We sent 3 messages after speaking with Laura on the phone regarding cleaning a light fixture and some window sills. Her response time was 2 weeks.with a fourth call back. Disappointing, would not recommend if this is her timelines for an inquiry, how long to get this company to complete the work. (eye roll)

The two lovely ladies that came to my house to do a move out clean for me were really efficient, cheerful and hard working. They didn't speak English having come for the Ukraine. We used a translation app on our phones to communicate and it was not a problem at all. I am thrilled with the job they did and hope to see the again in December for my already booked appointment.

This company deserves a one million star review! Especially, Youra! Youra saved my home, and my internal peace. I would highly recommend that Youra be hired for any possible employment opportunities!

Both cleaners we on time and did a great job start to finish.
With that being said, the bathrooms were beyond a 5 star. This was a rental and they were not great when the cleaners came in. When finished they looked brand new!

I contacted MrsClean for a move out clean on rental unit we are selling. When we arrived at the unit yesterday it was in much worse shape than we anticipated. The two cleaners on the job were professional and did an amazing job. Kimberly at the office called to keep me updated on our quote and to get prior approval for an increase in spend for the clean to continue as it required more work than anyone had expected, and I assure you it was worth every penny. Having used a few other cleaning services before and been disappointed, I now know to call MrsClean for any cleaning services in the future. Thank you so much!

My place needed a lot of cleaning, however they missed a few things and completely forgot to clean the carpet with no refund. I had bought the "Deep Clean" 2 people for 2 hours for @350 dollars. Doubt I'll hire them again.

I was quoted a hard reasonable fee. Then after the cleaners leave the office gauges you with ridiculous fees. They were late and then needed authorization for extra time so they could finish the job. They know how to gauge their customers. The workers themselves did a fine job but watch out for the extra fees the office likes to charge.

Yaro, came to clean my carpets. He was very professional and an extremely hard worker. He did an amazing job. They look brand new. A shout out to Kimberly, the administrative emplyee. She was very professional an pleasant to deal with.

The Mrs. Clean team did a fantastic job of cleaning my house for the first time. I called last minute, and they came the next day! I will now be using their service for our monthly clean. Excellent customer service and attention to detail!

We had Mrs Clean do a Move-In cleaning for us, as well as carpet cleaning. We were very happy with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality. The cleaners were very thorough and kind. The carpet cleaners were diligent at getting out all the stains and they did a really thorough job as well. We were incredibly happy with the service. Thank you!

I called Mrs Clean at the last minute when I was too exhausted to do the move out clean! They were accommodating,? Helped me out of a bind and did an amazing job. Even my fussy buyers were happy. The wonderful woman on the phone is knowledgeable, pleasant and empathetic, traits I appreciate in a business. Thank you for taking one big item off my plate. Very dishonest owner. Quality of her job is horrible. She is also very nasty to her own employees, to the point that she refuses to pay them what she agreed to pay. Stay away from this lady

I've used the cleaning service multiple times and was always satisfied with the quality of work and excellent customer service. The customer service representative Maria is great and accommodating about my limited time schedule.

Update: recently used the carpet cleaning service before moving in to the new location and was very happy with the job done. The appointment set up was quick and easy, the team was polite and efficient. The carpet was looking visually clean prior to cleaning, but they demonstrated me the water and I was surprised how much stuff might be hiding in the fibers. Highly recommend Mrs. Clean for carpet cleaning and your other needs.

I used Mrs. Clean's services for my move-out clean. I lived in a relatively old building so I did not expect amazing results. The service I received exceeded my expectations. The worker came on time, was polite, efficient, had all necessary supplies and left my apartment clean, so I was able to get my full rental deposit back. Overall, I was left very satisfied with the service.

Mrs Clean has been helping us out for about 7 months now. Primarily Jillian and Leah have been cleaning for us, but everyone has done a great job! My husband and I both work full time, we have a toddler and I am coming up on 9 months pregnant…. It has been so wonderful to come home to a sparkling house and have that checked off our to do list with so many other things going on! The little touches make us feel so taken care of, from folding our toilet paper and towels in the bathroom, organizing our sons stuffed animals on his bed, and leaving a kind note…And when I open up my microwave and it is sparkling clean inside I think I cry tears of joy every time!:)

I hired Mrs Clean to complete a full house move out clean in August as I moved out of town and had no time to complete the clean myself, so to make it easier my husband and I found this company. Mrs. Clean sent me a list of the items that would be cleaned in the house and I found it was ideal to what was needed. The house was not in terrible condition to begin with. I was quoted a reasonable amount for the clean and provided approval to proceed.

One hour before our move out inspection after the clean was “completed”, we were left in shock when we entered the home to find it was not cleaned entirely. The only items of the home that were reasonably cleaned was the stove top elements and inside the fridge.
I was advised that this “clean” took 2 cleaners 2.5 hours to complete. Nothing was dusted, vacuumed, water stains in the sink, cabinets were not wiped down, the list goes on. Had I had time to do this clean myself, I could have done the whole house myself in 2.5 hours, and done a better job than what ever these cleaners supposedly did.

Both my husband and I were left scrambling 1 hour before our move out inspection, to clean the house and get it up to a reasonable standard. We ended up having to borrow cleaning supplies from our neighbours as we arrived at the property expecting it to have been cleaned by Mrs. Clean. Because the job was not completed, this ended up costing us more money than anticipated, we had to pay our landlord extra to have it cleaned again.

Needless to say, I contacted the owner of Mrs. Clean regarding this as we were both so upset that this happened. I was given 2 different excuses: One being something related to covid and their employees and being short staffed, and the other being some sort of miscommunication between who scheduled my job and relaying information to the cleaners based on what I was quoted. Regardless I understand mistakes happen, but no communication was made to see if they could rectify the situation until I sent an email and had to call several time’s to get a hold of someone. If there was miscommunication like I was told, a simple phone call to myself would have solved it. Period. No excuses and problem solved.

Mrs Clean Calgary still felt it was necessary to send me an invoice me for this (at first for the full amount after I had emailed them about what happened) regardless of the inconvenience and terrible job preformed, and despite the fact this company ended up costing me more money and time in the long run. We came to an agreement (which I found ridiculous, but just paid them something to be done with them forever). I paid them for what ever kind of terrible cleaning service I received.

I've booked Mrs. Clean for both regularly scheduled service visits and for special 'deep cleaning' visits. I'm always pleased with the quality of work and the helpfulness of the individuals who come to my home. I don't provide directions - they do a great job without me). I have and would recommend them to others.

First time user of this service but Donna and Patty were super efficient and did so much more than I anticipated. Everything looks great. I’m quite sure I am going to be a regular customer.

First off i got a quote from them for a 3 hour deep clean; which was messed up as they didn't look at all and gave me false prices and I had specifically asked on the phone twice about the dirty mold on the dishes. Im not one to complain but my depression had gotten quite bad I was given hope by this company just to be let down!
The girls finished and I've just had a look around and im not very happy its not what I was hoping for but they were super nice and kind and the bathroom they did pretty well.
But now have to get someone to come do the dishes, organize, mop my floors and clean and wipe my cupboards which they didn't even do still marks all over the walls; not happy at all for a deep clean but for a general tidy not bad. Giving 3 stars cause the customer service is so nice!

Mrs. Clean was able to arrange a cleaner for the following day. None of the other services I tried were able to. Kia did a great job at very short notice. She was thorough and quick. Thanks for a great job and next time I need a one-off job, I'll definitely be phoning Mrs. Clean.

I recently had Mrs Clean come and do a move out clean on my condo. They did a wonderful job and I will absolutely use them again in the future!

I would not hesitate to use this company again. They were very professional and thorough. They exceeded my expectations on what would be provided.
