Mr. Lube + Tires

They were so helpful when my battery died! They replaced it so fast! They did a great job!

Great, friendly, and quick service. We arrived with a punctured tire 20 minutes before closing and they were able to replace both back tires with our set of winter tires. Saved our day!

Went for oil change this winter, and a couple of days ago my car was making loud noises, checked oil and dip stick was dry. I added a litre of 5w30, checked oil and it was still not showing. So I went to Mr lube on 16ave where I always go and asked him to check my oil. He pulled out the dip stick and still no oil. I told him that they did my last oil change, he said that cars lose oil over time. I said not all the oil, the dip stick is dry. So he topped it off with 20w, and when I mentioned that it takes 5w30 he told me it's a different container. I will not be going back and if you have had an oil change lately, check you oil!

ADVICE AGAINST GOING THERE.i went there for an oil changed and my truck has been heating up ever since.very incompetent people working.filling a law suit against them today.

Had a lovely experience with Sunil. He was very professional and helpful, offered lots of things but wasn’t pushy at all if I declined. Did lots of complimentary stuff and was kind to congratulate me on my upcoming wedding.:)

Great place for oil change. Rohit was super friendly and answered some questions I had about the car. Excellent customer service and no pressure for upselling. They actually work on your car while you’re inside it and not behind closed doors.

Loved the service. They expalin in detail the things they will do with a smile. So.e techs are straight faced but normally u always see a smile. I understand working in heat with hot engines is not a pretty site

Their hours say 8pm for closing time, but the guy over the phone told me they stop switching tires out at 6: 30pm. I checked the website, and it says NOTHING about tire service stopping at that point. If tire service stops at a certain time, ADVERTISE IT. DON'T tell customers at the gate that when they arrive! It's bad, irresponsible business.

Thinking the guy was simply lying to me, I went anyways, and arrived around 6: 40pm. This guy (name is Abdul, also told me he's the supervisor even though he wasn't wearing anything indicating as such, he also admitted to that fact), told me they stopped doing tires at 7pm. Now I KNOW he was lying to me the entire time. He also told me with an arrogant grin that if "you were here earlier, we'd have helped you, but now, we're short on staff. " I mean, excuse me? ! How many people does it take to change tires? I saw at least 3 other cars in the queue!

I work night-shift hours, so getting up "earlier" for me is like asking a 9-5er to wake up at 2 in the morning for auto service. Arriving at places earlier simply just does not work for my energy levels, especially when I'm driving. I went to Mr. Lube because they happen to be open later than a majority of auto shops out there, but it looks like I'll have to go somewhere else because these lying people are too lazy to do their jobs. Like I told Abdul, thanks for nothing, Mr. Lube + No Tire Service.

Horrible Service, will never go there again.

Was at Mr. Lube again, I needed maintenance on the gear boxes in my jeep. I was yet again fully delighted. John was very personable and listened to my concerns. He was very attentive and the service was so fast and great!

I’ve been going to this Mr. Lube for a year now. Every service has been professional, quick and helpful. Patrick was efficient and friendly. I appreciate how they educate you but don’t push you to purchase anything if you don’t need. They even have dog treats for your pups. I recommend this location!
