Went here at the end of my date today, and it was absolutely wonderful! They had board games available which were awesome to pass the time, and our server Ellie was absolutely incredible! It was quite busy with a few large groups, and she managed her time super well and still was super friendly and helpful! I had the Mike's burger with garlic parmesan fries, and I VERY much recommend them! My hubbie had the shrimp and sirloin, and he loved the shrimp especially!

Thank you guys so much for the awesome experience today! You have an awesome team and do a wonderful job!

Did not like the burger and tasted like burger king fries.whatever oil they use does not taste good, my server was good and I have had decent meals here in the past but the burger didn't taste good at all and the fries suck, choose something diff

Not sure I’m qualified to leave a review. We went to Mr Mike’s and was told there would be a 20 min wait. There was 4 empty tables plus a mostly empty patio to boot. I asked if we could just sit down and order a drink while we waited. I was told no there’s no where for us. I pointed out the empty, clean tables and was told we could sit out on the bench and they would get to us eventually. This told me all I needed to know about the level and lack of customer service we would receive inside. Like I said I can judge the food, drink but sure feel like we dodged a bullet. Don’t take my word for it though I’m upset and hangry. We won’t be back, when you make customers feel like they aren’t important those same customers take their money else where. Keep happy and healthy.

Kendra asked how I am, I said feelin great.
Sat me down, listed drinks, Took me from 6 to 11,
I ordered Coca Cola Original, because it's liquid heaven,
Orderer a meal and damn Kendra had me so full.
Asked if I wanted dessert, what do you want me to blow?
Ms. Kendra is the best, she deserves a wage hike.

Kendra is the best thing at mr mikes in west Ed! With all my allergies she recommended amazing drinks and shooters, and food I could actually eat!
Her knowledge on the gluten free items was beyond impressive.

You can't go wrong eating a steak dinner. I truly enjoyed the meal and service. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality steak dinner. Also they have 4 types of casears which compliment any meal.

Had a great dinner and desert for our 20th anniversary. Excellent service even on a busy day too

Great bar service from Aidan, he was attentive, and he makes an excellent mojito, and a pretty good Moscow Mule as well. The hostess Julia was very friendly, and the food is always really good, especially the Cascadia salad. The atmosphere is appealing, and the restaurant was kept tidy. My friends and I visit quite frequently for drinks after work, and we’ve never had a disappointing experience.

Food was soo good. The steak was cooked to perfection, definitely worth the money. Thank you to the workers here ️

Recommended if your looking for a tasty steak! Tried their pomodoro pasta also and it was good too.

My compliments to the staff of Mr. Mikes for stocking the place with a variety of games for family’s and friends to play while waiting for their food to arrive. It was so nice to see people actually engaging with one another instead of staring at their phones.

We arrived and must wait to be seated. A bit worry earlier as the hostess told us to wait without asked our name & there few people waiting before us. Thinking this will be screwed but I wanna see how he will calls us. A lady (a manager maybe) came out brought the lists and called a family before us by name, without hesitate I asked her that I should be in the list but previous hostess didn’t asked our name. She looked at the lists, & said it is for 2 people “ladies waiting in the bench”? I said okay that he puts our name? I’m fine with that. The lady said just give few minutes we will seat to your table. Not long after the 1st hostess brought us to our table. A server was good, we ordered 2 coktail alcohol free and she advised us to get a big bowl glass for share instead of two glasses which is better & we ordered a steak with lobster and a steak with mac cheese and it was perfect. Overall I love the food

Great spot to eat with visiting the mall, after a long day of shopping, swimming, and hiking around it was great to sit down and plan a few games with the family before crushing an amazing meal.

My fish and chips were good, and my daughters chicken tenders were good. I mean basic pub food.my husband has steak sandwiche, the meat was pretty bland.overall it was an ok experience.it would have been better if the service was better. Unfortunately our server was MIA most of the time.no water refill and didn't check on us. The manager ended up closing out our check after we had been waiting way too long. It wasn't even busy. It was just ok

Ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and the peppercorn sirloin pasta. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious but the pasta was not the greatest, pretty bland sauce - tasted more like salsa around the pasta and the steak was too chewy and tough.

The appetizer came out right away but the main dishes took over 40 min to come out, they said the kitchen was backed up and apologized. My friend got the burger and said it was delicious but by the time she received it, it was cold:/

Overall the food was mediocre, however the staff were friendly.

Our server was Kelsey, and as a person who has worked before as a waiter at a high-end restaurant in Vancouver, I know that the bare minimum as a server is to be attentive to the customers and keep their glasses full whenever you can. Kelsey failed to do these essential duties as a server. Also, their Bugaboo Ribs and virgin cocktail tasted disgusting and terrible. Their soft drinks gotta be tap water mixed with soda syrup. I wanted not to tip at all, but I still tipped 10%.

We just stopped in for a drink while shopping in WEM.
From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. The bartender was awesome. We will definitely stop by again.

Absolutely fantastic steak! I love my steak medium rare. They made it to the perfection. We asked for a taste of their house beers. Those were great too. So we ordered a glass and a stein. We had the lobster dip as the starter. The tortilla chips were Ok, but the the dip was excellent! Our server, Zak, was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was fairly busy on a Saturday evening, he did his best to attend to our requests. I would highly recommend this place to everbody who enjoy their steak and beer!

Simply delicious! I can't remember the last time I felt compelled to ask the waiter (also awesome) to pass my compliments to the kitchen. Even the kids' menu items, which are often an afterthought, were stellar. The little burgers were on point, the little sirloin steak perfectly seasoned and cooked, just melt in your mouth yummy.

Love the atmosphere, especially the upper level. Great selection of dishes, perfect for everyone. Service is the best part, friendly, speedy, and always refilling drinks/checking up often.

I'm a big steak and spaghetti guy, its just what I love more than anything. Although I didn't get my spaghetti, I was very satisfied with the steak. Strangely, you can get meatballs in sauce, but no spaghetti lol, anyways, 5 star either way.

Definitely give the Spinach Dip appetizer a try, its great and served with chips for dipping, cant go wrong.

What's the point have having a reservation if they don't seat you until 20 min after it and there are empty tables. Food was below average. Steak was ordered medium rare. Came dried out. Wife ordered a salad with no onions. Came packed full of onions. Hostess child was rude. Waitress took drink order, then food order and then we never saw her again. Food showed up by 1 pers. And then another comes to clear the plates. Don't bothing asking if anyone would like anything else. Guess the random waitress will decide when we are done and hands us the bill. Mr Mike's use to be a great place to go. JUNK! Won't be back!

Cole, manager and everyone here was lovely. Food was AMAZING and Cole was the sweetest guy towards our family. (mom dad two girls and baby) Cole was super polite and reminded me of marshall from "how i met your mother ", sweet and distinguished. That chimi sauce and steak cook was on point. The bruschetta was super sexy. Great job chef. We had a reservation at 5 today (wed march 30) and was seated and helped straight away. Will come back again NO PROBLEM

I have just been waiting for a table at this place and wend I was put on a waiting list for a table after talking to the hostess whit out a mask. I do understand that it is against policy in many places but I feel instead of let us wait for a very long time with our baby on family weekend event, then tell us we could not come in do to not having a mask is not called for. We should have be told wend we were trying to get a table.

I’ve never left a restaurant without eating before.
After a looong wait for drinks, and another looooong wait, we finally got our drinks and ordered food. We never saw our sever again, waited 45 minutes for our food. I went and asked where our food was and was informed they were really busy (we counted 12 people in the restaurant) and it would be at least another 10 minutes. By then it had been a total of an hour, we hadn’t been offered so much as a refill of water. The restaurant was near empty, we decided to leave. We were CHARGED for our drinks after all of this.

Twice brought burger with wilted lettuce. After the first they proposed they just bring the lettuce and that the sandwich wasn't contaminated.
Hmmmmm.not going back.

One of the most delectable steaks I have ever had, great service though we were thrown right in between two large families with kids on a romantic date. Understandably as though it was somewhat busy.

Great selection of drinks and food. I will say the green beans were not cooked completely but that is the only complaint I could think of regarding the food. Bearnaise was perfect.

Mask mandate is over in 2 days, went to try to eat with a face shield on and a doctors note for my lawful medical exemption and was denied entry. Apparently c*v*d only spreads when you’re on your way to the table but not once you’re sitting down. No wonder your restaurant was empty. I will never go here again.

We just tried to eat here and were turned away because my son who is 11 doesn’t have a mask on. Was told they don’t serve people who don’t wear masks.

Food is hot and great, bit pricy but worth it, had Rib eye beef dip, and fish & chips, awesome stop in and say hi to Amaya, staff are friendly. Recommended

Worst branch I have ever seen, I went with my family to celebrate our reunion and we were very excited but we were very surprised by the rude manager. I always love Mr. Mike and it is my always place for celebration, but the manager today did the opposite.
We ended up going to another Resturent to celebrate.
My mom is wearing hijab and she does not speak English, the manager was very rude to her and broke her heart and our celebration.

Very bad customer Service and attitude. The chubby blonde Manager did not allow my parents in without having original copy of passport. They provided a copy and she did not accept it. Food court and everywhere in the mall accepted it. Very Disappointing. More training needed for management as it felt racist because my mom is wearing Hijab.

Went at about 3: 30pm on a Tuesday so there weren't very many people dining. The service was great and the food was delicious. Have always haf good food at this location.

I hate when I pay for something I could have cooked myself, lucky me dessert saved the evening and one last thing, do not order mac and cheese. It is craft dinner! The waitress was very nice.

We took our 3&5 year old girls for lunch. Food was good, except for the hair I found in mine. I pointed it out to the server and they sent over the manager who apologized profusely and said they were going to comp my meal. Stuff happens so no big deal, we will definitely be back.

One of the worst experiences dining anywhere. The waiter was superb and fairly attentive; the food was terrible. I requested medium rare steak and received a very poor quality (grade C, with attendant gristle) extremely rare, tough and gross steak I have ever been served. Negative stars to Mr Mike's. No wonder every other food venue had lineups and Mike's had none. No recommendations, except this: stay clear of this location if you are looking to the experience of a decade ago where this chain was amazing. Red Deer, AB, location was amazing and a total departure from what West Edmonton Mall, Bourbon St.offers.

Pleasant experience all around. We prefer well done burgers (which is very hard to come by) we both ordered a burger and were surprised when it was almost perfect. Our waitress was a nice woman and I did appreciate her cheerfulness. Clean, comfortable and perfect restaurant for meeting with friends or a quick lunch with your other half.

Came to Mr Mike's to celebrate a birthday so we ordered up some steaks and a beer. Foor was good, I wouldn't call it amazing but it was better than good. The restaurant has limited capacity at the time of visit, I had a 15 min table wait. There was a delay on the first round but the second round was better the waiter was first class. My don had some cheese bread, I didn't try it but it looked awesome.

Great food (buns were a little covered in grease though) slow but friendly service. 3 stars for a overall good experience.

Ok so this was our first time ever and my family and I are blown away. It was worth the 25 minute wait. From the most friendliest hostess to bus boy to server to bar keep to manager and chef, this is a real team, a real family unit that clicks. They all blended harmoniously and you could see it and feel it. Now the food, omg talk about mouth orgasm. From the lobster starter dip, the main course of mushroom burger it is seriously the best food out of all the places we have ever been and reviewed. Speaking to the manager Jess to let her know how amazing our experience was and will look forward to becoming a regular. Good job Mr. Mikes. Keep it up.

Always a great experience! The mike burger is one of the best burgers available and well worth the price in my view! Staff are always super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant and informed visit! Prices are a little higher than some places, but the quality makes it more than fair!

Good service and good food with a great atmosphere with family. Only negative was steaks were undercooked. Well done was much closer toMedium-Well and Medium-Rare was definitely Rare with lots of blood which was hard for some people to look at.

Stopped by just after 4PM to inquire if they would be able to accommodate a table of 15, was told not a problem come back around 5pm and we would get looked after. 5pm came got the whole family together and now were told it would be at least 2-2.5 hours before we could get a table. Asked why and were told no tables available, went for a walk in to get a family member that had arrived earlier and many tables open, it was 5pm on a Sunday so no surprise that many tables open. Person at the door was very rude and told me all about the conversation that had originally taken place about the table for 15; as I ask him follow up question he lets me know he was not the one that had the initial conversation so he was just standing there telling me about how my family member lied about returning at 5pm.

Now left standing there with the entire family trying to now find a place that can take 15 people. New guy at the front door, Tyler Sauerberg (General Manager) who again just told me about how we would not have been told to come back at 5pm. Again more questions from me and now Tyler has some more excuses: We don't seat tables over 10. We can't splint up to multiple tables. I just really don't care we are a very busy place and don't need your business (I'm paraphrasing this one)

So all in all a very poor experience that was handled even more poorly. This was a family get together for family from Fort McMurray, Bonnyville, Calgary and Campbell River BC. After the experience and let down we had in Edmonton the locations in our hometowns will be the ones that see our lack of patronage.

This was our first time attenidng Mr. Mikes and it was so good! The drinks were all yummy and we went during Happy hour which is THE best Hour! The drinks were so cheap. The food was all a good price and the burgers are 10 bucks during happy hour. They're happy hour appetizers were also so yummy! We go the spin dip, bruschetta and garlic fries! The staff was so niceeee, I dont remember her name but she was the best! She gave us great suggestions and she was so nice! 1 It was also my birthday and she recommend this dessert I dont remember what its called but it had the numbers 5000 in it! Anyways 5/5 definitely recommend!

Felt rushed from the moment we walked in, no one coming to the entrance to seat us, then when we walked a bit further we were rushed back to sign in for covid.
Food was awful, definitely not made in restaurant, everything was dirty, ketchup all over the floor, fingerprints on dishes and cutlery, overall a bad experience

I had never been to a Mr. Mike's before, but I was happy, because as a strict follower of the ketogenic diet for some time now, was extremely happy to see they had a "keto style" option for their steaks. On this merit alone, I picked the restaurant over several others whose menus didn't seem as accommodating.

I love a ribeye steak; it is my absolute favourite cut (that and a roasted prime rib). I do not mind, therefore, paying good money for a good piece of steak.

Unfortunately, for the $50 I paid for this steak alone, it was an absolute disaster. If I had had more time and was not in a giant rush to make it back to another part of the mall for an appointment, I likely would have complained in person and sent it back; something I have never in my life done before. The steak was incredibly chewy - 3/4 of the way in my jaw was SORE from trying to get through it, and I was having a hard time finishing it. It also sorely lacked in flavour. The steak was done to the correct level - I asked for a medium rare, which I did receive (photos attached). Therefore I have to conclude it was the cut of beef itself that was of incredibly poor quality. For this price especially, that is absolutely unreasonable.

The service was okay; they were busy and understaffed due to the reopening of everything and I understand. My server was kind and as attentive as he could be, and the problem with the steak was not his fault. I don't think it was particularly the chef's either, since the doneness was correct, and so I still tipped well. But I will never come back here nor recommend it to anyone; the product is just abysmal for the cost.

Never been here before and the service was phenomenal, food was phenomenal, and the server was attentive and really friendly.

Decided to try Mr mikes as we had a gift card from Xmas.we ordered the panko shrimp and and two bourbon lodge burgers I believe.the burgers weren't really cooked and cold with zero flavor to them which was disappointing.the panko spicy shrimp on the other hand was very good.

Every steak was wayyyy undercooked, vegetables undercooked, starters very small and under portioned, and when brought to the attention of the staff it was just shrugged off.

Awesome place for food and fun. They have board games that people can play while waiting for or eating their food. Classics like Battleship and others make this place enjoyable and fun for the whole family. This place has awesome steaks that are absolutely fantastic and enjoyable to the palate and taste buds. Can be a bit pricey but in the end the great tasting food makes up for it. Quality is important especially when it comes to food. Definitely recommend this place for those that haven't tried it before.

Aaah, Edmonton AB - home of the differently intolerant and under-breathed racists, it seems. Ridiculously slow/ neglectful service and poorly named (but oh so racially charged) food and advertising.

To add insult to injury - the manager offered a free dessert (yaaay! Best believe we didn't take it) and at first put the delay on the Easter rush (the restaurant was half empty). She then retorted-when questioned-that it was my medium well steak order that cased the almost 59minute delay on our tables meal (trust me my wife and I make steaks in less Tha optimal conditions and that's a max of an additional 30 seconds), sooo!

Can't say enough bad things about this place. Ugh!

Enjoyed a great birthday dinner here last night! Staff were fantastic, from the hostess to the bartenders and everyone in between. Friendly and went above and beyond. Steak was cooked perfectly.

Service is fast when you need a quick lunch. I ordered the fish tacos and had to take one with me. Lots of food! I'll try the steak next time I go there.

Establishment is dirty, tables obviously not wiped off, music to loud for Sunday evening crowds. Steak was dry and hard to chew even at med rare vegetables and onion rings over cooked. Lots of staff just standing around when There is obviously lots to do. Will not return to this Mr Mike's

Went here last Saturday for a couple family members birthdays. Had great drink service, friendly wait staff, and an awesome atmosphere. The lost star is due to the fact that many of our meals came out improper. My step dad, who made the server aware that he is allergic to onions, got chives on his mashed potatoes. My cousin got a very cold steak. I am sure that this place is fantastic on any average night but during the busy Saturday night with 11 people at a table they struggled. As a cook I understand, but nothing was done to rectify our situation and that rubbed me the wrong way. It was an otherwise amazing experience and my shrimp tacos were delicious. Definitely one of the better restaurants on Bourbon Street!

Ordered the Grilled Chicken and Red Pepper Quesadilla and the Cajun Chicken Fettucine Pomodoro via Skip the Dishes and we were unimpressed with the food quality and temperature. My salad was forgotten and the manager Tyler told us the salad had been forgotten when we called and that he could not refund us or do anything about it. We were told to contact Skip the Dishes. As well I ordered mushrooms to be added to my quesadilla and instead of putting them inside the quesadilla, they put them in a container on the side. Who does this?
The first and last time we will ever order from or eat at Mr. Mike's Steakhouse.

Love this place. The Team is awesome, food delicious; I make sure to visit every time I'm in town for work.:)

Had the best dinner here last night. The steak & lobster was incredibly delicious & well prepared. The service level was fast & efficient. Would be glad to eat here again in the future.

Some games are in need of replacement however the waitstaff are frindly and give a good amount of attention to their tables. Love the deep fried pickles! Haven't been disappointed with anything off the menus yet.

DAVE the bartender is so awesome! I love the environment here, never a bad time.anyways, I never know what to get for a drink and he seriously makes incredible drinks for me.hes actually so dope, if you're having a bad day come see him!

The sides were better than the steak! For a steak House, we were unimpressed. All 4 of the steaks we ordered were overcooked. Medium rare was cooked to Medium well and the one ordered Well Done was cooked to the point of dehydration. If the sides had not been tasty, I would have given only one star.

It was a typical chain restaurant, big portions, fast service. But a carbon copy of al the other chain restaurant. More flavour with the ribs would have been nice. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their food.

Really groovy.no jazz.came with my friends and the servers were all very nice and didn't mind that we say terrible terrible jokes to one another.was very quick about the retrieval of water.great service.they also had bob ross on the tv which was both shocking and wonderful seeing as just earlier that day, i had made toast that had bob ross' face on it.it was a very bob ross day.
