Service … using a snake to get a rag that was flushed down the toilet.was super fast, friendly and effective. Done in 20 minutes. The minimum fee was much pricier than much usual plumber … easily twice as expensive.so I advise price sensitive clients to do some shopping. At least it’s done. That is a plus.

Real great service and good deal on a job which didn’t require much. But, he was a pro and although could have, didn’t make fun of me for not being able to figure it out myself! Also went the distance to lend me a replacement part. I was recommended and will certainly recommend moving forward

We had Jayden come to our acreage and inspect some water that was coming up through our basement floor. Jayden was transparent on everything he was doing. Respectful, on time and courteous. He was so personable and able to relay our issue in terms I could understand. He was able to find a clog in our line and unplug it for us. He then proceeded to recommend best course of action going forward, advice to which we took.
I appreciate him and the work he did. He was fantastic to deal with and his knowledge on acreages was an asset.
Mr.rooter may not be the cheapest option, but they come with the tools needed to get the job done, and that brings peace of mind.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink and a rather large leak. One of their plumbing technicians, named Josh, came by and was incredibly professional and did everything in his power to give us the best value for his service.

So many companies try to take advantage of you if you are ignorant towards how to repair certain things, but I feel 100% confident that we got the best deal for what Josh did for us today.

The service we received through Mr. Rooter was great. Brenden Grace was our technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Ty was thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his steps as he went through the process of unclogging our kitchen drain to ensure we weren’t left in the dark about what was going on. We had a floor drain blockage and decided to call Mr. Rooter to get it unclogged. Dispatch was friendly and nice to deal with. Brenden G gave us a call about 30 minutes after speaking with dispatch. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. He arrived right when he said he would and was very upfront about the cost of the services. Brenden was able to fix the clog and answered all of our questions. Brenden was extremely easy to deal with and provided some information on what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Brenden.

Jamie came to check on a dishwasher leak and while investigating noticed my kitchen sink set up was the cause of a lot of my issues. He offered to change up my whole kitchen piping with new drains right then and there. Quick and professional and very appreciated!

I want to thank Jacob Kilmartin for his amazing service yesterday! We did our own investigation of a water backup and ran into some leaks. In a panic, we called several other plumbing companies who either were not open or were booking into the following week. Mr. Rooter was immediate, and responsive. Jacob provided thorough inspection of our plumbing in this old 1965 home. He was calm, patient, and very knowledgable in his field. I will be referring who I can to Mr. Rooter for the care, and immaculate customer service we received yesterday. Also, I feel Jacob deserves recognition.perhaps a steak lunch!:)

Brandon arrived on time and was professional and friendly throughout the visit. Just a warning to those out there, YouTube makes plumbing repairs look easier than they actually are! Thankfully Mr. Rooter was able to resolve my issue with no problems. I will be calling on Brandon and the Mr Rooter team for all my future plumbing needs. It’s pricey but you can’t beat the quality work.

Jacob from Mr. Rooter did such a fabulous job dealing with our sink yesterday! He was very friendly and professional and was able to quickly and thoroughly solve our issue. Talking with Savanna was also extremely pleasant and she was able to organize getting Jacob here sooner than originally planned and helped make for such a smooth experience!

Big shoutout to Brandon Cooper from the Edmonton location! He was prompt and courteous with installing a new hot water tank for me, and replacing the old one. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

Evan, our service technician was able to get everything repaired in a very timely and efficient manner. Evan was able to identify and fix the issue with our pipe and water drainage under the kitchen sink. From the administrative staff to the actual service call, the staff of Mr Rooter were polite, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Coupled with excellent work, they also have warranty. Hopefully we won't require it, but it gives us great peace of mind. We highly recommend Mr To!

I had an issue with my shower recently - Jacob Kilmartin was great. He took the time to diagnose the likeliest issue, provide me the options and a recommendation based on these options. Should I have plumbing issues in the future I'll be sure to use Mr Rooter again.

My service professional Austin was very informative. He explained the service in detail and was respectful of my home.

I found the price to be high for the amount of time he was at my house ($500+ to unclog a blocked drain pipe).

I’ll likely look for a less expensive plumber next time.

I would like to give a big shout out to Brandon Cooper who came to our Condo this morning. He did an amazing job! Extremely thorough and honest in explaining/answering any questions I had. He also provided some great advice on how to keep our drain system working at peak efficiency in the future. Lastly, provided some recommendations on what we can do to improve the drain setup to potentially prevent future problems! We had problem with bathtub drain pipe. We called Mr. Rooter. Gentle man (Andrew Wadup) was showed up within 30 minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable young man. I will recommend this person to every one.

The service man was very professional and polite, very friendly and explained everything prior to and during the services. Follow up was also explained so that I can continue maintenance on my own which was much appreciated and he was able to repair an unrelated and unanticipated pipe repair while he was here.

Brandon Cooper and his assistance came to unblock my kitchen sink, they spent at least 3 hours trying to fix it. Finally after getting an extra long snake, they unplugged it. Both technician's where polite and courteous. I am very happy with the service and the price was reasonable considering how long they spent at my home. I will definitely use them again.

He was originally scheduled to come tomorrow but a break in his schedule allowed him to come today. He was prompt and courteous. Provided us with options and was very professional. I needed a new hot water tank installed due to some unfortunate circumstances and decided to call Mr. Rooter based on a recommendation. I was lucky enough to have Brandon C.come out as my plumber technician & was blown away by the quality of work but more importantly the service provided. He took the time to walk me through the components, the proper maintenance schedule and answered each one of my multiple questions with patience & in detail. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues but if I do I will be calling your company Mr. Rooter & specifically asking for Brandon. Many Thanks!

Needed to replace hot water tank. Called on the weekend and they got back to us immediately and sent over Andrew who replaced the tank and disposed of the old tank. Very efficient and excellent service. Thanks

Brenden was excellent at diagnosing the problem immediately. I had been told by a different plumber that I had a root in my sewer line and he’d have to dig a hole and to solve the root problem and would then scope the problem and dig up my yard as required. Brenden presented me with 3 options and then expressed which option was the best. He went back to the shop to share his findings with the group and then came back later in the day with Darryl to assess the scope of work. On the day of the dig, everyone showed up and worked efficiently to get the process started. They dug 2 holes and pulled an entire new sewer and water line through the yard. They were efficient and were veterans. All the staff were polite, friendly and willing to have me watch the entire process from start to finish. They spent almost an entire day filling the holes and landscaping the area. There was very little damage to the yard and they went above and beyond to make sure it looked good after they left.

10/10. Well done Team!

Everyone that has walked through the door from Mr rooter has been a pleasure to deal with.scot Huber was here today and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism, would have him back in a heart beat. From the booking to the communication and the people I wish I could give them more stars. Not sure how they stack up on price against others but service is exceptional.
