Mr. Lube + Tires in Walmart

The service person is quite friendly but they are not very professional. My ambient air sensor is disconnected and causing the Engine Light to turn on. Not coming back again

Called here explained I needed a headlight changed in my 2016 ford fusion. I told him it's not a 2 minute pop off the headlight unplug snd plug job. Yes! Come on down no problem we absolutely do that! I drive there for a guy to look at me and say we don't do that. Even tried telling me that I called a different location. Told me I have to remove this and that. I completed the job with 4 small tools in under 15 minutes. They either didn't want to do it or didn't know how.denied their shop the 50 it could of made in 15 minutes while they're all standing around inside doing nothing hoping the shop appears closed and nobody stops so they don't have to do anything.

Avoid this place at all cost. I went their Friday for a oil change and I returned home to check my oil to find it way above the fill line. I called back and found out the mechanic “couldn’t find the dip tube” so they decided to just not check my oil after or before changing it. I called in very upset and was told if I bring the car back to them and they can see it’s over filled, I will get a full refund. I took their yesterday morning and showed the manger on site and he agreed it was way over filled. Now I have asked for my refund again and all I have been offered is a 40 dollar refund.if you

Can’t say better things about this mr lube, had some problems with my F150 which Chris and his staff continued to work at tirelessly, will return there for future maintenance and work when needed me.

Big thanks to the Mr Lube team in Calgary Macleod Trail- after they had fixed our aircon unit, we experienced a leak 2 weeks later, but were up in Edmonton area. We called them up and they arranged for us to take it to a Mr Lube in Edmonton where they fixed the leak without any issues and fitted the bill. Great service thank you Dave and team.
