Worst customer service ever. Sold me a ticket with 1.5 hour connecting flight which I missed in Dubai. Convinced me that's enough time for connection while selling me that ticket. Had to buy another one way ticket for $1600 from Dubai airport. Called Raj from Dubai airport after missing connection. He reffered to another guy Mr. Sheikh who just brushed me off and never called me back.

No option to give them a zero star here otherwise I would give them that. Try to do your home work regarding connecting flights and don't buy the tickets with less than the recommended lay over time (3 to 4 hours minimum for international) by the insurance company or the airline, no matter what the travel agents tell you for selling the ticket.

Afterwards, comes the flight day on 25 Dec. Our flight was cancelled by Aircanada. Absolutely no help from AirCanada.

Very unprofessional staff. Not helping when you are in need. Their staff Raj did a mistake by switching my name but was not able to get it fixed. Then he cancelled my ticket and issued anew one with higher price. That is how they are cheating and making money. Getting name changed on the ticket is a 5 minute job for an agent, this was communicated to me by Air Canada.
Because of this I had to suffer a lot, and there was no compensation by Multiculture Travel World.

My brother Asad cheema is very cooperative and helpful. He help us in a time of emergency, and got us a flight to pakistan in an hour and for less price. I suggested people to him and their feedback regarding him was positive. I recommend everyone to go to him. I hope he is doing well and continuous to do so in the future. I called them few times. Every time they said they will call me back and they did not call me back and when I called back the guy on the phone was very rude and told me u can come to the office and see someone otherwise we will call u back.

Excellent place to book flights! I booked my ticket once here and was satisfied with the service.

Unprofessional the lady on first chair which accepts fedex courier provides false information. She doesn't know fedex charges and blindly she tells everyone wrong charges. I have been told $30 and got charged $61.00. If she don't know charges then she wouldn't have say anything. When we ask explanation for this she shows arrogance booze they don't care about customers.

Very bad agents, we booked through them for my parents airlines cancelled the flight due to Covid and are ok to do full refund as they cancelled the flight, but agency needs to do the refund, Raj is asking for $500 per person to process my refund so $ 1000 total, i have been to them many times to get this processed. They charged me $ 100 for sending an email to airlines for refund. They are really crooks and taking advantage of me in tough times. He is a sweet talker but a fraud. Beware of this Agency, I had heard a lot of stories of this Agency like selling unconfirmed tickets passengers stranded on airports. Avoid them all you can.

Since the pandamic the travelling has become quiet challenging as the information is changing rapidly according to situatons. Absolutely horrible company, don't book with them! Been going back and fourth for months, they have been playing games with the costs/receipts and aren't being honest. Even Air Canada said not to book with agencies after hearing my story. I'm trying to get my dad back from India and Raj has done is play games with the money and travel options. They ask you to wire them money, provide no receipt, and when the flight gets cancelled they are not helpful and continuously change their story up making the situation even more stressful. I haven't received even 1/3 of what i paid for the ticket although Air Canada is providing full travel vouchers.makes you wonder where your money is going, horrible customer service as well they pretty much yell at you on the phone although your the customer.

I have been dealing with Raj from Multi culture travel world for the past 5 years or more & I must say that he is " THE BEST " in the business.

I took Manulife Travel Insurance for trip interruption. I had a very bad experience with them. I submitted medical certification of kid's sickness but they did not recognized it for reasons for trip cancellation. In 2013, I had a similar insurance from RBC, there services were excellent. May be other insurances are good too. I do not recommend buying Manulife Travel insurance. It is a wastage of money.

Cannot give zero star unfortunately. The worst travel agency I have come across. I have been traveling worldwide from almost 25 years now. Extremely unresponsive staff and zero support when in need. Better book your travel through Expedia.ca They have a number you can call from anywhere in the world and they help you. With this agency, you will be lucky if they pick your phone.
