Mr. Lube + Tires

Great service and polite staff, Lily and Austin helped us out today with an oil change. They were very kind and provided helpful information! Very efficient and seem knowledgeable about the service they are giving. Give em a pizza party

The staff was so helpful! 100% would recommend. Everyone was so friendly and they explained the car stuff I wasn't familiar with in a simple, respectful way. Super honest and just a great experience.

I showed up for an oil change and to get new tires put on. My truck had rusted the tires to the axel and my oil cap was wrenched on really tight to the point that it took several minutes longer for the job. The staff were so patient, so friendly, and didn’t get frustrated at all despite how much effort and time it took to complete the job. They were all smiles the whole time and just laughed off the situation. It was so pleasant and I couldn’t speak more highly of the service.

Jazmine saved my butt when I crawled my car (literally crawled) in front of the west side Mr. Lube on its bare rim. My tire had completely exploded on University Drive and I didn't know what to do. I couldn't quite get it to the building, it was toasted. Jazmine came out to see what was wrong as I was randomly stopped and staring at my tire, lost. She got my tire off and the spare on in the blazing heat on the side of the road. She also took off the burning hot rubber from my rim for me after checking that it looked okay. She did it free of charge and with a great manicure! Jazmine, thank you for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful! I really appreciate it!

Had slow leak in tire. They were able to check the tire very quickly as did not want to run flat. It was determined there was a screw puncturing tire and it was too close to the sidewall to repair, the could not and would not repair. They explained the safety risk of repairing if went somewhere to get repaired. There was no pressure to sell anything else, just proper information about the risk. Purchased replacement tire and brought the tire back to get old tire removed and new one installed. They were friendly and quick to remount the tire. No issues at all. Thanks for the quick service and following proper safety procedures. Not nice having to spend a couple hundred dollars on new tire vs repair, but definitely not worth risk of accident.

I came here for the first time to get oil change done. Parker and his team were so nice and informative about what was going on. The vibe was very cool and felt like a nice environment

Staff here went over and above. With a ridiculously stupid setup (thanks vw) they were hugely accommodating. Answering all of the unrelated to the oil change questions I had about the condition of the undercarriage of my vehicle. Huge Ty.

I was refused service for an easy tire patch job (from a nail) because they didn't have anyone qualified on shift to do it. Should they not have someone on shift qualified for tires at Mr. Lube and TIRES?

I went in today thinking something was wrong with my oil but they said everything was fine that was the color it was supposed to be. I had them check the transmission oil cause it was empty and I had a leak. Tyrell was great and explained everything well. He was very professional. He added some transmission oil and mentioned I need a seal replaced and recommended a place. Thank you for your continued service.

There was virtually no wait for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. The cabin air filter was changed but as it wasn't in stock, I had to come back the next day.

Took my truck in this evening and the team was nothing but helpful and positive. My oil filter was on so tight from the dealership that they had to use a 2ft breaker bar to remove it and did so without damaging my truck. I am so happy that I went to the Mr Lube team on the west side. Big shout out to Jake, Jasmine, Kayla and the Manager Austin.

Went today to fix my flat tire.the guy said screw in tire. They gave me estimate of $60 including tax to fix flat tire, Although there is not guarantees after fixing. He recommended me its better to change the whole tire instead of fixing. It’s feel like they are misguided the people. Went to other place just fix it for $30.
If you have a flat tire i don’t recommend this place.

This place is absolutely amazing, they are such great people and know exact what to do no matter what the issue is tyrell is the guy who helped me and i can’t say how thankful i am for him

Very friendly and quick service, had everything fixed in an efficient manner. Recommended for those quick fixes.

I frequented this Mr. Lube for the past 3 years since moving down to Lethbridge. Oil changes for the most part, and one time cabin filter.

Personally, I just enjoy their customer accomodation. Little things that save me trouble and if their not busy, quick and easy.

With all my tools packed away for moving, did not have the time or energy to switch my license plate. The manager did it for me and I was outta there under 10 mins.

Tyrell was amazing at getting my heat going again in my jeep! He checked multiple things to ensure everything was working properly and had me back out on the road with heat in under 30 minutes! I appreciated his friendliness more than anything!

Went on April 8th Saturday afternoon and had the best experience at an oil change I’ve ever had. I appreciate the team so much! Usually have the opposite experience at any place to do with my car. Thank you guys so much!

Tyrell did an excellent job getting all 4 tires swapped out in a timely fashion while training new employees. Was very knowledgeable and professional!
