Mr. Lube + Tires in Walmart

I have been using the service here (oil change) for years since 2016. The manager and his staff are friendly, no complaints

Spent $500 last weekend here, but glovebox was fallen down suddenly a couple of times when driving today… ><

Mr. Joo and the team are doing wonderful always. They understand what the client needs it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Came in for an oil change, and they somehow managed to fully reset the computer on my BMW, and damage rear brake sensors, which I will now have to fix out of the pocket. Manager tried to deflect their fault and send me away to their other location to check the car, which was supposed to be for free, but of course turned out to be FOR ADDITIONAL FEE? ! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY at all! Refusing to admit own faults and unable to understand customer in order to come up with mutually acceptable solutions to problems created by them in the first place. Never coming back here.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Joo and his team were quick, efficient, and the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend, took 45 min for an oil change, and a headlight bulb replacement. 10/10 service.

I went there to get my tires changed. First of all they never pick up your phone. Then the manager there was so rude and basically told me to leave he doesn't have time even though it was 3 hours before closing. Never going back there again. Ended up going to the next mr lube down the street and the service was much better

DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TIRES HERE! They scratched ALL MY RIMS.just got my BRAND NEW car and changed tire here! Now I have brand new car with full of scratches on the rims! I did not realise once they changed 2 weeks ago. There was something white around the tires and rims and it was covering everything. After washing my car today, I was shocked! I left my tires on their storage, will not change there next year! Unbelievable. It's not just 1, ALL RIMS!

Myself and many that I have spoken to have had many issues with this location and the company “Mr. Lube” as a whole. I came into get my transmission fluid changed, before bringing my car in for this service, it had no issues with it and ran very well. After they finished this service my car was leaking fluid and oil everywhere, which was never an issue. Turns out they didn’t properly reclamp the tubes, I could not drive my car. They then asked me to PAY for the tow truck to bring it to the shop, when they screwed it up. They fixed the reclamp but didn’t change the gasket which was the main issue, the gasket needs to be changed with a transmission fluid flush and is included in the service at every other place other than Mr. Lube. Lost a lot of money and a lot of my time, couldn’t drive my car for 3 weeks. Very disappointed. I only write this to warn others to possibly consider other places to go, Canadian Tire has been great for me and others i’ve spoken to!

Shuvo answered all my questions, he was sincere and informative. Won did the mechanical work, excellent work.i found the staff in this location were friendly, honest about prices and respectful.

I usually dont go quick lube places because they always do more harm than good. Going to this location was the first time iv had a good experience. The counter man (joo) was v funny and friendly, and didn't mess anything up. If youre in calg and need a quick lube place, this location is ur best bet.

This branch put my life under risk by not putting the air filter in the right way, in addition to there was oil everywhere on the engine and body even inside the car
