Highly recommend Mr. Barber, this was my first time there and had a great experience. I had Yaya, he was awesome and definitely knows what he is doing. I will be back for sure!

Myself and my son went in for haircuts this past weekend. We were both in the chair for less then 10 minutes. Simple trim and clean up. Nothing more. I was charged $75 for these two cuts. The sign on the wall says $31 for a cut. That should be $62

I’d like to know what I was charged for? I didn’t want to bring this up in a full shop and cause a scene but I am extremely disappointed.

I’ve lived in Spruce for two years now and been coming here since. However after this recent visit it’s clear they’re in the business of making as much as possible while offering as little services as possible.

I have previously messaged them privately hoping for a response and got nothing. Hence the public review. I don’t like to negatively review companies as one offs can happen but charging what they did is clearly not a mistake.

Terrible place.worst barber shop i’ve ever been too in my life.i show them a picture of what i want and they go WAY to short and very very rough while cutting, jerking your head, very rough with comb and blade by the ears.easiest 1 star review i’ve ever put out.place should go under

Used to like going here because there is “some” great barbers here, but lately every time I come in I get some random person or someone who clearly shouldn’t be doing hair cutting like leaving hair all over your head, having to tell them twice like your missing spots and I just want a good trim as usual, and then on top of it the price is outrageous for a simple trim, then they expect %15-%30 tip on top. They used to have good barbers that I liked but haven’t had lately. Going to different barbers.

Too expensive, and poor service. Paid 55 beans for a fairly brutal haircut and shave; the barber struggled with following fairly basic instructions and would cut where I explicitly told him not to, etc. He also did a great job of stick his fingers in my eyes; ears and nostrils. The silver lining is that the place is clean, and the staff are friendly, but that hardly justifies the expense and inconvenience.

What an amazing place. I went in to get a hair cut for my nephew and ended up getting my hair cut as well. They were very polite and professional. I was incredibly pleased and will be going there from now on

Terrible, Never listen to the type of haircut, came in today for a haircut and they said no they don't wanna cut anymore hair today.

Had my hair done by Lyen. Even with a bad back, the man did a great job with my hair. Definitely coming back. Thanks guys

It’s always nice to bring my kids in for haircut the people who works there are very kind with my kids. And they did a nice job

Shay is the guy to see if you want your hair cut right and if you want a decent down home conversion! He not only stayed way late to cut my mop but he did so with a smile and the utmost respect for me! Bottem line is I will be going back! And will and am willing to wait if Shay is busy because there is absolutely No one else around with this level of human decency or who can put out the work Shay can!

I always bring my 5 yr old and 15 yr old here. They get very different cuts but both of them are always happy! Nice people.with skills. We've tried similar places in Spruce Grove and this place is the best.

Great experience, great haircut. Their online booking system could use some work. While I was there I saw two people jump ahead in line by reserving a last minute appointment online and the barber had no way of letting the folks who were waiting longer go first.

They’re very good and very professional. I’ll will definitely be back here and recommend them.

Place has a humble feel to it Friendly Barbers, and great hair cuts would recommend been back a couple times now.

Moes gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Highly satisfied. You might spend a little while in his chair because he’s very meticulous and makes sure he’s doing a good job. And a free beverage for the road!

Well we’ve tried them twice. Today my husband came home looking ridiculous. I have no words. Never again.

I went in after growing my hair all winter, sceptical that it wouldn’t be cut how I wanted. But I walked in and got Sam as my barber, I can’t explain how good of a job he did. I got a mullet for a haircut lol. He didn’t rush through at all, he took his time and made sure every bit of the haircut was to my exact liking. The shop/ environment itself was also quite enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, I will undoubtedly be back.

Great work every time I’ve gone in for a haircut, every time I have had a separate barber and they have all done high quality work, if your going to get your hair cut, this place is a must, hands down best in town.

Still really great, very friendly staff felt very welcomed.

Went in for a hair cut, and after having tried multiple barber shops in Spruce Grove, Had Shay cut my hair, and it was amazing! 10/10 Will return for Continued Hair Cuts and Beard Trims, Staff are Knowledgable, Proffesional, and are just all around great people to be around, who create a great experience in the shop!

Super slow. And apparently this place takes online appointments, first barber shop I've found that does this and walk ins as well. How do they manage that? They don't. I waited 45 minutes. A guy comes who had his hair cut the day before or whanever and wasn't happy with it so they took him when my turn was next.only to thn have a lady come in with her son and said she had a 3: 00 appointment this was at 250 just then one of the two barbers finishes a guy and says ok your next to her son. I had stood up assuming I was going to be called because I was next in line. Guess not so I left and won't be back. Too many other choices in town.

I waited an extended period of time without any acknowledgment. I was the only other person in the establishment.that coupled with having to listen to some foreign rap at a high volume was enough to make me get up and leave.
If you read the comment, it wasn’t really about the music but that certainly added to it in the moment. It was about the service. Anyway, there are other options.

So i went for a haircut today and i asked for a thinning and keeping my hair as long as possible.the barber proceeds to cut off 2 inches and make 1 side of my hair longer than the other.my auntie that is a hair dresser says she can't even fix it because its too short and she said "you paid for that". Ive had about 4 haircuts from here and none of them i was impressed with.the barber said that he doesn't like doing long hair cuts because they take along time.this was a terrible experience and i will never be using this shop again.

First visit here was amazing, barber gave me the best skin fade ever and took his time with everything. Almost an hour long cut including hot shave. Second time coming to this place it was empty with one guy working, I asked for the same cut and even showed pictures of my last visit. This guy proceeded to speed run a "skin fade" in 10 minutes and managed to shape up and hot shave in 5. The barber was so proud of his work he even asked for pictures of my "fresh cut" he just did.my hairline looked like a forward slash and just super patchy overall. In total haircut was 65 and I gave the speed run god himself a 10 dollar tip on top of him completely destroying my hair. I would not risk coming here at all seeing as its a 50/50 whether someone's gonna butcher your hair or not.

My son who had a good head of hair came in for a clean up for school pictures. After these guys were done, he came out looking like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber. Horrible hair cut from someone who clearly has not cut much hair. Had to take him somewhere else to try and salvage what was left of his hair. They massacred the sides and bangs at Mr. Barber.

Fixed a horrible haircut from another place and made it look great. Very friendly and inviting too. Highly recommend.

Hanz is the man to go to, he'll fix you up right. Very professional, doesn't matter if you're the only guy in there or the 10th he'll take his time and do it right. He won't rush. Always there to impress. Moe the owner is also professional. Anything you need he'll do his best to accomodate. My go to shop from now on. Cheers boys.

Brought my 10 month old son in today for a walk in. They did an absolutely fantastic job! They were relaxed, accommodating and even sang him a song to distract him. I highly recommended these guys. Class acts all around!

They actually care it's not about how fast they can cut your hair but how well. They listen to all your thoughts and what you'd like to see highly reccomend.

Never again will I set foot in that place. Went in tonight because of how close it was to my house only to receive the worst hair cut that I've ever had. The blend on the sides is horrible, theres a large spot on the top that's about an inch longer than the surrounding area (even after I repeatedly asked to have it shorter) and the front is incredibly lopsided and jagged. It looked so bad that I had to try to fix it up myself when I got home. I should have refused to pay but didnt want to cause a scene.

Very skeptical about my haircuts, love to stick with 1 barber but the ride to Edmonton was draining and i like having my haircut every 2 weeks. So I took the chance and decided to go in. Best decision ever! Very professional, clean environment and friendly well trained staff. Moe the owner did an amazing job with my cut. He knew exactly what to do without me telling him a word. I am very happy I found Mr Barber I get the haircut I want and its close proximity to my home! Keep it up guys. See you in next week!

Best haircut and beard trim in Spruce Grove!

I went here for the first time today and these guys did an amazing job. The fellow I sat with paid attention to the finest details and made sure the cut was perfect. I got a faded comb over and a trim to the beard. The fade was the best I have had and my beard was trimmed to perfection.

The place was clean on arrival and was cleaned during my entire stay. The workstations were tidy and well organized. You could tell they took pride in their work. They all complimented eachother on their work, this made an already great cut feel even better. Will definitely be back.

Barber was super attentive to my request. Haircut was superb and the price was extremely reasonable for the result.

First time in today. My new barber from now on! Excellent service! Great atmosphere. Hanz gave me a great cut! What I liked most was how thorough he was with the shaver on the sides and back, there's nothing worse than coming home and seeing the little hairs that were missed on the sides. Thanks Mr Barber!

Expensive.
Got a cut from Patrick today and he hooked me up with a fresh fade and line up. Solid dude. I was expecting to pay $26 but was charged $42, with tip, $50 total. I didn’t realize that asking to have my beard buzzed off with a pair of clippers would cost $16 extra. An assumption that I made having never been charged for this before. However, $50 for 35 minutes is too much, especially with no hot towel or rinse off. I will be driving to Edmonton for more service for less money.

Great quality haircut for my son. Asked each stage for his opinion on length, went over his cut many times to make sure it was even. Trendy, clean, bright environment that he enjoys.

Great experience. Patrick did an nice quality cut on my 9 year old son. Very relaxed environment for my son who has some special needs. We will be back. Love that you are open on Sundays.
