Great location. Othman and Ankit did great work on my car and are honest, friendly, and perform well! Would recommend for sure.

Julian was new but very thoughtful to follow the correct process and ask questions when he did not know. Oil change was fast and thorough.

Came in with a referral from the 130th location to have a tire sensor programmed. My tech knew what he was up against, worked his butt off to get me back to a clear dashboard and apologized for the wait. You guys really enjoy your work and I just want you know that I’ll be getting my oil changes with you from now on.

On September 29th, 2023 I had my oil changed at 50th St SE location. On October 2nd, 2023 my vehicle is at the mechanics because there was huge plumes of white smoke pouring out of my tailpipes. My mechanic discovered that there was over 10 litres of oil in my car. Conclusion was Mr Lube did not drain the old oil from my car. My mechanic provided pictures. I took the mechanic bill and pictures to the location and met with the store manager who investigated and contacted me a few days later to apologize and agreed to pay my mechanical bill. It is now November 9th and I have not received payment or any further communication from them. I have been going to Mr Lube for years to have my vehicles attended to an will not ever use their services again.

Service was great! David and Sean helped diagnose an issue I was having in my drivers side front tire. They were patient, very informative, and were able to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct my squealing issue. Recommend this shop to anyone needing oil service or tire work.

Nick and the guys at the 52nd location are amazing. It's the only location I'll go to. If you want professionalism and a job done right and fast head over there. They are killing it!

Went in for an oil change, was a bit of a wait and was told it would be 20 mins. It was actually 20 mins. Nick and Sarah got my car out in 25 mins after I got in. Manager was also very customer service oriented. Amazing work! Super nice and comfortable experience. Even had a promotion where I got free windshield wipers. Great team all around. Thanks guys.

Got my oil changed, along with my differentials and power steering done on Saturday as well as my cabin and air filter. The staff where absolutely awesome! Will, Arseniy, Aatman, Steve and Dave where great!
Super knowledgeable let me know what services needed to be done without making me feel pressured to do them! It only took about 30mins and they are more than half the cost of the dealership my engine is running so much better now and my powersteering feels great! It's easy to forget how much a service needs to be done until you do it! The new manager is absolutely awesome and very customer service oriented! Would 100% recommend! We have been going to this location since it opened. Have always had excellent service and this past Saturday was no exception. Took my new car in for an oil change and once again had great service. My technician, Will, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable!

Came in for an oil change and coolant flush. They only had one type of coolant available and it wasn’t what I was looking for. They were able to help me out tho bc I was able to bring in the proper coolant myself and they flushed my system for me.

Disgusting service from the management. Went in on Sept 11th, 22. I was told I could wait a week or 2 more to get an oil change (super appreciated the employees honesty), Wednesday noticed a spot of oil on my driveway, location was closed but Thurday Sept 15th, 22 the spot had gotten a bit bigger so decided i shouldn't wait and went to the 130th Ave se location around 7: 30pm. One boy there said it was the dipstick left up and placed it back in as for 2 other boys they seemed to think it was quite a bit of oil to lose as did I, and that possibly a valve seal broke. I then brought it into a garage (Shawnee station, which i highly recommend) Friday and Geoff said he would have to do a diagnosis and pressure wash the motor as it was a fire hazard, he was able to get me in that Monday Sept 19th, 22 where it was found to be the dipstick left up. 230$ later I went back to the original location and asked them if they could make this right? I understand mistakes happen but 230$ put me back and as a single mom in these times, would they help by providing me with a oil change free of charge? Yeah right! Management said unfortunately the camera shows him putting it in and the 130th location remembers nothing. Lol funny the cameras work there but not the other location to show the gentleman placing it back correctly but lesson learned. You get what u pay for. NEVER AGAIN!

I took my car in for my routine oil change to get ready for winter and the service was fantastic. Dave and his team were professional and timely. While my dealership couldn't get me in for another week, I got in within minutes. Thank you Dave and the team for making my day off a productive day.

My service from Caity today was exceptional. I stopped using Mr. Lube previously due to the pressure when recommending services. She let me know everything that was due without making me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot. This is my preferred location and I come from the north to use them as I feel they have the best service of any Mr. Lube location. Today exceeded my expectations.

Great Customer Service, especially Arseniy who takes his time to explain everything to you, and makes you feel comfy in deciding what you want to do. Always want to go to him whenever we take our Honda CR-V for an oil change and stuff like that, Thanks Arseniy.

I went against my better judgement and got an oil change at this Mr. Lube location. Not only was my oil change ridiculously expensive at $90, but the staff dangerously over filled my engine. I got home and checked the oil and it was super high. I drained approx 1.5 litres to have oil at the full line. No way they should have let my car go seeing that level of oil on my dipstick! Going for a refund, will update!

Dawson has helped me both times I’ve come to this location and he is exceptional. I trust him to care for my “car health”. He makes recommendations and explains which to prioritize and why. He has great ethics as a salesperson and car technician. I don’t feel as though he is trying to push services to make money, rather that he makes recommendations and puts them in order of most to least urgent.

@ 50 St, SE. Thorough and detailed service. Options offered, with no pressure to purchase. I'm happy with their work and service.

The shop manager Rob Attard is outstanding! I had a significant oil leak and he and his staffed performed an inspection and determined that my vehicle had an oil pan casket leak. They topped me up with oil at no charge and sent me on my way to the dealership! Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable! Thanks Rob.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair and left with a scratched rim (all over the face of the rim). I proceeded to submit a claim only to be told (after an "investigation") that the fresh scratch marks were from me and couldn't possibly be from the workers.

I had to wash the shop dirt off of the rim's scratches, it was only on the rim they worked on and they still wouldn't take ownership. I understand that the job of the "investigator" is to not pay a claim any way they can, but this didn't feel right or fair.

**If you're reading this review before tire work, it is my opinion that you SHOULD NOT have tire repair work done here. In my experience, they will damage your property and then blame the damage on you and make you pay for the "service". **

After moving back to the area I was very happy to see that the level of care and cleanliness at this location has stayed the same. Mr. Lube should strive to have all locations represent them in a way that this store does. The manager and workers there are both helpful and knowledgeable. They have restored my faith in the "quick lube" type stores vs using a regular mechanic. Thank you.

Quoted $40 for a flat repair and charged us $60 plus $18 shop supplies! Not fair to double the price without confirming. Told us to call head office to complain but there’s no complaint line for head office! Felt like a very polite rip off….

Wasted 3 hours only to be told they couldn’t remove my lug nut to change my tire. How does a tire shop that specializes in tires not have the ability to remove a difficult lug nut. Beyond frustrating. Never going back again.

Stephen was great, he didn't push anything on me and fixed my tire that was giving me trouble. Very quick as well.

I went today to get my oil change at this location usually I get this done at a diffrent location, but this is going to be my only place going forward, Rob here was were clear that its only him and a new hire and that will take some time, I waited and glad I did so.he tried to assist me as quick as posiible and he was quick, when he checked my car he figured that I didnt need any oil change and previously who else did oil change didnt put right milage for oil change I still had few more months to go. He was very honest and straightforward and knowledgeable. Helped me with air filter and saved me money by not giving me any unnecessary oil change. This guys do need some recognition and I hope the management is taking care of him.best guy

Update: Since my first 5 star review 10 months ago, we've continued to bring our fleet to this location with excellent results. We've had 5 or 6 vehicles in for multiple oil changes and it's a great experience every time. On my latest trip, I accidentally brought in one of the vans early, having no idea that I still had 2000 km of oil life left on it. I think most places would've have just changed it early, but the techs let me know I wasn't due. They still checked out the van anyway at no charge.

This is the kind of customer service that earns my business, so I'll be glad to continue using Mr. Lube for our company fleet and personal vehicles.

I just received an oil change, it was my first time at this location. I was taken in immediately. My car is older and definitely has a lot of mileage. I drive a 2006 AWD Murano, passed down to me from my sister, we haven't taken the greatest care of the vehicle and a lot of work has been done on it. I knew I needed an oil change because it was driving funny. Rudy helped me out and did the full works, treatment I have never gotten before at any Mr. Lube, he filled the air in my tires, cleaned my windows, sprayed stuff on my door hinges all courtesy things. He really explained everything he was doing, and always made sure I was okay with what was being charged and if I wanted to do it. Rob than came and explained a lot of other details to me and things that would help my car in the long run. I really felt taken care of and not pressured into doing anything, they both were so friendly and caring! I definitely recommend this location, they are they best out of all the Mr. Lube's I've been too! My car is running smoothly and just feels great! Outstanding service I will be back again, not just because of good service but quick and efficient!

I always come to this location every time I need an oil change! I recently came here for a change in tires and they were so quick and friendly! I would highly recommend this place!

Great service! I was speaking to Doug and he was very helpful and got everything done that I needed in a timely fashion. He recommended some other things but didn't pressure me into getting them done. We changed my oil and replaced my air filters all in about 10-15 minutes. I would go there again and happily recommend this location.

This is one of the best Mr. Lubes to come to. They're always straightforward, polite & I don't feel like they constantly try to upsell me. Being a female customer at other places I know places tend to do that. I've been coming to Mr. Lube for all my vehicle fluid work for as long as I've owned my vehicle & 10 yrs later it's still running like new. If you need a place you can trust to get it done quick & right, this is the place for you!

Went in for an oil change as my filter had a hole in it somehow. Terri was absolutely amazing in assisting me. Gave great recommendations and even threw in some free wiper blades. I will only be getting my oil changes and and future work done on my truck at this location and hopefully by Terri again. Great Job!

Very professional and helpful. Didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. Bought a new vehicle and brought it to them and they advised me they didn’t believe I needed an oil change for at least another month. I appreciate honesty and not just looking to grab my money.

Came in this morning for and oil change and tire swap. After going through the routine checks I learned that my all seasons were not rated correctly to my vehicle were not safe for installation.
I was super disappointed to learn this but I was provided with a thorough explanation about safety standards by Terri. She educated me re: what tire rating I need, and printed off several quotes. Despite not getting my tires swapped I was happy with my service and glad that Mr.lube adheres to high quality service practices.

Very quick, and helpful! Friendly staff. No waiting time to get in and I wanted to get my battery changed. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend
