Robbie Graves is great! He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer our questions. He is very courteous and friendly. He was the technician on two separate jobs. He fixed a clogged drain and then installed a hot water tank and pressure tank. Both jobs were completed efficiently and without issue. I would recommend Robbie for any plumbing needs.

Charging $500+ to do a service on a water heater when others charge $150 is brutal. Call center doesn’t give you contact info of the technicians and super hard to coordinate. Don’t waste your time support a smaller business who will hassle for you and get the job done!

Well he snakes it and I took the cheapest option being tight on money and then when I came home later it was pretty much the same low water slow drain but when he flushed it right after it seems much better, I don’t know if there is a guarantee but please contact me I’ll be out of town till about 5 tonight but I called on Saturday morning at 12: 30 when I got home and saw it was barely any better. Still can’t fully use it so I was disappointed. I was gonna write a great review but the problem was almost just as bad marginally better flow still same low water level. Please call me even while driving today and illl pull over to chat thanks. Your answering woman late last or early morning said she will pass it on. On time professional everything but the actual job seemed to fail not more than 5 hours later. Thanks you you guys all seems really nice and I hope we can’t resolve this.

Our hot water tank was leaking from the bottom into our storage room at 7: 00PM on a Sunday night in our house that’s 6 years old. The water wouldn’t stop. I urgently called Mr. Mikes Plumbing. Tara took our initial call, and Riley was at our house within 30 minutes of the first call we placed. Riley assessed the situation, immediately drained the tank, and advised us of all of our options. Riley had to wait until the morning to confirm the warranty and get us a replacement tank. The manufacturer advised it was under warranty but there were no tanks available. Riley was able to work with the manufacturer to get a substitute tank (that was actually better). Riley had the old tank removed and new tank installed by 11: 00AM Monday morning. We were without hot water for less that 24 hours. Riley was incredibly personable, truly cared, went to bat for us, and even tried to make friends with our Yorkie! We would highly recommend Mr. Mikes Plumbing.

Chris was awesome. Arrived early in the service window, was super friendly, inspected what he was getting into, quick quote and he got on it right away. Job was completed quickly and professionally. It's my second time using Mr Mike's and I already know who I'm calling if I need plumbing help again.

Had my sink unclogged by Trevor Brack, service was timely and professional. He fixed the problem and investigated the root cause then provided budgetary pricing. Would recommend to friends and family.

I first spoke to Tara (I was frantic and stressed with a leaky faucet and water everywhere etc) She arranged for “Trevor” to arrive the next morning! Booking was so simple and Tara was kind and understanding.totally calmed me down.
Trevor gave me a courtesy call to tell me he’d arrive in half an hour. We went over options/ pricing.he was very detailed and I chose a faucet which he installed promptly. Looks beautiful and includes a 2 year warranty so no more worries. Trevor even cleaned up everything and left my place looking neat and tidy! He was very professional and also did a free inspection of my home (toilets, faucets, furnace etcetc)

Thomas Read arrived as scheduled, wore a mask and booties and performed a good assessment of my very clogged kitchen sink before he started any work. Throughout the process, Thomas took the time and answered any questions I had and explained the different options available. And also showed me the results while he was working. All of this helped me in deciding to have him perform the hydro scrub technique. He was very respectful when requesting any access to other areas of my house that he needed. Because the clog was so large he spent more time and did a very thorough job, and fixed the clog. After that, he performed a Plumbing review of my whole house, I asked to join him and asked many questions - which he very patiently answered. Thomas did a great job, was great at explaining things, made me feel comfortable, and clearly has a passion for what he does. Excellent customer service from him. I would strongly recommend him and Mr. Mikes.

The hot water tank was leaking at the bottom water shutoff valve. The tech replaced the shutoff valve and stopped the leak but said he couldn't start the pilot light. He overcharged (just under $600.)
So I called someone else and he came the following day and everything works fine now. I don't recommend Mr Mike's. Shop around. They don't even fix the problem but charge for it anyway.

My humidifier water line leaked and needed to be swapped out with new lines. The material cost for this job at a big box store is under $50, and would take me about an hour to perform. Instead I made the mistake of calling Mr Mike, who sent out a plumber — their pricing was predatory. They quoted $650 for swapping out the lines, or $1200 to replace the humidifier, despite admitting it didn't need replacement. Knowing the material and time costs, I paid the callout fee of $50 and told them no thanks. Avoid this plumbing company, don't trust their "no haggle" pricing model.

The plumber (Donald) was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of installing toilets for me. He did a very good job. I highly recommend him.

Our hats off to Jason and William for the wonderful service. They kept us informed every step of the way and we’re friendly courteous and did a super job. I highly recommend these two plumbers. I give them a 10.

The men did an excellent job. They replaced the old (1967) H2O tank and removed the old one. They also repaired the pipe leading to to the outside tap and replace the inside tap. They accomplished all of this ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

Roger from MrMikes visited my place to resolve the issue we had with our water heater tank. He followed the same steps that we did to restart the water heater and luckily it worked. It took him less than 2 mins to resolve the issue without any repairs and without using any of his tools/supplies. But he charged me for consultation+ supplies for 2 mins of work. He also said that he is being generous by not charging me more than $200 which is ridiculous. He also said that if I want to remove the $ against the supplies then he would jack up the price to still keep it to the price point that he was charging me. In order to show that he spends more time at my place, he offered complimentary plumbing inspection which was again 2 mins job of opening and closing the water faucets.
Having experienced this, this company is in business ONLY for money with no customer satisfaction and providing services at reasonable rate.

What a great company! Had Roger Janes come out to fixed our tub and put in two toilets. He was hands down one of the best trades worker I have come across. Gave us lots of options and took his time to make sure and explain it all. Couldn't be happier! Thanks again Roger

Don came out to investigate a water leak coming from our furnace. He was extremely professional and took the time to educate us on many aspects of the plumbing and heating systems in our home. We would highly recommend Mr Mike’s and Don in particular.

We had them out to fix our kitchen tap today because it was running non-stop. They were very accommodating and came out the same day. Our plumber was a really nice guy. Super friendly and mindful of keeping our home as clean as he found it. He even appreciated our dogs being extra curious of his work! I also really appreciated their due diligence when it came to COVID, assuring me that the plumber will be double vaccinated and wearing a mask at all times.

The only negative was the astronomical cost. $1007 for a tap replacement! I feel a little taken advantage of in the sense that when I mentioned how expensive it was no cheaper option, or even other option was provided. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing I panicked and signed off on the invoice especially since I thought this to be an urgent issue. When I asked about a cheaper option and how we don’t need anything top of the line I was told that what I was being shown were my options. I ended up getting the cheapest tap they offered and with installation was $765 but the broken down cost of the tap and installation work isn’t on the invoice so I have no idea what I actually paid for the tap itself. Also, the brand of tap isn’t on the invoice for me to do my own research.

At the end of the day I could have said no to the work being done and at no way was I pressured into signing but when you know nothing of plumbing and are in a bind you listen to the professionals. In this case I feel a little disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

If money is no object though, they are very friendly, polite and accommodating.

Had Trevor from Mr. Mike's Plumbing cut out and replace a sink drain and p-trap assembly. He arrived right on time, very polite and tidy in my home, presented me with a few options to proceed (with prices) and then completed the work quickly. While in my home, also noticed an issue with another unrelated plumbing issue and had a solution to fix it that day. I appreciated the high quality of work, tidy job site, flexibility and thoroughness. I would recommend Mr. Mike's Plumbing for anyone looking for plumbing services.

Tom was fantastic and persevered through a very tough clog which was a long way down the drain. He did everything to ensure he left my house with a working drain. We chatted about common interests and he is a very friendly and hardworking guy. The amount of relief I feel being able to use my kitchen sink again is immense and I am so grateful for Tom’s services. Thank you!

Mr Mike plumbing sent Roger to look at our dead boiler the same day I called them (even though the appointment was for the day after) and he replaced the boiler the very next day. Happy with the service provided!

Received $875.41 bill for a call to replace a showerhead at my rental property. Mr Mike decided to replace the kitchen faucet without discussing it with me or considering a repair option. Cost to supply and install the showerhead was $240 and $550 to supply and install the kitchen faucet. Mr Mike saw the opportunity to add scope to the work requested and more than tripled what the cost should have been.

The owners of this house are seniors, and from the beginning to the end, the team at Mr Mike's was so great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made things easy to deal with. We hit a snag day 2, but they rolled with the punches and made it all happen in the end. I am very glad we got these guys on our job!

Second time having Mr. Mike's onsite for troubleshooting and repair. Found that we had a leak from the water lines to the kitchen sink and we had Riley Kitsul come by and checked things over for us. He then repaired the issue and tested it successfully. Happy with the work done here today and the quick response

William Lowe was very professional and willing to help us in any ways he could.
The service I paid $1800 for, did not actually fix the issue however, William did half an hour free diagnosis and figured out what the actual cause of our draining issue is.

Adam was professional, kept me informed of what he was doing and what he needed to get when he had to pick up parts. Going above and beyond he also informed me on some preventative actions that I could take not only for my sink but also draining the outside taps as it will be fall in a couple of weeks.

I found a leak from our hot water tank at 10: 50 this morning and subsequently spent 45 minutes trying to find a plumber open and/or taking calls on a Saturday. Finally, after leaving several unanswered voicemails for Pete the Plumber, Knight plumbing, etc. I called Mr. Mike’s (never heard of them before). A technician named Trevor came over in less time than it took to find a plumber. He immediately found the issue, educated my husband and I on what the cause was and how to avoid it in the future, and replaced the water tank all in one afternoon. I was incredibly grateful for how kind, helpful and transparent this guy was, especially because it was an emergency for us, and it was the weekend. Would 100% recommend to anyone who asked me about a good plumber. Will be using them again for sure! Came in clutch in this emergency. Thanks, Trevor!

Jason from Mr. Mike's plumbing was amazing! Very patient with us as we are tenants and had to communicate between the plumber and our landlord. He was cooperative in speaking woth our landlord and going over all the options. Very efficient, clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend

Jason did a great job figuring out our drain issue and offered various options to fit our budget. Repairs were done quickly and he went above and beyond with clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mike's Plumbing.
We also had to get our outside taps replace with new frost free taps and get water shutoffs installed inside the house. Riley came back today get get this work done. He did a great job and I'm very happy with how neat and tidy the access panel worked out in the spare room in our basement.

After phoning three other businesses who offered “24/7 emergency service” Mr Mike’s was the only one who could send someone out the same day (after hours on a Friday). I could smell something burning near my very old hot water tank but couldn’t identify where. Jason was on site within a couple hours and quickly found an electrical issue had melted the panel and surrounding plastic. He ensured there was no further fire risk, disconnected the electrical, capped the water lines, provided alternatives for a replacement tank, and scheduled the replacement for the following Monday. As explained when I scheduled the emergency call out, the pricing provided was ‘all in’ with no surprises or extras after the work was done. I was going away for the weekend and Jason reassured me it would be fine until I was back. He also provided options for an after hours replacement if I would have needed it replaced immediately.
The process for replacing the tank a few days later was easy and professional. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and continuously explained what work was being done. The old tank was removed with no mess and the new one connected with no hassle. The invoice was provided electronically, as well as pictures of the work and main issue. I will definitely be using Mr Mike’s again!

I called Mr Mike for washroom/kitchen install services. Brandon Marshall was the dispatched plumber. He did an excellent job on installing/replacing the fixtures the items. He provided me with some good tips on getting the new installs to last longer and was very informative on letting me know the work that he was doing. I would request him to assist from Mr Mike's should I require services again in the future.

Going forward, I'm 100% never calling Mr. Mikes Plumbing ever again, and you should too. While the plumber was not able to fix my issue, I understand that he tried his best and this wasn't his fault. However, there were other multiple issues that I faced during the whole fixing process. First off was the scheduling of things on their part. I called the company and requested an appointment from 1-5PM on the day they were supposed to come which they agreed to. I had to book off work so I could be home at 1PM, yet they didn't show up until near 5: 30PM. When the plumber got to my house, he was in a rush and said "they should be charging you after hour prices since it's past 5PM" despite the fact it was not my fault he was called out so late in the first place - my appointment should have been at 1-5PM. Second is definitely the pricing. Just to use an auger to attempt to unclog the toilet is around $500. You can find way better prices around the city for the same service. Lastly, the plumber was quite unprofessional during the whole service. He frequently had to step out and make phone calls to the point where I literally had to do his job and run the vacuum to remove the sewage water that was overflowing into my bathroom. Even when he was finished, he didn't clean up most of his mess. I had to pick up his used paper towels and shoe covers that he used and left behind.

The second plumber (who was NOT affiliated with Mr. Mikes Plumbing) that came was so much more professional, helpful and not to mention provided a much cheaper service. They took the time to explain everything despite it being 10PM; he even reinstalled my toilet and even helped clean up the sewage on my floor that the Mr. Mikes plumber neglected to clean.

TL;DR: Do not use Mr. Mikes Plumbing - there are CHEAPER, more professional plumbing services out there.

Top notch service! Roger was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. My new bathroom fixtures are quality products and look fabulous! I will definitely use Mr. Mike's Plumbing again and refer them to others.

I called Mike's plumbing for leaking pipe. Plumber Trevor did amazing job. Very kind, explained everything, went through thorough inspection. It was relatively easy fix but he made sure twice the problem got fixed. Even cleaned the kitchen AND washroom drainage too.
After service done, he went through A to Z what was done. He recorded pictures and videos so that keep the record and I'm impressed they have very professional process to ensure the service done right.

Had Chris show up today at our place of business, called Mike Plumbing since I used them last year as per the below paragraph and once again the service was Plum dandy.

Both Don, who installed my Hot Water tank, & Adam, who unblocked my washing machine drain pipe, explained what they were doing, and offered some free advice on some other issues I had - such as my RO water filter system.

Discovered a water line leak, and knew it was going to be a big and costly fix. After the initial contact with Mr. Mike's, Mike (the owner) was our at our property within the next couple hours. He was very thorough and explained what needed to be done. Of course, doing our due diligence, we talked to other contractors for a second opinion. And ultimately, many factors lead us to choosing Mr Mike's. Now that the job is complete, we couldn't be happier with our decision.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was easily reachable, and always answered my questions right away. Brandon and his team were onsite doing the repairs. They were easy to talk to, and mindful of wearing a mask whenever they came inside to do work. They worked hard, and late into the night to deliver on their promise of getting our water back on. Having already been without water for more than a week, this was much appreciated! The guys left the job site both inside/outside super clean. And they made sure we were good with everything before leaving. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, Call Mr Mikes!

Mike's responded quickly to my phone request for a sewage sump issue and Chris arrived at the scheduled time to diagnose the required repair. He provided immediate repair options and once I selected what I wanted, he had to secure the parts. Chris returned with the replacement parts and installed them so the job was completed within 3 hours from his start. He ensured that everything was cleaned up before he finished the job. The process was efficient, the sump is working fine now and Chris did a good job. I can recommend both Chris and Mr Mike's Plumbing.

We had Donald come out to fix a section of a leaking water line and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Offered to check other items around the house after the job was done, and during the process offered a lot of very useful tips for preventative maintenance. Excellent experience and would call these folks again for future issues.

I called for a clogged toilet. This company showed up, first price offered was 2300 dollars! When we refused the next price was 450, refused next price was 350, when refused again the offered a 75 dollar coupon to bring the price to 275. Paid the 50 dollar call out fee to have them leave our house and had a local guy come clear the drain for 120 bucks.

Ladis was extremely professional and friendly. He is knowledgeable and has years of experience. He was thorough in his investigation to find the leak. He was able to repair the problem and performed a complete check to make sure there were no other problems. He was very tidy and cleaned up before leaving. I was able to make an appointment easily and he was on time. The price quoted was maintained. Very happy and will use his services again but I hope we don't need to. Thankyou Ladis!

Chris was very professional and quick on the job. We're very satisfied with the quality of his work. We also liked that the full cost of the service was mentioned upfront. There were no surprise additional costs.

I was told it was $50 to come out and check what the issue was. Upon arriving it was another $320 to do a diagnostic on the dishwasher not draining. Basically just tried to sell a new dishwasher. The dishwasher door was not even opened. What a joke.

Not great, not the worst.ok overall experience.

The plumber who came out to my house was professional and definitely did everything he could to fix the leak without cutting a hole in my ceiling. Had to come out twice as the first visit didn't fix the issue. The problem is the first solution they had was not covered under warranty and had a high chance of failure, which I did not know about till I was looking at the receipt. I called back the same day to advise the issue was not fixed and the person on the phone said since it was same day, they can look at refunding the whole cost, instead of the 50% stated on the receipt.
They didn't do that.
If I was advised of the high failure and no warranty to begin with, I would not have chosen that option and would have went for the one that actually fixed my issue, with warranty.
I tried to call back to negotiate or even have them meet me half way, wouldn't budge.
To whomever is reading this, ensure to ask chance of failure and of it is covered under warranty before proceeding and consider other options.

Great work by Roger, who installed a new faucet in our kitchen. He’s very knowledgeable of his craft and a really personable guy. He replaced our toilets and bathroom taps last year so I had asked for him again.

We just had a tankless water heater installed. What could take 2 to 3 days was completed efficiently in one day. This included removal of old water tank, glycol tank for heated driveway. Everything was cleaned up and taken away on completion. Chris is a very nice, dedicated employee who ensured everything was where we wanted it to be. We highly recommend Mr Mike's plumbing and most definitely Chris O'Brien. We will most definitely be using their services again for other installations. Last week they installed a new toilet under a banjo which other plumbers had told us couldn't be done. They also fixed another toilet which wouldn't stop flushing. We went from fixing one toilet to two toilets and this new installation. We'll done Mr. Mike's and Chris.

I was very impressed with Steve Daniels professional manner, friendliness and his eagerness to resolve my toilet issue. He offered four different options from fixing the toilets to replacing them and he was very considerate in explaining the benefits of each choice. Steve offered to fix any other plumbing concerns while he was on site and applied a drain cleaner as a courtesy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike the Plumber and will specifically request Steve Daniels for any future plumbing concerns.

I'm very please with the service I received today from Trevor! He went above and beyond it helping resolve a very difficult leak and all with a smiling face and good sense of humor. The job was done thoroughly and he spent a good bit of time after to ensure the leak was truly fixed. Thank you again for all your hard work!
