Mr.Sub

The staff at this location have always been friendly and really great with the toppings and we’ve always loved just chatting with them. The subs are great and fresh and never heavy. Highly recommend

I have been buying subs here now for over 30 years because they have the best bread (buns) ever!

The girl I had was so sweet and I have never been there before so she was patient with me. She was right that this is way better then subway. The bread was amazing and so soft.

Better sub than other large chain sub shops. Panini press to make it nice and toasty without making the lettuce cook. They seem to care about your sub most of the time. Clearly family operated too as a bonus!

Keep serving the drive through while leaving you standing there inside. Food is still excellent though.

We ordered two subs during their lunch rush, and the bread was so hard I could barely bite into it. My husband called to complain, and the manager told us it was fresh bread and to just microwave it. I shouldn't have to microwave my bread in order for it to be edible.

We just ordered 4 subs and my husband's subs (2) were missing half the ingredients. We called and let them know and they argued that the employee did put them on, basically calling us liars. They then said to come pick up 2 new subs but we ordered Skip the Dishes so we didn't have to drive across Sherwood Park. Worst service ever and my husband got the most pathetic subs.

Great place however one of the ladies who makes the subs wears her mask at her chin, her nose is entirely exposed and her mouth is visible. I feel it is very important for food handlers to take this seriously and it makes me uncomfortable. I will be happy to give a better review once this is remedied. Thanks

This place is excellent. I have been coming here for years. They make the best Super size pizza subs and provide great customer service. Well done. Keep up the good work!

The people who work here are very friendly and efficient. My order is always fresh and tastes great. Good value. I definitely prefer over Subway.

It's been 20+ years since my last visit. If there were more locations, I'd pick them over Subway and Quizno's every.single.time.

This is the best Mr. Sub I've been to. The staff are super nice, very friendly and extremely kind. Very clean restaurant, has a few tables for eating in. Service is quick and the restaurant is very clean. They always make our order perfect everytime and always very tasty. Can't complain about anything, just an awesome place to go.

The bread is so fresh and delicious it is hard to beat. It smell amazing everytime you walk in. The veggies are fresh and crisp, and maybe the only sub place to offer mushrooms!

Buns were not fresh. Staff was ok. Tables were sticky. Needs improvement overall. I ordered a turkey on whole wheat with an assortment of vegetables which were all fresh and good quality with marinara sauce. Needed sauce at home to finnish it off.

As a regular visitor at other Mr. Sub stores, I can truly say that this was the WORST Mr. Sub experience ever! The staff got my order wrong, wasn't wearing gloves and couldn't scan the loyalty card, but made an excuse that "the card is closed". They were really scraping the bottom of the barrel when they hired their current night staff as they're total incompetents. And the young, slick and macho Latino/Filipino guy was extremely rude. He suggested I shop at other Mr. Sub stores and told me "Don't come back" on my way out the door because he was too cowardly to say it to my face.

Don't worry. I won't come back. And with these creeps on the night staff, nobody else should either.

This store may supposedly be run by a "hard-working family" but I don't believe it for a minute. Their service is the worst I've ever has at any food service outlet ever. Too bad I can't give zero stars because they've earned that. Visit the McDonald's or KFC across the street, or get a gas station sandwich at the Shell next door as you'll have a better experience.

Eat Mr. Sun all the time in Calgary and is excellent. However bread at this location tastes like subway. Uggh!
