Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

No customer service served by the guy and very bad food presentation along weird demeanour served to customers.felt like he doesn’t wanna serve us the food.

I ordered a veggie bowl to go and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The server was not friendly, the quantity in the bowl was too less, and it lacked flavor. The picture of the receipt and the bowl is attached for reference (I did eat from the bowl prior to taking the picture)

The totally worthless in terms of quality and quantity. I order veggie bowl and the associate is very strict in term of quantity even after telling. So, please avoid or donot go. Go other mucho burritos but, not this one

I wish they knew how to make a burrito, Putting rice as if they are free and putting vegetables and sauces as if they are so expensive.don’t even know how to follow instructions for order. Worst burrito ever.

Got a burrito bowel and they added such less amount of everything, the portion is compared to a small bowl size that I give my child.when employee was asked about why she is rationing the food when I pay full amount she just gave a look and said this is extra… very disappointing.

Asked to put pickled onions on my burrito bowl. She put two onions on it and then since there were non left didnt even bother to refill it and put more. Then kept talking my order like nothing happened. I asked for more and she said we had nothing left. After which she didnt let me put another ingredient on since I was at my topping limit.

Terrible customer service, super stingy on the toppings especially the protein. Will not be returning.

Total worth of Money, very good portioning and fast service by there staff. I will be back for sure.

It's the first time I have a burrito. I got the beef-regular; it's huge and can fill your hunger. The taste is good, and I will get the spicy one next time.

Ordered from this mucho burrito. First off they would not accommodate the times they said they were open because they wanted to leave early for new years. I agreed to have my food picked up earlier. When I receiving my order I was expecting a delicious, flavorful burrito like I had experienced at other locations. What I received was flavorless. All I could taste was rice. The salsa and sauce I had requested was non-existant. They either skipped on the toppings or forgot them all together. The burrito was 99% brown rice. The chicken was also very dry. I will not be returning to this location.

Great place to have some really good mexican food. Staff were really friendly and knowledgable of the menu. I will be back. Thanks Mucho

It saddens me to write this review but I've been a regular at this Mucho Burrito location coming in once every one or two weeks for almost 2.5 years and have enjoyed the service. However as of November 1st 2021 this location had another price increase in addition to the increasing stinginess of their serving sizes which is no longer worth my money. Sorry Mucho Burrito but I'm only planning to visit this location once in a long while. It's safe to say that anyone is better off going across the street to Shawarma Palace where they serve you a very filling MEDIUM wrap that I can hardly finish for just under $10.

DO NOT GET THE limited time spicy chicken torta, literally a hockey puck in a bun. Had to throw it out couldn't even bite through it. Not sure if it was even chicken.

The owner must be very cheap. Usually one person working alone. So you might as well go to Mexico to get a taco. Took forever to get my food. There should be two people min. Especially during dinner hrs. If there's more than one person in front of you.walk away is my advice. Update! After getting home my wife opened up her salad and a fruit fly came flying out. So after contacting them, they refused to do anything about it.

We enjoy going out. Yesterday we went to this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely experience there with exceptional food and a professional crew and a talented cuisine. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall no doubt come back soon. We highly recommend.

I ordered a bowl I have always had no problems. Last night I opened my bowl when I arrived at work and a fruit fly few out of the container. This is really disgusting when you are hungry and pay money for quality food. I phoned them back this morning as I was at work and i was busy. The lady explained that I needed to bring it back right away so they could make me another bowl (I am guessing probably with another fruit fly). Since I waited there is nothing she can do. I waited patiently in line for about 20 minutes before she could take my order. I will not be using this location again!

Very good service. I was served quickly and my burrito was very good. I think it's a very good value. The resturant is clean. I like the music. It's a little loud but fun. Makes me want to dance.

The food’s always great but the employee working, Sim, was so kind for our entire stay. He gave us a really great customer experience and his service was perfect and equal for every customer who came in. Super impressed with his customer service skills

This site is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant.when I feel like having a proper dinner, this restaurant comes instantly to my mind. Great and varied food and a rich menu.professional team, and nice mood. And very important, the tariff is reasonable. I suggest this restaurant with no hesitation.

Store manager does not schedule enough staff or order enough ingredients to fulfill an online order. Check your bag before you drive off because the employees make the order wrong, they miss putting items in the bag and they do not call tonearm you when ingredients are out of stock. The staff manager and Mucho Burrito as a whole does not make an effort to save the customer experience either. I'd say spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am a regular customer and I always come to this location. On Saturday I ordered a mucho burrito and it was even small than the regular burrito. They barely put any toppings in it. DO NOT rip-off people during these times. Hire intelligent people.

Worst customer service we ever had today, attendeent was very very rude we will never ever come back to this specific location! And will also recommend to others for not visiting! Thanks for awful customer service! I could not even tell name of the attendant Coz she was not even wearing a name tag!

Standing in line and waiting my turn to order my food and the staff member turned around to make a meal for an online order instead of serving the customer who comes in and orders. Not cool in my book. I have only been coming to this location for 2 years. Well time to find another location. Anyone have a recommendation for another mucho burrito location that has great customer service.

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say the service is always fantastic and they keep the place neat regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

I like this location in particular because of the freshness of the food.the cleanliness and when the usual young guy is there.he always gives excellent service.engages.is thorough and efficient.makes you feel welcome.they lose a star because the other staff don't remotely function at his level.

Man I hate to give these guys a bad review, but when you spend 13$ for a veggie bowl and they cheap out on everything (was less than half bowl) it gets frustrating, definitely will cross this off my usual stops.

We occasionally order from Mucho Burrito for work functions. The last two times, they have messed up our order. We ordered 7 burritos, and got 5 burrito bowls. We even filled out the nice little catering chart they have available online, so really there is no good excuse.

Disappointing portion size. I've have a burrito bowl at other locations and they were always full and satisfying. I've ordered twice from this location and the bowl is barely half full. No complaints about the staff, they're super nice and friendly.

All the meat was dried up and gross. The beans looked like they have been sitting there for weeks.

This is the best mucho I have ever had! Food was made fresh and the gentleman serving me and my boyfriend was so friendly and prepared our food with care. Would 100% recommend

I was at this location Saturday evening, the line was about 5-6 people ahead of me. The young guy Shawn I think his name was he absolutely killed it! Awesome service, super fast, efficient, clean. Had a great burrito. Great experience from the staff member! Highly recommend this location.
