Worst experience today in this location, they didn’t listen first and analyze the situation before installing the tire.you need to clarify first all the documents before you act.the manager should to learn customer service.

This is my fav place to change engine oil of my car staffs are amazing and helpful I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Mr lube

Highly recommend this Mr. Lube location specifically. Only good location in my experience and it was top notch service here. Karan was amazing and so helpful, he took his time addressing all my questions and needs and it was very much appreciated. Job well done to all the staff here! I’ll be back:)

I have been going to this Mr. Lube for many years. I do all my regular maintenance there. The service has always been really good and often times they go above and beyond to answer my questions.

This location is busy in my experience and observation from last three years as,

Morning time busy average 15%
Day time this location is busy average 65%
Evening time before closing 20%

But could be different, don’t count on me
Staff is very cooperative, helpful and know what they doing never have any issue or problem except once,

Very Disorganized 3 bay shop and they weren't keeping in to the lanes I was in the middle and they took the far right and put in him they far left bay and the far right bay when into the middle bay

I made the mistake of going elsewhere for an oil change once and realized just how awesome these guys are.

Dan is super nice and easy going Man. Nice to see the way how he is training the new boys there. I come here just because of Dan who is the Manager (Boss) of this business. Even though he is super busy guy there i like the way how he deal with demanding customers.there are few other Mr Lube near by my house but i choose to come here just to feel the way of works of Dan and his boys here.

Pulled up to the shop for a tire patch. One of the guys waved me in within 30 seconds. I said could i get a tire patch and they said sure. Another guy brought me a coffee. In and out in 30 minutes.

Starting to get annoyed every time I get there before another vehicle that they end up taking that vehicle in before me and I’m in the proper line up. Like come on guys I’ve already waited 40 minutes.

They severely dented my F150 Rim with a Mallette trying to remove it. They then asked me to take it to get fix, pay for it to get reimbursed. I asked them to do it instead.the rim/tire sat there for 2 weeks untouched.store manager he will send it in and it should be ready in 2 weeks.i followed up a week later and he mentioned it wasn't fixable and they are searching for a used or new rim. I called freedom ford and the rim was in stock.i told the store manager.he was trying to get approval from his regional boss. I followed up a week later.still nothing and he passed the buck to his superior. The regional manager then told me he will contact me every 72 hours but since the rim was used, they had to replace with used. I contacted "him" 96 hours later asking if a progress update and if we can set a deadline that if he couldn't find one that we close this situation out with a new one.reply "you may feel free to set a deadline if you wish". I give him dec 15 which is two extra weeks" to only get a response "I will consider you're demanding respond by noon tomorrow". How am I being demanding? The company damaged my properly. I've been more than accommodating more than the average person.yet no ending in sight.zero compassion for the situation.accepting zero liability and I'm supposed to just patiently wait with no ending to get my rim/tire back? I'm not asking for free stuff I just want replaced what the damaged.it's a $1000 rim and all this negativity and bad press worth it for the name and company?

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this place has horrible customer service.

Corporate should take a serious look at the Regional Service manager and Store manager at this location. Looking at other 1 star reviews I am not alone here.

Needed to get tires as I was headed to Calgary for work.the service was impeccable. They didn't have the tires in stock so one of the staff members was able to drive to the warehouse and get the tires for me so I was sorted out for my trip. The staff also let me know that my old tires were wearing unevenly and I should get an alignment. Great staff

Just discovered loose skid plate bolts on my F150, Oil change was back in July. I only started hearing the clanging sound, luckily none of the hardware or plate fell off. Poor service. I just might not go back. I don't care about a discount on the next oil change either. Do it right.

Amazing service had my battery replaced here. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. They let me know that my engine air filter and my cabin air filter is dirty and quickly sorted my car out

This place will max out your tires without telling you. And if you call them out.they would say "we have no record of your vehicle" being here. Beware, they may have junior staff working on vehicle.

Caught a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. Jason was able to order me a replacement and have it replaced in under 24 hours. I've gotten tires done here and have had oil changes at this location with no complaints. Staff are knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend!

I have been taking both of my vehicles here for many years and never had a problem.until today. As I drove home, it sounded like something was loose. So when I got home, I checked underneath. I'm missing numerous bolts on the skid plate, many plastic clips, and there was oil everywhere. I'm not impressed. I will be returning tomorrow to have my bolts and clips replaced and oil cleaned from both under the hood and under the Jeep.

An update to my post from yesterday: I have upgraded to 4 stars as I took my Jeep back in this morning and the guys there were very helpful. They re-installed my skid plate as it was incorrectly installed the first time. They added 6 new bolts and cleaned off the oil. As much as I was not impressed yesterday, they ensured I left as a satisfied customer today. They apologized for the inconvenience.so I will be a returning customer again. Thank you for going that extra mile!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. I had a wiper that needs to be installed and they did it for free. Thanks once again to this awesome guy!

Exceptional service! I went in for an oil change yesterday and asked for a quote for replacing 2 tires. The quote was much lower than the dealership and they went and picked up the tires while the oil change was being completed. Oil changed and tires replaced and out in about 45 minutes. Great service and very friendly staff. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

This station of Mr. Lube is quite very busy, maybe because of their location. Great service nonetheless.

They guys don’t have any car i’m the only one who have there for oil change and they guys didn’t do our job properly my car is not running good now after the oil change from this location I don’t know what’s wrong with them they all are in rush I went around 7: 40 PM now my car is not running good And they didn’t give me the promotion I had the coupon for wiper blades He took the promotion card but he didn’t give me the blades even I don’t have time to go again and again Where are you very bad experience

Hands down, the best place to go too. I had a flat tire, and Alex quickly came to my rescue! Got me a tire for the next day for an amazing price! Everyone is super sweet and efficient and are truly understanding! Sanjay got all my tires checked and even patched up my OTHER tire, they have been super amazing. They truly care for your safety! Quick service. They do the little things all the time. Keep you up to date on recent services on what you got done so you don't over pay (Grease door hinges, tires, clean window) I keep coming back. Excellent

Charged $129.00 to change the power steering fluid which took a whole 15 min.also had a olive change which was $69 that was reasonable, seems to me they take advantage of people knowing it needs to be done.i do not recommend them.

Been sitting outside the doors for 45 min, no one has come outside to great me or let me know what’s happening.

They run a busy operation. First come first serve for the service you require. One lane for oil changes another for straight tire swap out if you have tires on rims already and another for new tire installation. Fairly quick service friendly staff reasonable pricing. They offer a bunch of other service related vehicle items as well.

Best Mr. Lube in Edmonton and surrounding area.
As soon as you pull into the bay you can see how much all the employees love their jobs and working together. The team work these employees show to get you in and out and save you money is unreal
They’re also so knowledgeable and explain everything so clearly!

Came in for a TPMS relearn. Alex took care of me in a timely fashion and I was in and out within 15 mins. Great customer service. Will definitely come back.

I have visited this place couple of times for oil change and provides good service but I visited today & not happy with technicians & service.
I requested them to change cabin air filter & they changed engine air filter.
When I arrived technician asked me to pay then he left as his shift ends, other technician completed oil change and asked me to pay again.
When I said I already paid, he was not happy as I should not pay before service. I asked him if he replaced cabin air filter & he said they don't have cabin air filter.

Horrible service, never going back again

Best place to go for oil change for sure. This is the first time I writing review for any company.in June 2021, I had an oil change from Mr. Lube at Millwoods 23 Ave location. I had engine oil change & transmission oil change done with them. Now last week, Oct 2021, I was at one company's the free annual checkup event. One of the technician told me that my oil change & transmission oil is not good condition. The checkup guy did not even looked through all the details.from bottom of vehicle. Anyway, so, I went back to Mr. Lube again.
I talked to AJ & Dan (Manager) who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dan took me into pit and also showed me the Transmission oil from my vehicle and it was brand new, very good quality. Even I already drove >6000 so it was time for my oil change.
As being a loyal customer to Mr. Lube, Dan (Manager) and AJ helped me and they promoted my oil change w/o any additional money.
Best place to go for oil change for sure.

I mostly did my oil changed with them all the stuff is so nice and they give you good response for your all the questions. I highly recommend Mr lube on 23rd Avenue and 50 street one.

This is the first time that we went here and the experience are worst. We went here early in the morning and they told us that they can, 't accommodate us to do tire change off rim. There is only 4 cars in front of me. They told me to come back tomorrow. And the staff just turn around and walk away. It only means that there capacity for whole days are only 4 cars to do tire change. It means that they are incompetent unknowledgeable and slow.

Always quick service and very helpful staff. Prices could stand to be better, but good for what you get!

This place is all about poking you when you're not looking. I gave the fellow the sticker from the previous oil change indicating it was just a regular oil change. Low and behold I get a $116 dollar bill for a premium synthetic package. Just give people what they ask for and stop upselling your pathetic transmission flushes as none of you are certified mechanic's.

Incredible service at this location! Ryker was very polite and took the time to explain all the details. He reccomended other services without being overly pushy. Went to a different store for an oil change and they said we'd have to take the car to a mechanic due to complications with the drain plug. Came here for a second opinion and they did the oil change no problem. Will definitely keep coming back here.

It was my first time visiting Mr. Lube and I must say I was very happy with my experience, I had the great pleasure of having sanjay for my service, he was very polite and quite knowledgeable. I will definitely return!

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, i had never been to a Mr. Lube before or any lube shop before, but i was very pleased with my service. Not only was my oil changed they checked all the other fluids in my vehicle as well as the air filters and tire pressures. The gentleman that i had for my service was very friendly and knowledgeable, i wasn't forced to buy any extra services like i normally would at the dealership. I will definitely return!
