Mr. Steam- Couch & Carpet Cleaning

Tenants of mine left a disastrous mess throughout my rental property. I heard about Mr. Steam through a friend and they over delivered! If you’re looking for carpet cleaning in Calgary, give them a call. Will definitely be using them again!

I had my carpets and couch cleaned by Mr. Steam, and it was a 10/10 experience! I was referred to them by a family friend, and they did an amazing job start to finish. The booking process was simple, and the quality of work was the best I’ve had. I will 100% use them again

Ivan came and did two of our mattress’s today, he was very kind, professional and efficient! Our mattress’s now look and smell great!

I had Ivan come to remove 2 tubs of Vaseline off of my upholstered rocking chair and carpets (don’t ever leave a 2 year old unattended around Vaseline). I wasn’t hopeful that these stains would be removable, but wanted to try anyways. To my surprise, there isn’t one single noticeable oil stain on both the carpet, nor the chair. He was incredibly polite and efficient.

The booking process was also very informative and easy, I spoke with Jesse, who walked me through my quote. He was really outgoing and friendly and he reassured me as I was quite nervous the oil stains wouldn’t come out of my chair or carpet. He was even able to make me laugh while dealing with a Vaseline soaked toddler and even recommended some tricks to help me remove the Vaseline from his clothing and hair, using dish soap.

Overall, customer service, and services provided were 10 star. Mr. Steam has a forever client with me.

Ivan explained in details the process, the before and after, amazing! I have contracted other companies before, truck mounted - no way. This portable service was outstanding, 100%. Ivan P just did our carpets for our new home, and it looks and smells as if our 10 year old place is brand new:) He was was thorough, friendly, and even took the time to explain other things that would help upkeep the carpet in the future. Ivan came right on time and honoured the timeline he gave. I wanted to change out the carpet but maybe I’ll stick with it for a little while longer! I would highly recommend this company! I just recently booked them to deep clean my couch and a few area rugs. I reached back out to my contact after realizing that the area rugs weren't as clean as I'd hoped. Jesse was so professional in taking my feedback and made sure that they came back for another round of cleaning so that I was happy with the end result. There was no additional charge for the second cleaning. I felt they really took the time to prioritize my request and listen to my concerns. I will absolutely use them again for future cleans.
