I just want to edit to say thus location is amazing. The staff are ALWAYS so friendly. They are usually joking and laughing with each other, which I apperciate the environment as it shows they are a happy team. Any time i need air in my tires they are my go to because its no questions asked with helpful service! I 100% recommend this location

My overall experience was smooth. Markus helped and explained everything to me. One thing that stood out for me was their transparency and teamwork. Recommend people to go there.

Julian was amazing kept me updated on what they were doing and the cost, did not try to upsale me on items I did not require. Did an in depth check on my vehicle and let me know of items requiring further investigation by a mechanic. Will be back again!

I pulled up to get an oil change. After almost 45 minutes of waiting one of the staff finally comes out and tells me they won’t have time to do my oil change. Incredibly unprofessional.

Manager dustin and one of his employee treats customer horrible.they dont know how to treat customers dont come here horrible service.

Never recommend this branch. Staff has such a bad attitude to customers especially tyre section.

I was surprised to see their honesty. After checking oil they suggested I should not change it now and the current oil can make another 2k.

Worst experience and customer service. I had phoned this location to let them know I was outside waiting to get my tires changed but I needed help knowing where to park as there was a line up. The guy who answered the phone told me they were no longer taking walk-ins because it would put them 5 hours past closing time. I then told him I didn’t understand and asked why the website says “no appointment needed”. He replied in a very rude tone “well, do I need to say it in a different way for you to understand? ” I wish I had gotten his name, he was very disrespectful and I will never be going here again. Mr. Lube please change your website so that you can actually make an appointment online for people in the future.

I came in with a flat tire not knowing what to do as everyone in the area wasn’t accepting walking-ins. Aatman and his colleague, whose named I forgot to ask, were absolutely outstanding. Aatman made me comfortable with the process but also kept me well-informed about each step. The service provided was fast and excellent. I will certainly return in the future, and I enthusiastically recommend their services to my family and friends.

Not a professional place. Some kid told me it would be 15 mins. Then a half hour later they had to shuffle me to another bay to wait. Then they let another car in the bay and started working on it while I was still waiting outside.
Really disorganized, and unprofessional and I will definitely not be back.

I called this location and asked if they can change the transmission oil of my car.
I was told they can do it so I went there last week. Told the guy that I need to change the transmission oil. I was told that waiting time is about 40 minutes. I said no problem and I started to wait.
No one attended me after waiting for almost an hour and I kept on waiting there. Even the cars that were behind me in the queue were taken in while I was ignored.
I wasn’t happy and I waived at one guy and told him that I’m still waiting here buddy.
He told me to drive in.
After driving onto the ramp I was told that they don’t do the transmission oil anymore.
I got extremely upset but left the location quietly as I was in a hurry.
I am extremely disappointed by their behaviour. It seems so unprofessional that these guys kept me waiting and told me at the end that they can’t do it due to some health and safety issues that they previously had. I wish the owner takes serious notice of this.
I’m a regular customer for the last 5 years and didn’t deserve this highly unprofessional behaviour.

Great shop! Was traveling through town and these guys were phenomenal especially Atman. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend without reservation.

This place is such a scam. I had an engine light which I thought I need an oil change for. I had told the associate that I had an engine light but can you let me know if my oil is even bad. He never told me anything just started adding money to the total. Initially when I had called they told me it was $107 for just an oil change and $110 for them to top off all fluids as well. When I went in and told him about that he’s like nope we don’t have anything like that. That should have been my first cue to leave. But I stayed because I thought I needed that oil change. After he told my cabin filter out and which I had changed less than 6 months ago and told me I needed to change it and somehow made my total $300 so I told him to leave my cabin filter just do the oil. After I had finished the service I turned in my car and the engine light was still on so I asked him why he’s like go to part source and find out. I also asked him how bad my oil was he’s like oh it wasn’t bad at all. This place is just trying to make money off of you. Never again will I go here.

Yeah next time i’ll just do it myself, they got monkeys filling your engine if you go.
