Mr. Lube + Tires

Formerly a good location but lately they seem to have resorted to the classic tactic of lying about your car to get you to pay for unnecessary services. My most recent visit the tech attempted to sell me a radiator flush while holding up an antifreeze tester that clearly showed no issue.
Last year I brought in my FWD SUV and the tech insisted that I need to replace the gear oil in my rear differential. To be clear, they attempted to sell me a service for a part that does not exist on my vehicle. At the time I chalked it up to a misunderstanding however its now clearly part of a pattern.
Lots of lube places run scams. Now this one does too.

Have been coming here for years for winter oil changes. Typically, it had been a nice relaxing experience. But now that they do tires as well, it's awful. It's loud with their tire equipment, impact guns and yelling in the shop. Very unpleasant experience this time around and I'll be doing my own oil changes from now on.

I don't leave many reviews but I feel this is more than deserved. Got an oil change done and Munashe was very knowledgeable, understand and informed me on some future maintenance worth keeping in mind.

I go here do to do oil changes, I don’t know where these tires on my car are from, I just wanted them tightened the lug nuts, they said no, you had to have bought them from here, a simple tightening of my lug nuts was gonna cost me 68.00, went to kal tire on 99 street, they did it for free, took 2 minutes, not ever doing business with me lube ever again,

Great service, good work with good communication and welcoming.prizes are good, and since i discovered them, i don't go anywhere else where

Location is going thru improvements so you have to drive and back out. Inside seems a little cluttered. Staff is friendly. They offered top up of fluids but they did NOT have engine coolant. This visit I found quite pricey at >$90 for a basic oil change. Will likely look for a better price next oil change.

Nico was amazing! He helped us with an oil change and informed my husband of the transmission fluid and re stored our car. He was great and quick. He provided exceptional service! Thank you Nico for your amazing experience we will be back!

Went there for the seasonal off-rim tire swap. Service was good but they charge quiet a bit for wheels over 18 inches. They dont book any appointments, first come first serve, that was the only reason I went there instead of Costco, who charges half the price but one has to book an appointment ahead of time. If paying almost $100 more for getting it done the same day is worth it to you, go for it! Service was good! Giving 4 stars for service and deducting 1 star for the price!

Terrible customer service and manager doesn't know how to interact with the public confronted me to show off and throw his authority around to show boat in front of the staff and meanwhile having a conversation at the same time on his cellphone. Left my car in service bay and instructed the technician what I wanted done and went over to the grocery store and came back and nothing was done on the car. Plus due to construction at this location had to back up vehicle instead of driving out like other locations I will be taking my business to lube city instead

Picked up some screws at work and got a flat tire. Had to come back for another flat the next day, and they fixed it at no cost. Fast and great customer service.

Very poor service. We tried three days in a row to get an oil change and every time we were denied service. We made it there well before closing hours and on the third try even called earlier that day to see if we would be able to get a change at a specific time (6pm). And they say they close at 8: 00pm. Then we tried calling them two hours before they were closing and no answer. Very disappointed and would recommend trying a different oil change service.

Terrible attitude and customer service. I called them and was asked to go there for a tire swap. I was in the line for 45 minutes without being greeted by anyone. I get out of the car to go and remind them about my appointment just to be told off by the girl who is apparently the one in charge in a very bad manner. Their worker forgot to come and let me know that they won’t have time for my vehicle and they took no responsibility for my time wasted. I will never visit a Mr Lube again just for the terrible attitude and behaviour of that young girl in this location. 0/10.

Quick, efficient, and friendly. Their exit is under construction right now. Other than that great service

Went in for an oil change, after about 10-15 minutes they informed me that they weren’t able to get my oil filter off as it had “seized” on. I asked if they could just change the oil anyway and leave the filter but they refused and told me to go get someone else to do it.

I went to a jiffy lube, and they had the filter off within 2 minutes, with minimal struggle.

Very disappointed, and will not be returning to this location.

1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle lift broke leaving the truck stuck, so didnt even get the rotation done. Never again!

I've had better service when I have visited before. But it's nice to know I was taken care of as usual

Had the manager come out and float for a lady going on her lunch break, guy went above and beyond for a lube change, excellent service!

Lincoln and Carter treated me like a friend not a customer it was a absolutely life changing experience

I went to the shop to fix a tire puncture. The technician put water and tried his best to find the leak but could not. However, because the shop would charge me $20 just to open the tire and check the leak thoroughly even if they cannot fix. This is kind of stupid that the shop would get paid for not being able to do the job. Anyway long story short Kal Tire fixed the leak in half an hour. Not going to Lube again.

Incredibly slow service. 1 car ahead of me spent nearly 2 hours there when all I needed was a simple oil change. Attendant wandered away from the vehicle after everything was done and returned 10 minutes later with a paper for me to sign before I got my keys back.

For a place that says they are fast they are incredibly slow. And no cheaper than a traditional shop

Courteous and efficient! Closes later than others. So if there is ever any last minute emergencies check them first.

Another fantastic visit to this location. Always professional and friendly.
