I had a problem with my oil filter cover, they showed me it was defective but they didn’t have a replacement part in stock. They helped me locate local part places to find the part I needed. I was so pleased with the extra efforts and their customer service. This location just earned my loyalty. Thanks to Tarum, Andy, Swain for all you’ve done.

Went in today for an oil change. The service technicians there we very knowledgeable and courteous! Would recommend to anyone in the country hills/beddington area!

Totally awesome place. They went out of their way to help me out of a real jam I was in so I wouldn't be stranded. The staff were more than helpful. It was staffed with very knowledgeable people willing to give it all.

Very disappointed in the service. My mom raved about this place in the past. Until last weekend when we both went for an oil change, not only did we get snarky responses from the guy that helped us when I kindly rejected a filter that he suggested. We both had coupons we advised BEFORE the service. Just to find out it wasn’t discounted so had to go back get a refund from the same unfriendly guy. To top it all off they put her sticker with the plate and odometer on my car and vice versa. Overall not a great place it’s too bad.

I’ve had excellent experiences with this shop before, honest, quick and polite. However my last visit was not so pleasant. Damaged my vehicle and then refused to pay for repairs/replacement. One of the employees tried to tell me that it wasn’t the shop that damaged my vehicle because he physically showed me my engine bay… this was a complete lie as I never left my vehicle. Lying to customers is always wrong. Also got very angry when approached with the issue. Do not recommend. If managers are going to throw temper tantrums when an issue arises, I suggest a different career.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody going here. I got a trainee today who claims he checked the transmission fluid and the vehicle wasn’t even running and then he wouldn’t even show me how much oil was in the engine after they were done horrible place.

I have been going to this location for more than 10 years and always get excellent service. They always do a great job! I recently went there and got excellent customer service from Braydon a couple of times. Reese also was very helpful. Tristan is very knowledgeable as well when he is there. Thanks for the great service.

I came to this location to get a flat tire fixed and they told me they couldn’t fix it, and then charged me $40 for the inspection and confirmation of a flat tire that I already knew I had. Because I came in to fix a flat tire. I wish I could give you no stars.

Really quick and friendly service. All staff there were very helpful. Reece helped us order our parts, which ended up getting there the next morning.

Chris and his team, Leo and Justin, helped with our service which went real quick and they came up with solutions for our issues.

Chris was very informative and gave us lots of alternatives and guidance. I recommend coming here.

I really like this shop and I usually come here but today I had a better experience than usual, I had the pleasure of having my service done by Harman, he is very professional, he takes time to explain everything and I really appreciate his professionalism. The whole team is wonderful and I don’t mind driving all the way from my new location to this particular shop. Thank you all for all the good service you are providing.

Come here all the time and the team is always super great and kind, had Ronnie for my oil change today and she was fantastic! Made everything clear and easy for me to understand, was very knowledgeable on everything she was telling me about! An absolute sweetheart, would definitely get serviced by her again!

I drove in Mr. Lube just to get the oil change and met amazing guy Deepak Sharma. He changed oil for my vehicle and he noticed and mentioned that couple of other services were also necessarily required. He explained me everything in details. I don’t have any knowledge of vehicle details. I am glad he provided me services in such a short time without any appointment and no long wait. He is very knowledgeable and performs his duties with full responsibility. Leyden was another guy beside Deepak who helped to work done faster. I highly recommend this location. Staff is highly qualified and knowledgeable and have full command on the task. I am glad and fully satisfied with their faster service. This is the place where you get best maintenance for your vehicle.

Deepak was super helpful and efficient with ensuring my vehicle had all necessary aspects checked and replaced based on my needs. He clearly communicated everything my vehicle needed and was able to complete the needed maintenance easily. Very grateful, especially since I commute a lot for work.

We had a tire go flat on the way to our holidays to BC. We dealt with a young man named Tristan. He was wonderful. They got us in and out in 20 mins. They were speedy and courteous. They saved our holiday. Thank you so much.

Tristan and Skylar are amazing workers. I always come to this Mr. Lube specifically for my oil changes. Since my front wipers were still band new they agreed on switching my coupon for a back wiper instead. See you soon guys.

Veronica was the one who helped me and she was great - super friendly and thorough. The whole team was very knowledgeable and helpful and they were able to sort out some extra issues I was having. Have been to this location a few times and have always been satisfied.

Had an absolute nightmare of a day couldn’t find one place to have any help for changing a tire which would leave me stranded for a week in Calgary. The employees here are unbelievably helpful kind and just straight up awesome people. If you want to get any service at all done on tires oil changes this is the place to go. I went this morning to Mr Lube and the mechanics were quick to help me and were kind and pleasant to talk to. They been asked if I needed an engine flush and that was an affordable added service. Lyndon also checked my lights and cleaned my windows which was a nice surprise and I am happy.

Excellent customer service from Chris. He was very thorough with the inspection of my vehicle when completing my oil change. He was professional and polite. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

We have been going to Alex’s shop for many years and the service has been amazing. They are not pushy and yet provide the exact service needed. They go beyond to satisfy. For example, we needed a transmission fluid change and Alex had referred this shop - as they were unable to offer the service at their particular shop - that was able to provide the service needed at the right price. This isn’t your run of the mill oil change place and truly care about the service they provide. Clifford Giese - please take note.

I usually tend to do fixes myself but, given the year and model of my car, it was more complicated than usual, decided to go to Mr. Lube where Taz and Nathan helped me out today with a headlight fix, absolutely grateful for their service. It was not easy from the looks of it and I am glad I didn't try to do it myself, as I probably lacked the tools. Fast, efficient, and considerate. Thanks guys.

Went for an oil change today and had Tristan helping me out. Had a few issues with my vehicle and he was amazing at explaining everything I needed to get done. Also looked up some quotes for me to find me the best price for a part I needed. Awesome service, totally recommend! Thank you!

Service was comfortable and fast while I was sitting on my car. They checked and lubricated all suspension fittings for free.

Had my tires changed over here. Just be aware they only have one tire changer so it may take awhile.

Edit October 31: Came back for a retorque. Dude finished up, didn't say anything, not even a gesture.

Edit November 2: Just wanted to make another update. My vehicle's steering wheel feels noticeably twitchy. I can feel the car wanting to move in different directions very slightly. It was not windy. I watched the way how they removed and put on tires. I don't know if one needs to KICK the tire off. I've seen many people do tires without having to literally hit a part of the vehicle. And then I notice a knocking sound that seems to have went away for now. Made sure to drive the vehicle around a bit more after the sound went away, just to make sure it wasn't anything too serious, probably was though, something loose maybe. Going to book an inspection elsewhere. Thanks a lot.

Went from five to 1 real quick. Have everybody over there evaluated. Don't come here to have your tires changed if you want some peace of mind. It's just not worth your safety.

Had a wonderful experience at this location getting serviced by Tristan and Seth, very knowledgeable and non pushy with what my car needed and was very thorough on when it had to be done. Justin was also great!

I have had oil changes from Lube City, the service comparatively is not worthy of the golden candle held to such a location here. You get quick, careful and essential service for your needs and desires for your vehicle

The staff were all strapping and helpful, they were bustling and busting with great energy and professionalism. I particularly had lovely service from the oil technician Justin, just a handsome lad I must say, I was referred by Maxwell who was down unda!

I got a top synthetic package and was previously afraid of such an involvement. However I’ve now realized through such professional info relayed by Justin that this is the best for my engine.

I won’t go anywhere else for my car service needs, my engine will sleep at night knowing it was finely touched by the hands of the frontier of top quality service.

Went in for quick oil change and Taz was more than wonderful and straight forward with everything. Appreciate the help from Justin as well! Great shop, highly recommend!

We had a huge tire puncture on the road so we pulled in front of mr lube and Chris came out and greeted us and explained to us that he will check out the tire and fix it.

Chris diagnosed and treated the punctured tire in about 15 minutes, he was polite and professional

Yesterday I stopped by at Mr. Lubes as the nuts of my Registration Plate came out. I could not drive my Car in that condition. I requested the Manager at Mr. Lubes and Tristin & Rylan went out of way to get it fixed. As always the entire staff at Mr. Lubes is very helpful & customer centric. Its always n amazing customer experience.

Tristan and Adam stayed extra to put wheel on car so 5 five star *****. Always come here for car things because thats what you are supposed to come here for. Watched the manager go from being tech to manager. Good guy. Sometimes busy but thats because a lot of people have cars and its a place to bring em. Thank you Mr Lube for convincing me my car "didn't need" a cabin air filter. I am now dealing with more serious problems.i am now praying that i didn't seriously damage my AC/heating system. I am aware that my car health is my responsibility, but what am i to do when I'm advised by a "professional" of what needs replacing and what does not?

Best crew I have gotten here yet. They actually checked my tire pressure and for the first time in probably 3 years filled my washer fluid during my oil change. Everyone was pleasant and had good banter.

Always satisfied with the quick and efficient team here. Everything from air pressure in your tires to showing the dipstick level when they are done. Not pushy but they keep you up on your maintenance. Definitely reccomend Alex and the team if you need an oil change.

I went there the other day and the man helping me was not the nicest towards me, called my vehicle dirty as well as seemed annoyed that i wasn't buying anything else when i specifically said that i just want an oil change and nothing else.

Had Car battery changed (with 6 years warranty) now after 4 years they are going to charge me again. I paid 25% extra (compering to market price for same battery) when I bought just because of warranty and brand but now have to pay again more that what market price is (even after 20% discount that they offered)
lots of thing happening when it come to warranty time. So disappointed.manager and staff are great and polite but when buying batteries they are not transparent and promise 5-6 yers warranty which is not right.
Please check warranty policy.

This is my second time coming here for a warranty approved oil change on my new car. Professional, informative and friendly staff. I can’t say enough good things. Murtaza the assistant manager went out of his way to make sure everything was safe and topped up on my car. They also gave me an excellent quote on some new winter tires. I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so. You must go here folks.

Just went to get my punctured tire repaired no line up 10/10 taking all Covid related security precautions as well. Left 30 minutes later with the tire re-installed fast service saved me from a major headache. I could have waited one week to get this same repair at the dealership the money you pay is for the convenience factor.

Fasted Mr. Lube in the city. Honestly love this place, I go for oil changes and tell them I don't need any extra services (other locations can be so pushy about up-selling) and I'm out in usually 10/15min.

These people go above and beyond. Alex as an owner is absolutely a hands on owner which I feel is lacking in business these days. You cannot go wrong here, they even come with a certified mechanic. I cannot say enough about this location.
