Serviced today by Jerico, great and respectful guy. Explained everything, went through all needs checks. Very good experience.

Had some work done, oil change flat tire, Rad flush and new fluid.good job knowledgeable staff, efficient. Couldn't find my air leak but it wasn't from a lack of trying. Great service overall, I use Mr Lube often not just the same one, these guys are on top of it with what you would expect from a good shop. Great job!

Paige, Wesley, David are great, asked and offered everything and gained permission first. Mark on the other hand decided to take a pry tool to my fan shroud without asking first and busted a pressure clip claiming it was already broken but I saw him busy it. At least be honest about it like come on. Not happy at all

I arrived this morning after making a call and requesting to have my tire repaired due to a nail. Upon inspecting my tire, the technician informed me that it couldn't be fixed and tried to persuade me to purchase a new one. My tires have been replaced last year so
Instead, I promptly went to my trusted mechanic who successfully repaired it for a mere $26. This establishment's lack of competence is quite disappointing.

I usually go to Mr. Lube but not this location, however, Nick was amazing and super sweet. He had a very welcoming attitude and didn’t make me feel pressured to get anything that I didn’t want and didn’t offer me anything that I didn’t which. Typically I go to a different location since my uncle manages is and I know that I’m only getting what I need but I would go back to this location again, due to Nick, plus it’s closer to me which is a bonus.

The team down at the 6808 McLeod trail location did a bang up job. Keeping me informed on the possible future things to consider for the next visit. Super kind and friendly staff 10/10 would recommend.

Brought my car in and my daughter with hers. Tyler was super helpful and friendly and accommodated all our requests. Service was very quick and friendly on both vehicles

Aug 21/2022 *Update

I came by with my 93 Jeep YJ, Cole and his team (Jesus Under Tech) notified me that my Fuel Filter was rotted out. Jesus was dealing with a shield/cover, that the bolts and nuts were seized. So they actually had to work around it. A oil flush, and a new fuel filter for a good price. These guys work hard. And I appreciate it. Thanks again!

These guys did awesome work! Chev and Andy, transferred over my info because I bought my sisters car. Updated me on what needed to be serviced on my Acura. And even managed to remove a stripped screw in my air filter housing in my engine and rig up something better. I highly recommend their service.

Nice quick and easy service, Moe was great got everything done quickly and wasn’t pushy with ad ons.

I've been going to this Mr Lube for as long as I have lived in the city and even now that I don't, I still make the trip to come here. They have always been the best Mr Lube in Calgary in my opinion and with today's experience that opinion hasn't changed. I had the best experience thus far with the woman named Paige. She was phenomenal! So friendly and knowledgeable. I felt no judgement from her only the want to help me. Even when I saw her being accosted by some other customer she was so nice and professional. 10/10 Paige!

Usually great service but last time was marginal.tech ticked off a few checklist items without actually checking ie.lights.also put in too much oil and had to drain.nothing critical, simply not focusing on their job.checked oil at home.still about quart too much.

Stripped the drain plug on my car with Vice Grips but blamed the shop that changed it 3 times previous with no problem. Checked over my car before I came in but wouldn’t admit the Vice Grips “mangled” the drain plug. The prior shop that changed my oil has been contacted so they can avoid future slander from employees here who blame other people at other shops. I don’t know who she was working with but some Tech named Paige took a picture of it for me then tried to pass off fresh metal markings as 6 months old while explaining what a Ratchet is to my red seal mechanic boyfriend. (Even though you wouldn’t say which point ratchet was used or admit to vice grips until we said it looks like he used vice grips). It just happened and your photo only proves that.

Disappointed after an $87 normal convention oil change. The technician tried to pull the dipstick out of the tube at first but broken, and the rest of the dipstick got stuck in the tube, so it was no longer possible to check the oil level. The lead technician emphasized that they were not responsible for any cost of the damage. I asked them to fix the problem because it was damaged by them after all. He told me a story he went through several hours to solve a similar case. This means repairs can be expensive, but they refuse to fix that time. In the end he told me to go to another store to find solution, but I have to bear all the costs.

I never thought a simple drive though oil change would open Pandora's box and might cost a lot. In order to save some money for family, I decided to correct my "own mistakes". After my YouTube education, I found this to be a very simple workaround. I bought the same dipstick at a dealership for $37.drill a small pilot hole in the stuck broken dipstick plastic and use a screw to pull it out.it took me 1 minutes to fix. I admit that it took me a lot of time to learn.the reason for my disappointment is that I usually go to other $40~50 oil change. I've never been to Mr. Lube and I knew it's a bit pricey. I thought there must be a reason for the expensive service. "The curiosity killed the cat". I finally paid my lesson.

In this case, it is estimated that others will only give one star, but I still gave three stars because I always see the logo in the town. I hope all businesses prosper post-pandemic. I hope that you will not shirk your responsibility when you encounter the same problem. After all, good service can attract more customers in the end.

We’ve been going to Mr. Lube for about 8 yrs. I came out to our garage today and found a huge mess of oil all over the garage floor. Apparently, the oil filter was not installed properly which could have blown the engine. We will never be going back and we’re taking our whole fleet of trucks elsewhere….

First off, everywhere else I went that Friday afternoon was closed. It was past 5 pm. I was glad Mr. Lube was still open. They took care of me. Remington was a great technician. He gave me good advice. I felt no sales pressure and no rush. Thanks!

I have never experienced service like this in Calgary. They are so professional and they communicate so well as a team. I had Tyler the manager and his team. Nothing but a super positive experience here changing my tires from winter to summer. Quick and very efficient. Great job!

I have been going to Mr. Lube for as long as I’ve been driving, and this location specifically for nearly 10 years. The service is always exceptional at the best and great at the “worst”. I’ve never had a bad experience except for the occasional longer wait time.

Today I drove in and was told the wait time would be about 45 minutes to an hour. That would have cut my time close, but I agreed to wait as I had to get it done. Wesley had me in and out of there in less than a half an hour from pulling up to driving off.

The staff is always incredibly informative and helpful and not pushy in the least.

I will always recommend this as the best Mr. Lube location in Calgary. Well done Team! Your work is appreciated.

Horrible management, brought my bmw 35d in for a oil change, not only did they not carry the oil, they wanted to charge me the for the full premium package $135, even though I had to go buy my own oil and filter. What a rip off. Went to Great Canadian oil change, they charged me $55.

Terrible experience two times I have been at this location. The latest resulted in my wife stranded on McLeod trail in a broke down car because Mr. Lube disconnected a hose when removing the air filter. The first experience was then forgetting to the put the air filter back entirely. Do not recommend.

I have been visiting this Mr. Lube for 7 years or more. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism. On my recent visit, Remington was excellent! He helped me understand some mechanical issues and provide me with suggestions.
