Super friendly and did the job quick. I had a clogged drain I couldn’t get with a manual snake, they got here and unclogged my kitchen sink fast and installed a snake access to make it easy on the next guy if it happens again.

Had an issue over the holidays, Mitch from Mr Rooter was there first thing, super nice guy, professional and did the job efficiently, informative. And completed above expectation. Too often businesses leave a site worse than when they came but we were so happy with the service.thanks Mitch! And Mr Rooter!

I am very impressed that Mr. Rooter was able to provide a quote within a couple days and then started to work on my project the very next day after accepting the quote. The workers were respectful and easy to work with. Thank you for completing the project so quickly.

Responded to my call within an hour and provided a call 10 min prior to arriving. Jamie was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem explained it to us. He was efficient and effectively resolved the problem.

Stroke of luck! Our normal plumber was unavailable so they sent out Mr. Rooter instead. Enter Daniel! Super professional and super helpful. Daniel went over and beyond to explain what the issues were and added tips and advice for me to attempt going forward… without costing me a penny more than the fix he was in the house for in the first place. So now we have a new plumber. Highly recommended!

Our shower started leaking hot water during a long weekend and we immediately looked for services available and Mr Rooter popped up! Gave them a call and they immediately sent a tech within 30-45minutes! Danny was absolutely fabulous. He detected the issue and went on his way to rectify it immediately. We are so grateful. Danny was knowledgeable and professional. He even was so kind to be quiet and respectful as he worked as our infant was napping right next door. Great service. Needed a Sewer line repair due to main sewer line being very damaged and misaligned.
Initial cleaning and inspection was carried out by Eric R.who came in, cleared the blockage, and took the time to answer any and all my questions and to show me what the problem was with their camera equipment. He was very kind and professional.

Mr. Rooter also does follow up calls to make sure that the completed work was still good, and without feeling pushy ask if you'd like to follow through with their technicians advice, if there were any, which, in my case was to replace our main sewer-line. I was on the fence about how much a big job like this would cost as I'm sure others are, and this is where Mr. Rooter's insurance specialist Jacki A.comes in.

The insurance specialist I dealt with from Mr Rooter, Jacki A.was an absolute delight. I allowed Mr Rooter to represent myself to my insurance company as I did not wish to deal with the hassle of dealing with the insurance company. Jacki did many follow ups and updates to what was going on, and if I had any questions or concerns she would always have an answer for me, or go out of her way to find out before letting me know with certainty. I was given a quote, and I asked if there was possibility for any hidden costs or any extra costs that may come up that I wasn't aware about and was told the quote given to me would be the final price as they had already figured out the work and materials that were needed during the initial cleaning.

After being approved by insurance, we went ahead with the work, and the work was carried out by Danny, John, Kevin, and Tim.
They were fast and efficient and cleaned up their mess afterwards.
The technician Tim in particular I believe as the "lead", took the time to actually show what the newly installed pipe looked like with their camera, and also tested to make sure everything was flowing while watching the camera to ensure work was completed correctly.

Start to finish, everyone was kind and professional. They are upfront about costs, and will follow up with their work. You may be able to find another place of business that may possibly be cheaper but if you are looking for kind professionals who are upfront about their costs, care about their work, and care about reliability for your ease of mind, I highly recommend this business.

Mr Rooter is our go to for ANY plumbing issues we have! Kevin did an amazing job fixing a cracked pipe on our septic line and yesterday we had John and his guy out to install a tankless water heater. They pushed so hard to get it in for us as well as taking some time to talk about Minecraft with my youngest. They were kind and clean and awesome!

John was especially professional with my Senior Mom who had a stroke a year ago and gets very nervous around strangers. She said he was very nice and explained what the problem was; also how he was very quick and she liked that he cleaned up after the work was done. Definitely would call Mr. Rooter again.

We awoke to a water leak on a fitting on a cold water line in the utility room on the Monday of the Family Day long weekend. With no isolation valve, I had to turn off the service valve for the entire house in order to control the water. I tried several plumbing services that advertised 24 hour emergency service but they had no one on. When I contacted Mr. Rooter, they immediately confirmed they could have a service plumber at my home later the same day. Stephen called ahead as promised and arrived at time promised. He was polite and after assessing the problem, determined replacement of the complete laundry tap assembly was the best solution, shared with me his rationale, and I agreed. Not having such an assembly in his truck, he had to travel to a commercial box store, purchase one, then return and install it. Given the circumstances, the job was completed in a very timely fashion. Stephen was polite, informative, professional and did a great job. He is an excellent representative of the company.

Steven was awesome. Came in and assessed our issues and gave me a few options on how to proceed. Took care of the repairs right away and had our bathrooms up and running. We had one small issue afterwards and I reached out and they had someone come back right away and take care of it NO charge.

This is my first time needing a plumber, and Mr. Rooter was recommended by many people, and I'm glad I went with them! The customer service was awesome and they we're very communicative. I want to give a special shoutout to our technician, Tim W. He did an awesome job and explained everything that he was doing. He even cleaned out my tub drain without asking him to! He went above and beyond what he was asked to do, and even taught me how to prevent my issues from happening again. 100% recommend Mr. Rooter:)
