Kelsea was my service tech for this trip. He was friendly and very professional and gave me some post-service tips that will be helpful. The team did a great job changing out all the fluids. Will definitely keep using this Mr Lube location.

Kayla was great. She and the others had to access points on my Ford Escape which is not an easy car to work on. She was patient and thorough in replacing the cabin air filter, motor air filter etc. Her colleagues also took the time to wash my windows and advise of any concerns. Great service that you do not often see anymore particularly with young folks. Well done!

Got in right away. They buffed the headlights for $90. I highly recommend doing this for better visibility at night if you're heading out of town. Plus, it makes your vehicle look newer!

Techs were very knowledgeable, explained every step of what they were doing, and even shared what they observed in the pit that could become a long term issue. Highly recommend to anyone!

I ORIGINALLY WENT IN TO GET AN OIL CHANGE WITH A $10.00 OFF COUPON. HOWEVER WHEN
TYRELL CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND MY OIL HE INFORMED ME THAT I REALLY DIDN’T NEED AN OIL CHANGE YET. I SINCERELY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT HE WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO TELL ME THE TRUTH AND SAVE ME THE COST OF THE OIL CHANGE. IN ADDITION HE FILLED UP MY WINDSHIELD FLUID AND SAID HE WOULD PUT THE COUPON IN MY ACCOUNT SO I COULD USE IT WHEN I DID NEED ANOTHER OIL CHANGE. IN THIS DAY OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MANY BUSINESSES IT WAS REFRESHING TO FIND SOMEONE SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I CERTAINLY WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE.

The technicians were quick and very friendly. Asked about warranty and directed us to follow up with dealership for some issues to resolve that were still under warranty. Great experience!
