Brayden was super friendly and super helpful, when we got our truck parked. Before we even enter tori let us know there was just installing a skid plate on another vehicle and you’re right up! I have an 09 f150 and it was cheap to get the oil done under a 100$. And thank you the technician (Matthew) underneath, it was super quick. I only go here because of this

Was there today, sitting in the car for 25 minutes, nobody in front of me while guys that work there were chatting and having fun with the guy that was apparently already done and ready to go and they didn't pay attention to the people waiting outside.

Went and had my oil changed using car advise. Was a good price after my discount. Thanks for doing good work. Keep it up

Came for an oil change and Zoe was so so good. She was super kind and informative and even offered me a cup of water while I waited! I highly recommend.

Mr. Lube has not given me the best experience at all. Customer service 0, the guy who did the oil change i asked him to top up washer fluid and he said I don’t have time I’m in rush seriously? He changed the headlight bulb, didn’t even check if it was working or not. He didn’t check the tire pressure. He will know by reading this review how did he treat the customer. Charged me for full service but i didn’t get the full service. I hope you guys improve the service. I asked for the deal free wiper he said you don’t qualify. I understand that may be because it was through third party but nothing was informed.

Great service every time I come here. Super friendly and no aggressive sales tactics. Brayden was great to deal with.

I was traveling through the Red Deer area on the Saturday of the long weekend, and a vague warning light came on in my car. Mr. Lube seemed to be the only place willing to look at it and they were fantastic. They checked it thoroughly, the code wasn't quite clear (It could have been multiple things), but they still gave everything a once over and made sure nothing was leaking and there was no obvious problems, and that it would be okay until I could get it to the dealership. They were friendly, professional, and fast, and I really appreciated the thoroughness and reassurance they gave.

Pathetic service. Took an hour and a half to do an oil change…. Once I was in the garage! After waiting 20 minutes to get into the garage. AND There were no other customers. Gave me so much attitude and spoke down to me. After years of going to Mr. Lube, I won’t go back!

Ive been going here for a handful of years. This is an incredible spot. Honest hard working people. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I prefer to do things myself but this is the only place I found that's super trustworthy. They always go the extra length with you and go beyond an expected scope.

Worst management, James was arrogant and spoke to me as if I’m stupid. Yes I am female but I am not dumb. I felt terribly for the elderly lady next to me who he Upsold then had to call someone on his cell to ask how to perform the service, not very smart within earshot of customers. The way he speaks to the employees was rude and condescending. We have gone to this location with all our vehicles for years. Unfortunately they have lost good staff who knew their stuff. The building is run down with garbage just thrown about. A steam clean and some better management might turn this place around, until then we are going elsewhere.

I deeply value my time. I arrived at 1115am on holiday Monday morning. Expecting to have to wait a bit for a drive thru, first come first serve, service. This is to be expected and understood, which i do. The staff promptly moved me to another bay, where I sat until I finally left at 1235pm. The bay I was originally parked at had 2 cars come and go. No communication about how much longer, no applogies for moving me to the lane that hadnt moved in over an hour. That's an hour and a half my time wasted. Very unimpressed. I'll go back to Kipp Scott in the morning where the work is prompt, and communication top notch.

As a woman in her 20s who knows very little about cars, I am SO impressed with the service I received from Zoe who did an oil change for me. She explained everything to me, didn’t make me feel like an idiot and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I often avoid mechanic and service shops because I leave feeling stupid and taken advantage of. That is the exact opposite of what happened today. I will be requesting her for any future services from mr lube.

Speedy service and friendly atmosphere. You can tell the workers love their jobs, and it seems like there's an effort to create a positive, fun work environment. Thanks, James and his team, for getting me on the highway on time this afternoon!

I visited in November, and It was a long, long wait, but I was prepared. It was right after that winter hit us hard, so I wasn't left with much choice. Waited 3 hours, Ugh. The staff was burnt out by that point. Hopefully won't ever have to end up in a bind like that. My tires are awesome tires though.

There is no option to give a zero. I drove into the parking lot to three open Bays, not a staff member in sight. I could not see an outdoor entrance to an office, and did not go into the shop looking, because of any safety or liability issue. I pulled into a Bay, to be rushed by a staff who'd come upstairs. He appeared agitated and angry. He stood at the front of the Bay, ready to direct me inside, finally I thought! Then he immediately throws one hand up motioning to stop and waves me out (no backup guidance given, thank you kindly), and points at me as if to say, stay there! He goes into an office, comes back out motioning me to roll down my window. I'm quite happy to get out of my car, and have a discussion at eye level. He says " Unfortunately because you drove into the shop without guidance we will not be servicing your car today". To which I reply " Not a problem, I have no need for this location I won't be back, nor will the people I speak to about this experience". I will have a discussion with your supervisor and be on my way".
I was surprised that he did not "guide" me out, and that he did not show me to an outdoor entrance to an office, he pointed across the shop while walking away saying, "Yeah his office is over there". Thank you for the guidance, being so concerned about liability. I'll just walk through the open pitted area to the office, many thanks for your caring customer service, and customer safety. The supervisor apologized, and said they'd been dead for 30 minutes, so everyone was hanging out in the basement".
I reply " Yet you are surprised that with 3 Bays wide open, and your open sign flashing, that a paying customer would pull in for a service"?
"With all your staff in the basement, that is a liability on you for sure".
What if a child had wandered in and fallen into an open pitt. Perhaps someone watching for paying customers should be keeping an eye. For Occupational Health and Safety, there surely has to be a policy in place, that the acting supervisor should absolutely have a staff on the ground floor at all times when the Bay Doors are all wide open, and the open Pitts are exposed. Your staff member was extremely rude, and careless and he was worried about a car driving in without guidance? While hanging out in the basement? He was none concerned for any person on foot that could have walked into any pitt, at any time during those 30 minutes. I do not want service from a staff whose least concern is safety, and biggest concern is coming up the stairs to be startled by a job he may have to do, and use a liability issue to turn away a paying customer. It is extremely concerning that no staff is physically watching wide open Pitts, with the bay doors open. I was in the supervisors office, it is on ground floor, but you cannot see if anyone were to walk into the shop area, and there were no cameras within the office that I could see. This is not a safe place of business for me, or a safe place for any curious child walking by. Two very large thumbs down, based on one experience alone, I could not reccomend this location to anyone. It is unfortunate, this is the first time I've had an issue at a Mr. Lube. This location is a no no though. I hope things get better and nobody is hurt in the meantime.

I have been going to Mr. Lube for years, but lately they have gone overboard with their up sales. I was told my transmission fluid was white and they needed to change it out. I did not take their advice but rather told them I had a friend who was a transmission specialist and would consult with him. My vehicle had 78 thousand km on it and it's a 2018. I took it in to Excell Transmission, had him look into it. It was NOT TRUE! My transmission fluid was fine, red in color and it was explained to me that with that few km on it, it would have never needed to be flushed or changed out. Needless to say, I am now looking for another oil change business. I will not be going back to Mr. Lube!

I would give 0 stars if allowed. A very bizarre, unpleasant experience. Needed a flat tire repaired, they refused to do it because the tires were "expired", even though there was only 15,000 kms of wear on the tires (excellent condition). They could only sell me NEW tires, so a senior was sent away with a nail in the tire, still leaking air. Checked with Alberta Transportation and Transport Canada, no is no such rule regarding age of tires. Their rule is: Tires must be matched in size and type on each axle. Tread depth minimum is. 32 cm (1/8”) above wear bars, no baldness showing on adjacent treads is allowed. No part of the vehicle shall come within 2.54 cm (1 in.) of any part of the tire in any position of travel or turn. The minimum tread depth you should have on your tires at the commencement of winter is approximately 6/32" (or 4.8mm). Mr. Lube will never get my business again!

Bought a new to me vehicle The dealer I bought it from just did a fresh oil change but over filled it so I told Mr lube to just do a complete oil change on it low and behold I checked the engine oil the next morning 1/2 inches above the full make same as the dealership. I went back to get the PTU oil changed and transmission service and to drain some engine oil out. They told me the engine is half a liter too much but its okay to leave it. There is a full mark on the dipstick for a reason. Then they told me the PTU drain and fill plug were seized and stripped out so they couldn't do the PTU. I took it to a mechanic that used a Torx T-50 driver and removed both plugs no problem. The manager that day refuse to do the Transmission even with it wrote on my oil change bill from 2 days ago. The transmission was a drain and fill not a flush. Ford recommended transmission change at the mileage my vehicle is at. So in saying this they cost me a 100 dollars for a mechanic to remove the plugs with the proper tool so I will not be return here again

Very fast and professional service I honestly don't normally get service done at places like this cause they do all the adds that you don't need but make you think you do. Here they do the services that you need.
