Had a frozen pipe that burst. Jeff went out of his way and had it fixed within 1.5 hours. And this was after hours. Way to go Jeff and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Quintin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our water heater not working during below 30 weather. He took his time to diagnose the problem and offered multiple suggestions on how to fix it for us to choose.
Overall extremely happy with the service today, very grateful that Quintin showed up and helped us out!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Ben went out of his way on a number of occasions to make sure that things were done right and I was happy. This is who I’m going to call now when I need plumbing help. Thank you so much.

Was not pushy, nor sales like which I appreciated. Work was completed, cleaned up any mess made and showed me all the work completed. While working, Josh and his work mate were very professional. Conversations between each other were awesome, they were having fun but always polite to one and another (team work) A noticeable thing, they both asked each other to check their work once completed, very important. I would recommend Josh and his team to complete your plumbing repairs/installs.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Didnt recommend the most appropriate option to me, leading to a second visit to replace the toilet (i.e. Wasted my money to rebuild the toilet in the first visit). Extremely disappointed by the service. I was pregnant and I felt I was being yelled at. I would give negative 5 stars if I can. DO NOT USE this company for toilet installation.

Ben was the absolute 'drain-whisperer'! He was professional and thorough. And he was patient in explaining the process in detail to my husband. Mr. Rooter was the only company that answered our call on a Friday evening of a long weekend and they were able to send out Ben within an hour of the call. So thankful for their service. Definitely will be our go to plumbing company should the need arise again.

Nick was very helpful and very good at answering our questions. He took the time to check our house. He doubled checked with his supervisor to give us their opinion and suggestions. We both felt very comfortable and found it to be a good experience

We called and Jared showed up within an hour on Sunday. He throughly explained the options and costs for analyzing and unplugging our sewer drain in the furnace room. Repair was done that day and the charge was per the estimate. Very professional service.

Although the job was done promptly and thoroughly, I felt that I was completely ripped off on the cost. On checking around afterwards I found that I could have obtained the same service for $300 less! The dispatcher refused to give me a price range prior and I felt that I was between a rock and a hard place

We had Mr. Rooter come by and fix clogged piping that was filled with grease and backing up our sinks. Josh was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind! From booking the initial appointment to having our problem rectified was an amazing experience. Customer service is top notch, and not to mention a job well done! Josh was very thorough and fixed the issue at hand! Will definitely be using Mr. Rooter in the future for any plumbing repairs and will highly recommend them to family and friends!

Jeff was so professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter, every part of the process was friendly and efficient. We called a couple other places, but based on the things that matter to us we were glad we chose this team. They are for sure our new go-to plumbers!

The team at Mr. Rooter are professional, quick to set up an appointment. They called me 30 mins before Jeff showed up to let me know he was on the way.

On site, Jeff was courtesy, thoroughly explained what he would be doing. He gave me 3 options and discussed what was happening and adjusted as required.

Jeff made sure I was comfortable with the direction and spent time writing up his findings and what my next steps should be.

Great work, very professional no issue with craftsmanship but extremely expensive for small odd jobs here and there. Recommend shopping around for cheaper quotes on simple easy fixes.

I called Mr rooter for basement main pipe blocked, the technician came just use camera and power auger for few times, then flash toilet for two times and charge $800, after he left, we opened the water running for 10 mins, the drain back out again, the block spot still block, the guy did not made any improving or fix the block issue.they not do any guanreetee for their work and over charge. This is the worst company service I have come across in canada.

Stay away from this place. Their plumbers work on commission. I had a plumber come out to look at a clogged kitchen sink. As soon as he was in the door he told me the pipes were old and likely needed to be replaced which was interesting considering we just had a garbage disposal installed nine months prior and there was no mention of old pipes. Then he launched a twenty minute sales pitch about selling me chemical drain cleaners that “only Mr. Rooter sells” and also told me I should also get the pressure hose treatment on the drain. When I finally pushed him to just quote me on the price to auger the clog he quoted an astronomical price (we had talked to other companies about cost so had an idea but most companies couldn’t come out for at least two days). He then told me I could find a cheaper plumber but I would get ripped off and it wouldn’t even work because apparently the pipes needed replacement too. We found another REPUTABLE plum company who came out the next day. Clog fixed and all working well for a fraction of what Mr. Rooter quoted. Do your research and don’t be intimidated into spending unnecessary money. Mr. Rooter plumbers work on commission and they will use scare tactics and intimidation to make a sale.

I was satisfied of the service and very professional and infact I have to book for the replacement of my toilet and he told me the price which is fair enough.

My request was urgent and an appointment was available and booked for first thing the next day. The plumber was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and potential solutions. The issue was repaired same day. Recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

My ex needed his tankless water heater replaced and I was there while the tech, Jeff, came to take care of things.

Jeff explained the problem in detail and committed to researching the best solution. And he explained the solution in detail too.

It took some time, and I was completely satisfied (on my ex's behalf) with the quality of repair.

And Jeff was just a really pleasant guy to have around for eight hours.

10/10. Would recommend.

When we were hit with that massive amount of rain a week or so ago, our sump pump quit on us and I spent the night vacuuming water out of the sump pit and dumping it down the bathtub. Every 45 minutes. All night long.

Mr. Rooter sent Austin to our house first thing the next day and I tell ya, the man swooped in like frickin' Superman and saved the day.

He replaced the sump, all the while answering every first-time homeowner question I threw at him. On what I have to assume was a crazy busy day, he took the time to do the job and to make sure it was done well and took care of several other issues at the same time. The thoroughness and high level of customer service were not something I expected.

I have an innate distrust of, well, humans, and I was fully prepared to be gouged. What I got was a good guy who took the time to help out AND at a reasonable price. Mr. Rooter is definitely getting my future business.

Just had Ben T out to my house to fix/unclog our washing machine drain line (in the wall, not the floor drain) that backed up and overflowed, and he was awesome! We had another plumber come try for hours two days ago and he couldn’t figure it out or unclog it, and said he thought we would have to rip out all the concrete to get the lines replaced. Ben was super friendly, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and really great all around. It was a really big, tough clog that took a long time to clear, but he took his time to make sure he got it all cleaned out instead of rushing the job. I am extremely happy with the service and very happy with Ben’s work and will definitely be calling and requesting him for any future plumbing needs.

Attempted to clear french drain.was unsuccessful as drain has been damaged. Id guess when fibre optic installed.
Service was professional and responsive though I find rates a bit high hence could not rate it as "good value".
But I'd use Mr Rooter again.

Perfect and professional plumbers in town. Calgary's best plumbers. They wrote a detailed description of all they did.inspect the rest of our house plumbing for issues and this was free of charge.they depressurized our house and brought it back to 65 PSI, originally it was 92 PSI.our water pressure is the same as before. Reduction of the water pressure will help a safe and better plumbing and pipe system.

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the technician they sent that I wanted to make time to give them a review. He was on time, helpful and super diligent in make sure his service was of the most value for me and my client. They are now my go to trade for anything to do with blocked sewage lines.

I called, they got me in right away. They were very professional. Price was reasonable. They don’t charge for a service diagnosis which really impressed me because I didn’t know if I needed to change a toilet or clean out my pipes. My service guy was Chad Vanderkooy and he was awesome!

Hefty price for unblocking toilet. (300 dollars!) Left major damage to surface of toilet below water line. Very visible. Plumber should not have left without repairing damage. Have called Mr Rooter who said they will be by by in a few days. It remains to be seen if a repair is effected
