The employees were kind and helpful (albeit appearing to be depressed), but the food quality is very poor. My children and I eat at our local Mucho Burrito all the time. They never want to eat from this location again and forced themselves out of sheer hunger to eat what they ate.
The rice and chicken had odd textures and flavor compared to other locations, and my sons burrito was overlooked and chewy.
Wasted so much money, and they are still hungry. I'm so disappointed.
Employees are very helpful, I have only 2 toppings but they asked me if I want more rice, beans and veggies, they put extra on my bowl. The food are fresh as always.
Found hair hanging in my quesadilla when I took a bite. I went to complain and the girl that made my food just stared at me, looked at my hair and just said “I don’t know”… disgusting.
Amazing place! Took my daughter here, with amazing food and wonderful customer service, I ordered a burrito for myself and my daughter with the attitude of wanting more.
Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the woman who took my order, however she had an Indian accent and was sort of short. This interaction took place around 3: 30-4 pm today. She was extremely rude and didn’t make my food properly. As someone who works in customer service, I’m extremely empathetic towards service workers, and I know how hard it can be. However, I was nothing but polite towards this woman, and I got an attitude in response. I asked for more LETTUCE of all things on my burrito, and she sarcastically and rudely tells me “how am I supposed to close it then. ” Like it’s lettuce. I don’t know if she’s genuinely stupid or something, but how is a little bit of extra lettuce going to affect your ability to close a burrito? Keep in mind, I don’t even put in that many ingredients. Even if it weren’t for that, she did not greet me politely what so ever, she simply said “what do you want. ” She looked angry basically the entire time, I have no clue why. I told the other young worker who was working by the till that I was disappointed by the service. She said that she’d take this matter seriously, which I’m grateful for, although I don’t know how true that is. This was an awful experience. My food didn’t even make up for it because she made it so badly. So she’s basically bad at every part of her job, and I didn’t know that was possible, so kudos to her for being so exceptionally bad. As a university student, I have many friends who were unable to find a job this summer and would’ve taken any sort of position and worked hard, the fact that people like this get hired is extremely disappointing to say the least. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again unless some things change.
Burrito had no flavour, the chicken was dry and the veggies were old. I’ve been to other locations and it’s been very good. I’ll never come back to this location.
The lady didn't listen to my order ask for surprise supreme and extra taco drito taco When my meal came she argued with me and told me I didn't ask for that stuff even though I know what came out of my own mouth but bad customer service
Ordered through the website. Order wasn't ready, when I got my food, I almost broke my tooth on uncooked/beans. Cook the food before you serve it people.
No steak available on a Friday at dinner time, portion size of meat was small compared to other restaurants
One month later, again no steak, if you are not going to prepare steak take it off the menu Had chicken instead, portion size sucked This location sucks
The burrito bowls are just plain disappointing. I ate the lettuce and veggies then threw out the protein and rice because it was tasteless and had an odd texture. It’s amusing that the owner is responding to reviews asking what is wrong when customers are clearly airing their frustrations in the review.
I came here when it first opened up and got a burrito bowl was awesome.and yesterday the new staff they hired don't know S"'" about bowls. I asked for two toppings and she put 2 pieces of cauliflower and tiny bit of salad. $13.00 for that! And I had to keep repeating myself 10 times and she just gave me a blank face. Until another girl helped out.not sure if I will go back. Maybe little more training? Might help.
Wow, I was amazed at the customer service and especially the food quantity that was in my Chicken Mucho Bowl. Portion sizes are quite large as compared to other restaurants and can be customized to low carb as well. This will definitely be my go to from now on. I am so happy they are finally in Cross Iron Mills as this is the closest mall from our place.
