Mr. Lube + Tires

Put the wrong washer fluid in my truck. Tank froze solid. Still waiting for someone to contact me back. Dose not seam like they are to intreated in fixing it.

I came for an oil change on a Sunday afternoon and although every bay was busy as I pulled in to the lot, I rolled up to the building. I watched as the team worked together to move the cars along. They spoke to each other clearly and each completed a task separately to move the vehicles through quickly. When it was my turn, I was greeted by Domenica, who began checking lights, Vin, and started the work order while the other members quickly began their inspection on tire pressure and tread depths. I was very impressed with the team work and it was like a pit crew completing the oil change. Domenica, Riley, and Eddy were the a great team and I am very impressed with the speed and friendliness of this location. They were busy, but did not make me feel rushed, they also worked together to ensure the right work was done and verified by each other. I will be back again.

Went to mr lube on 137ave and 127 st the person that was going to do my oil change broke my dipstick broke puller off and my dipstick wouldn’t not come out he said it was a factory defect and he couldn’t do anything about it never even offered to help rectify the situation and I asked what we could do about he nothing and shut my hood and told my to leave and I said you gotta fix it or do something then he phoned police because I wouldn’t leave maybe he would of took responsibility we could of worked something out but no he wouldn’t man to his mistake never ever going to any mr lube

The young guy made me feel so comfortable and was so nice. Even taught me a thing or two. I’m so glad I came to this location. He was really helpful. Thank you

I went to this location and had the pleasure of being helped by Frank! His customer service skills are to the next level. Not overly thrilled with the service. Not only did you guys not put my vale stem covers on. You made it sound like it was rocket science with two different treads of tires. On an older car. All I have to say is education is key in improving service

Fantastic service at 137ave 127st Edmonton location. Not only were the technicians Des, Moe, and Tommy, polite, courteous, and friendly they were exceptional at preforming the service I requested. My oil change took less than 10 minutes including providing me with a hard hat for safety to personally inspect an issue in the undercarriage. 100% will return with my own vehicle and my wife's car next service interval. Knowledgeable, precise, and timely. Couldn't ask for a better oil change experience.

Came in for a oil change and ended up getting a coolant flush as well. The Manager Frank made me feel very comfortable and was very Knowledgeable and honest about everything. Definitely will be back!

I went there few weeks ago to get my flat tire fixed but this guy said they cant fix it because the puncture or hole is on the sidewall which is against the law to fix blah blah and it is not true because the night before i went at this place i tried to spray one of my tire with soap and water and i saw the bubbles coming out on the tires tread which is far from the sidewall its still on the side where it can still be repaired. This guy is telling me to go to canadian tire or jiffy lube coz they might fix it. What i did is i just went to the car dealership i always go to and took a chance without an appointment on a saturday and still accomodated me and got my flat tire fixed. Im just disappointed at this place coz i went at 8am in the morning hoping they could fix it coz i also saw it on their website that they can fix flat tires but i guess not.

Always very nice and polite. There customer service is off the wall awesome! Called for information and they ended up putting it on hold just in case I showed up. This 8s my go to place!

Mr. Lube wouldn't fix my flat, simply because I had a Tesla. There is nothing is special about Tesla wheels or tires. They're the same as any other vehicle. Shame!

Wouldn't install a single tire as it was mismatched. Their competitors at Lube FX were able to help me get back on the road. Will continue taking my business elsewhere.

Called earlier to see if they were available to conduct a tire exchange. Changing new tires I purchased for the ones currently on my rims. They were professional over the phone, came in and they were friendly and courteous in person. They got to work on taking my tires off to begin the change.

Then they hit a roadblock, by not their own fault at all. The new tires; of right size to my truck were so new they were factory narrow. Jason said it can be done but have to get another tool to conduct the change. He went and got it quickly to continue the tire exchange inwhich the process worked. Service was friendly and accommodating I plan to return to this branch again for future services.

I have always received good service here for about 15 years. Now it seems when they make a mistake and break something, you need to fix it yourself.

Super awesome location and great price! They were able to service my vehicle with a small uhaul equipped and all the places I called before hand would not do it. Owner was very nice and friendly! Highly recommended

Waited for 1/2 hour to be told it would be another 1/2 wait before I could get in. It is rare that I say this but sounds like the dealership is faster now.going there.

It's not often I go out of my way to give a place a 5 star review, but Jason and the folks at this location are just that good. Quick, efficient, knowledgable, and always down to price match their competitors. And they never try to push anything unnecessary. They're my go-to for maintaining my truck.

After hearing about this place from word of mouth about this place being terrible, the other day I went to this Mr. Lube to get an oil change and this was the best experience I ever had. The staff here go above and beyond and give you the proper service that you need, they will not give you a slam sale and from the employees word they say there management will not tolerate there staff to do so. I’ve always used my local location of Lube FX (Terrible experience and con artists), I highly recommend the mr.lube 137ave and 127st to anyone and there prices are spectacular for full service but most importantly there staff are amazing. Absolutely lovely people there. I had an issue with one of my tires from a different mr lube, and I came in and they were super friendly, one person that really made my day is named Katie (I think she goes by Kate) she was very understanding of my predicament and helped me get a very fair price.

The manager and service members here are fantastic always ready to help all your oil and tire needs. They have the equipment to do both on and off rim tire changes and they do it in a quick efficient manner. If you don't have the tires they can get you quotes and then order them same day or next day for a quick transaction. For oil changes they are quick and efficient recommending the best oil for your vehicle making sure you know all the issues and things needing replacement/fixing without forcing or pressuring you into buying more.

Stopped for an oil change on the way to work, service was great! Katie was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t pressured into any kind of extra services and I would return here again for sure!

My service provider was Cat the assistant manager in that place, she was amazing to deal with and very knowledgeable, she even helped with my wife’s car in the next bay because which was amazing due to her car being a diesel, she made sure the correct oil and filter was put in the car. Mike is single handedly preventing me from destroying my car. Plus he teaches as he goes which is phenomenal! He's also got a fantastic attitude. A bad day is the best day for an oil change because Mike and his customer service always cheer me up.

I would give them a hundred stars if I could. They are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people and their customer service is top notch. They explained everything perfectly to me (someone with very little knowledge about cars) and made sure I was up to date with everything going on with my car. The wait time is definitely worth it and they even offer you drinks and newsparis super cool. Will definitely come again and reccomend!

Ask to see the oil filter they took off your vehicle.

They asked for more details about my visit and nothing has come of it. To me they clearly do not care about customer experiences.

Professional and friendly staffs. They open on Sundays which makes it easy to quickly address any challenges with the car over the weekend before work on Monday.

Also, they always try to accommodate and help their customers. I've changed my car oil here several times and they always do a good job.
