until finally he sent it and then our builder finally got ahold of the store and was told they were closing and we’re not honouring our order because they hadn’t received our deposit…because they hadn’t ever finalized our quote. No phone call to tell us the store was closing, no communication whatsoever while they were sitting on our order. I phoned the Calgary office to see if they would honour our work order and have been firmly told no and to try somewhere else. Great customer service

When in to Mr. Fireplace and I bought a wifi Z-Grill. Wow was the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Not only that but this grill is the Cadillac of pellet smokers. Have every function of the more known grills, and more. Also a fraction of the prices of some of the others. I will be back to see these guys for a wood stove!

I am a gas fire place service tec and I can personally say you guys are scammers or at very least do not have employees knowledgeable enough to know what there doing. I just left another one of your customers houses having fixed there issue only to find out you wrote on your notes if a SIT valve failed the fireplace would have to be replaced? Last week it was a wall switch issue with you selling them a new fireplace too. Very inappropriate to take advantage of people who don't know what your talking about.
